We visited today and were horrified when my son pulled out a nugget that had two visible bite marks on it. We tried to give them benefit of the doubt and see if there was some way that it was torn but no. It had very clearly been bitten twice. I really don't even have words to describe how disgusted we all were with this situation. I attempted to reach out via their contact us but continuously got errors. It's pretty bad when even young children say that they are done with McDonalds because of how sickened they were by this. I was pulling up to the front door and saw an extremely handicapped woman in a motorized wheelchair (poor lady can barely move) waiting at the door for someone to let her in. I'm giving them 4 stars because the food was fresh and hot, and the drive thru team was polite and friendly. But you can imagine my surprise and disappointment when I found only 1/2 a cheese slice on my filet o'fish. Moderately fast service is the only plus side. Wasn't greeted and I told the server "have a good day", "thanks," among other things, and was just met with silence. None of the foods I ordered that were supposed to have the peel to win stickers had them. Well, wanted a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich tonight (12-4-21). So heres how it went through the drive thru ordered a Big Mac combo and a Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich just like it's posted on the menu sign. Mc Donald's employee said my total and on the screen showed (Spicy) I didn't say Spicy Deluxe CCS, his response ok. Paid and the receipt showed Spicy DCCS again I told the girl handing me the food it was not a Spicy DCCS. Her and I guess an assisting manger looked at me like if the world ended because they had to correct my sandwich. Was told to park and when I got my what I thought was the correct sandwich, the wrapper was full of dressing again not correct. Went inside and asked for the manager NO manager in site. I told the acting manager if that's how Mc Donald's serves there customers. Got home still the wrong sandwich. This location needs retraining and NEW management. read more

My kids asked to buy ice cream sundae's with their nuggets today, and I decided to go ahead and let them have a treat today. I noticed black specs throughout the sundae but assumed McDonald's had changed the look so that it appeared more as ice cream with fresh "vanilla bean" mixed in. I was horrified later on as my little kids ate the sundae and then spit out big black chunks of something hard, complaining, "I can't chew this"! I have added a photo here on Yelp, and I also have a video uploaded that clearly shows, those black pieces are definitely NOT vanilla bean or Oreos!! It looks like my kids were ingesting plastic!! We go to this McDonald's for my kids, and I hate that I now have to worry so much about what could be in the food. Worst Service of ANY fast food restaurant EVER. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Went to the drive through. Had to repeat the order several times. Got to the pay window, it was still wrong. Asked that person to correct it and it was STILL wrong. Asked for the manager, she got it wrong, too and never apologized. Awful place. I've given them several chances over the past couple of years, but this was the final straw. Group of kids walked in ahead of me. The manager (some middle-aged guy with glasses) goes to help them. They say they're not ready, and he tells them to tell him when they are. He turns around to keep cleaning and ignores me. I am not even standing with this group. He finally turns around about 45 seconds later with a scowl, them makes eye contact with me as I start to speak to him. His eyes narrow and he snaps his head back around to keep ig prong me. That is the last straw. I turned around and left. I've stopped by this McDonald's sporadically, and only twice was it a good experience. Cold food, wrong orders, rude people. My wife even called to contact number in the drive-thru and left a stern, yet polite message with a request to calm her back or email her. No one ever did. Do yourself a favor and go the the McDonald's up next to the Ford dealer up 290, or oh down to Willowbrook. Skip this one. They honestly just font care. read more

Came here during lunch break to reminisce my childhood. I haven't dine inside a McDonalds for so many years or ate McDonalds in a sober state of mind. As always I love my Hot & Spicy with extra Mayo tasted great! I wanted the Big Mac but didn't want to pass out at work. Service was very good in my opinion. The cashier was Nice and polite, got my order correct and gave me extra sauces I asked for. The only thing I must say, my fries weren't as crispy as I would like it.
