I was born and raised in Texas but currently live in Hawaii. The first place I wanted to stop was Whataburger when visiting family. I ordered a plain and dry whataburger, a regular whataburger, and 3 whataburger juniors. Everything was cold, they forgot my fries and needless to say whataburger is losing their touch. read more

Whataburger - This is our whataburger jr. - Fast Food Near Me - Tomball, Texas

Really concerned on whether or not I should return to Whataburger. The restaurant experience was all good. Keep in mind I ordered a No. 1 with cheese, no lettuce or tomato, mayo instead of mustard, with large onion rings and a Dr. Pepper. The food all tasted good, but within 5 minutes of eating it, my stomach literally felt like I was poisoned. This has happened at more than one location. I got a similar result from the Whataburger at Jones and 1960. Whataburger, please, do an internal review of your food quality and how it is cooked. I love your food, but if this continues, I may have to go somewhere else for burgers. read more

Service is slow and food is shit. They literally took an hour for 1 thing then it came out cold. This app really need to have a 0 stars option. read more

Pretty horrible location. I would avoid going here at all costs. Any time you go at night, expect to wait in line for an hour minimum. It is also very common for them to mess your order up, so don't recommend if you are picky. They need to rebuild the location from the ground up. New management and staff. 0/5 stars. Drive to the Tomball location instead. read more

Slowest Whataburger I've ever been too. Multiple occasions the service here has been ridiculously slow. I ordered 2 meals and I took an hour to get my food, and they didn't even make it correctly. Multiple customers in the restaurant waited 45+ minutes to get their food as well. Nothing fast about this fast food. read more

This place is utterly disgusting, I came twice and I saw roaches in the dining area and in the bathrooms. The burgers were warm at best and not even fully cooked. I need to ask twice for ketchup and I got attitude from the manager. I don't recommend this location. I hope management can look into getting the help it needs to get this up to par read more

Get it together. I keep forgetting how much of a wait this location is. I feel like if I went to ihop right across the parking lot, sat down and ordered. I would have my food served and eaten it by the time my food got to me in the togo lane at Whataburger. read more

I hit this place for breakfast fairly often. Served from 11am - 11pm. The mornings often feature senior couples eating breakfast and drinking coffee. The dining room is clean and neat. The line to order is never long. The staff is a good mix of older workers during the week and nice high schoolers on the nights and weekends. The food is always prepared just right. Great tasty food at a fair price. Really enjoy eating here. read more

Whataburger - Great breakfast options. Jalapeño cheddar biscuits and gravy. Bacon BOB. - Fast Food Near Me - Tomball, Texas

Whataburger has the best fast food hamburger in the country - hands down! I usually just order a regular hamburger loaded extra tomatoes and pickles. It's always so fresh! And it's something about Whataburger ketchup - it makes fries taste so good!!! Two thumbs up for this place. It's open 24-7. We've had a craving for Whataburger and gotten out of bed around 3am just to go get a fix!! read more

This location is absolutely ridiculous. They always manage to mess up my order and any time I add something THAT COSTS EXTRA MONEY they don't include it. Never going to this location again. They have literally messed up so many times and I have had enough. Management- check your staff and quality control because it's unbelievably poor. read more

I have 2 Whataburgers within a mile from my house but I chose to come to this one bc of the people and service. Alex is a sweetheart, he always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect and I'm happy with my order, when he leaves I will seriously cry. Josh the overnight manager as well, they both are what makes this Whataburger the best in my opinion. read more

If you come to this location, just know you're going to be in the drive through line for a minimum of 30-45 minutes, no matter what time of day or what you order. read more

Always a good place for a quick meal. Consistent flavor at each location. Clean dining area and prompt service.

The absolute worst Whataburger that I have ever been to. This franchisee should be closed. Even with over 10 employees in the back, it took over 40 minutes to get food and it was still incorrect. Apparently they can't keep up with fries - which is the easiest part of fast food. The manager on duty seemed completely clueless. The only one that was working as fast as she could was the counter person - who even was helping the drive through line with drinks and apologizing profusely o the over 30+ customers waiting over 40 minutes for food. read more

On a recent visit to Texas my friend raves about their burgers so it was our first stop. I loved the fries and the spicy ketchup, the burgers were so so I felt personally they lacked flavor and had way way to many onions. I would eat there again but definitely tweak the original to less onions and some type of sauce on the burger cause whatever they put doesn't do their good patties justice. Overall a 5 out of 10 for friendly service, decent prices, and good beef patty and bun read more

They may have shorted me a little bit on the onion rings, but this is the best chicken sandwich i have ever had from Whataburger! It had their whataburger sauce and they added bacon for me and didn't skimp at all on either! I don't eat beef so sometimes I go and ask for a cheeseburger with bacon no meat patty. Most of the time they get it right. Sometimes I think it gets lost in translation. This is a very well run franchise and I hope they continue to be consistent in their product and customer satisfaction. read more

Stingy on the sauces like it's liquid gold. apparently gravy isn't just included like it used to be... you have to ask for it. Make sure your fries are fresh cuz after waiting at least a half hour in the drive thru, you deserve warm fries. They're disorganized af and the lady working the window was screaming thru my car to a vehicle in the B Lane... read more

Horrible. Waited way too long. Got the wrong food and when I drove all the way back to get the right order they refused to give it to me. Horrible manager. I'm actively avoiding this whataburger. Never coming again read more

Love love Whataburger. The food has never disappointed. First thing I do when I come from out of town is get my Whataburger. Service, However, is a bit lacking overall. This location does have some super employees- especially morning crew. read more

45min wait and my order was wrong.I had three cars ahead and two behind .Worst Whataburger .

This particular location is terrible. VERY Slow service and my order is almost always wrong. I even tried using the app to order ahead. The service was even slower, which I didn't know was possible. Four people behind me got their food first and my food was cold. Useless. read more

Waited too long to receive order in drive-thru lane B, over 15 mins. Was shorten in given my change. Worst of all during my visit, my order was given to the customer in front of me, the customer went thru the bag, removed fries and placed back in bag. After customer gave the order back to staff, staff brought the order to me, it was my order. I refused the order and requested my order be replaced, the staff returned said the fries were replaced, not entire order, I told him this is Unsanitary. In the presence of COVID-19, risk of transmitting COVID with food touched by another customer. Since staff didn't replace, I asked again, he refused. I couldn't convince staff, after waiting 5 mins, I drove off, threw food away. Very bad experience and a lost of money. Don't recommend Spring Cypress and Hwy 249, Houston location. read more

Great food made Texas style but you have to utilize both drive thru lanes. Learn from Chic-Fil-A as they utilize all lanes and process more customers. An empty drive thru lane is ZERO revenue being generated. Empty space and real estate that should be making money. Love the A-1 thick n hearty but now love the sweet and spicy burger. read more

The other night they forgot to give us our card back, that's fine we should've noticed too. However, what annoys me is that I called yesterday and asked if they had it and immediately without the lady even looking she told me no. Today we went in person because it didn't make sense for it to be anywhere else and the much nicer gentleman actually took the time to look which is appreciated but the First Lady should have actually checked in the first place saving us some time and hassle. read more

i honestly don't know why they take so long to get an order out it's honestly ridiculous fr

Coming in from California, What-a-Burger is always a must. Not only is the food amazing, but the tableside service just sets it off. This particular location has amazing staff that really carry the brand through the entire experience. read more

Absolute joke. These fools have the audacity. All I want is a Monterey melt and they tell me it's not available when I can go down the street and get one at another whataburger. They have all of the ingredients and lie to my face. I'd rather eat a ham sandwich than give this place my money. Bulldoze this place and replace it with a respectable restaurant and not this disgusting eye sore. read more

Never a manager on duty. Even with 10+ people in the kitchen my order of one item took over 20 mins to prepare after I showed up at the time it was supposed to be ready because I ordered online. Terrible service read more

Came here about a week ago - long story short, don't bother ordering through the app, they won't give it to you till 20 minutes after your pickup time anyway. Came back again today with an online order of a burger with only ketchup, mayo, and pickles. Got home and realized my burger had so much ketchup on only one side that the bun was soggy, the tiniest dollop of mayo, mustard (which I didn't order), and onions (which I didn't order). To top it off, the employee almost forgot to give me my drink till I noticed and said something. I'll be sticking with the Louetta location. This one is awful and a waste of time. read more

This place is just garbage, they always forget something if it's not onions rings, it's cinnamon roll or anything extra I order!!! Not Whatitusedtobe, I think the parent company is in Chicago. SLOOOOOW drive thru service, after sitting in line for an eternity to order food I drove off. The food was out of this dimension. However, I did have a word feeling about the waiter. He made me tingle inside, the way he handed me my burger was outstanding, it could turn a girl on. Overall, my experience was magnificent!! read more

Good and hot food. Nice staff. Their moves much faster now which is helpful. We've been going there for about 10 years now.

Staff was nice however the rest was not very pleasing. I placed a mobile order specifically so I didn't have to wait. The order wasn't given to me until 26 minutes after it was said it was ready.... While waiting I got my drinks & they were out of straws and customers had to ask multiple times to get them and many others came up to get the status on their order since the WAIT IS RIDICULOUS, I mean it's supposed to be "fast food". read more
