Nope! 3rd time was not the charm at all. Sad to say this 3rd visit is exactly why I refused to go to whataburger ever again. However, since I have an out of town visitor, we took her to experience it herself and not take my word for it... and it was as disappointing as every other time I've gone to various locations and at different times (2008, 2024, 2025). We ordered drive thru and after paying they had us wait in a long long line. When they finally brought our order out we were missing 2 items! Smh! The spicy chicken my husband ordered was too spicy for me and chicken was over cooked (I took a bite). My step daughter eats more fast food than we do and she said she wasn't impressed at all. Honestly everything sucks here, don't waste your time placing a mobile order you'll wait just as long in the drive thru as you would without ordering ahead. What ever dude works the window over night needs some reconsideration. Like 5 nights ago he was busy dabbing up someone in the outside lane, ignored me several times while at the window and once he finally acknowledged me he seemed as clueless as one can be. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS !! New to the area stopped here for two meals and extra tenders Went back once for my fries they forgot ! Then got home and realized tenders were cooked till they were hard as a rock ! BURGERS were nasty and fries were cold and old and hard. Service was okay but outside of building was nasty and had a bad smell outside not sure if it was actually from the building or sewer. Definitely going to try and get my money refunded, I would have drove back but we live about 25 mins away and I had already went back in once. Most of the food was thrown away. One of the two sodas was flat , no carbonation at all. Over bad experience. The interior is the same as any whataburger. It's usually fairly clean Andrea standard for fast food. In fact, this used to be a great example of the concept. But there must have been a change in management because it has gone down hill. The food is good when it's fresh, but it has been really hit or miss the last few times we've gone. It's super convenient placement in the Highway possibly gives them less incentive to try hard. I don't know, but the service has been slow and largely apathetic, bordering on irritated you're even there. DO NOT use the app to order a ahead at this location. It always takes longer to get your food and about half the time they stick it on an unheated shelf and forget it. So your food, when you finally get it (if they even bring it out, you might have to go inside to get it) is old and cold. Basically, just avoid. Seriously go across the street to QT, it'll be fresher and faster, even without a drive thru. read more

They could have maybe asked the car in front of me to move to the side if his order was so massive or what not. They always mess up an order. This is why I don't go often. I ordered a 9pc chicken bite combo. They gave us a 3pc chicken strip combo instead. I just finished landing here in SA from Russia, it was my first time visiting a Whataburger since I was 12. The service was awful and the food was cold. My brother ordered a bacon burger and revived it with no bacon. When I asked for ketchup one of the workers threw a plate full of ketchup at me, he then left me with a plate full of ketchup to pass around the store. Both the food and service was terrible at this location on 4125 South Loop 1604 East. I just went thru the drive thru (01.21.2024) and it took over an hour to receive my food. Then there were no condiments, no napkins, not even a straw for my chocolate shake. My french fries and no. 2 whataburger were not only cold, the french fries were also stale. The poor girl that brought out my food to me, I felt sorry for here because I could tell she was super embarrassed and even apologized. I'm sure if Whataburger is allowing a location to get this bad, the others could very well follow suit, so I will not be eating at Whataburgers any longer unfortunately because it use to be my favorite hamburger restaurant. Took a weeklong trip to San Antonio to visit my mother and Whataburger is the one place I had to go before I left (literally) for my flight back to Las Vegas. I ordered the double with cheese, which you get a number and they bring it out to your table. (Which I think is really cool.) It was a great burger, no ketchup here, just mustard, lettuce, pickles, onions and I added some jalapenos to it. It was juicy, hot, and very tasty. The fries were nice as well. This location was very clean and the employees were very nice. I remember when I used to work at the Star Dust and we would have rodeo in town and all the cowboys walking around wishing they had a Whataburger here in Las Vegas, and I have to agree, I wish there was one here too. read more

This is the worst whataburger I've ever had. Everyone who works here goes aggressively out of their way to make sure that you feel like you don't matter. The poor kid on the register acted like he only had one day of half a-- training. He struggled to take our order. Then, there was no soap in the bathroom. Since we just came from the rodeo, we needed to wash our hands before we ate. The manager told my mom that she just hasn't gotten around to it. She then leaned over the counter and proceeded to give my mother a handful of the soap from the back. Still didn't put any in the bathroom. By the time we got our food, the manager hand delivered it to our table by slamming it down and walking away. No words. Just aggression. The entire order was incorrect, when we had paid extra for an extra patty and Jalepenos. I went to the front to ask someone for an extra patty...everyone literally acted like i wasn't there. The employees were laughing and texting. After standing there for about 5-8 minutes i finally got someone to look up from their computer or phone long enough to notice me. I finally got my extra patty and just forgot about the rest of the things that are missing from my order, since at this point everyone else had already finished eating their meals. I have never in my life paid money to feel like i'm an inconvenience by spending my money. I am not one to complain but this establishment is so out of hand that i started to fear for my safety just by being there with the employees. There is a dark and aggressive and negative energy that surrounds this location and all of the employees. Anyone who eats here is frankly just desperate. I am from Corpus Christi and i expect so much better from Whataburger as a company.
