We went through the drive-thru but no one helped us. We pulled forward and tried again, thinking maybe the bell hadn't alerted them. We then went to the side ordering area, pressed the button, and waited another 10 minutes, but still received no response, so we finally left. It appeared that only an older woman was actually working, while a younger lady employee and a man employee was walking around and didn't seem to be helping. Very disappointing experience. read more

They basically ignored us until we left. We went through the drive thru and then pulled up to the window and saw the worker next to the window but did not look over to us and she left. So we left too. read more

Service is the worst, I pulled in the drive thru and was greeted by an employee and they asked me to hold on a second. Which is okay that's fine.... I waited 7 min before I said hello again, they then responded back I ASKED YOU TO WAIT A SECOND. Customer service is horrible, the wait is long even when there isn't anyone there. I got Mc Donald's instead read more

Sonic Drive-In - Food - Burgers Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Tater tots tastes like they were cooked in old oil. How often is the oil changed? Isn't it obvious when it needs changing?

They had order ahead here. They didn't give me my second fries and the "Jumbo" popcorn chicken was not at all Jumbo. Spent $23 for not the quality I paid for. It was very busy at the time I went but it should be hard to not forget my second set of fries. read more

Service isn't the best here, and the food I suspect is old. Even in their ice cream. Always see people just hanging around when the lights are out after hours, kinda creepy read more

It's been a few years since I've ordered from here. (The wait time and service was a big issue in the past. Today we ordered 4 meals, all different. Got exactly what we ordered and it was all great. Mica was busy running from car to car and handled everyone and everything perfectly. Will definitely be going back. read more

We pulled up 5 minutes BEFORE happy hour ended sat in the line and when we finally made it up to the order it was 4:02 and we were told it was past 4!!! Then we LITERALLY waited 15 minutes in line for one 2.55 soda and then had to ask for our change back fr 3.00. As if I would tip for that! read more

They do not take mobile orders at this location, so none of the in app promotions can be used. I called Sonic customer service (overseas)and they recommended that I go to another Sonic to order in the app. We ordered less than we were planning, and went to Quick Trip for the rest. read more

It's Sonic. Great food better ice cream and delicious dessert. Always quick and good service

Go to another place. Messed up our order three times-- shouldn't be this hard to do a burger without ketchup. Coffee was cold. I get that people make mistakes. But this many times?? read more

Not even a 1 star more like 0, i have been to so many sonic fast food and this one is bad, when I forgot to order something they said i cant order twice and there was nobody there so like why not? There racist, and i was trying to go to the drive through they didn't answer, they were just talking to each other, this should be shut down for good, why do people even work here even Walmart is better then this embarrassing. read more

Me and my family were in a road trip and really hungry so we went to sonic and they didn't understand us and they kept getting our food wrong and we decided to just leave 0 stars if I could I was so frustrated I cried a little read more

Every previous review is true. Stopped here on the way home from San Antonio. Did mobile order on the way so the wait wouldn't be long. . What a clown. Still sitting in the stall 28 minutes later. We only ordered 2 milkshakes and a breakfast burrito. We've eaten at Sonic locations across the US. This location gives all the other amazing service locations a bad name. Legit; don't even want the milkshake any longer. read more

The manager Camron here is very professional. I had a little bit of a mistake on my burger and he offered to remake my orders personally and asked me if i wanted anything for the inconvenience. He was kind and made me want to come back! Love it when I actually get good costumer service!!! read more

You literally get diarrhea and stomach aches from eating from this place. There is always a mess up order too

Worst experience ever.I would rather recommend whataburger next door. They got my order wrong and only served 1 onion ring in the bag. If you know you are out why wouldn't u substitute it for something else. Manager refused to listen. SMH read more

Thieves! This is the SECOND time I've had my card info stolen at THIS location. DO NOT GO HERE. There's plenty of other places THAT WONT STEAL FROM YOU so go to one of those instead. If I could rate lower if I could. The service is always a snails pace, especially if using the app, and the customer service is just awful. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!! read more

There's no point in ordering ahead for this sonic. I always order ahead because due to COVID I'm not about to be touching the dirty speaker boxes. 1st time I ordered some drinks, literally took them about 20 minutes to bring out 2 drinks. 2nd time again took forever to bring me my food out, then when I pressed the button to ask what was taking so long they rushed my order out to me which had clearly been sitting out for a while, I asked them to remake it paid extra for bacon on a burger and when I got home and opened the wrapper lo and behold... no bacon. 3rd time, ordered shakes which no whip on them and they come out with whip..... guys it's not that hard to look at a screen and pay attention to what you're making. I hate this sonic but it's the closest one to me. Guess I'll have to start driving 20 minutes to the other nearest sonic. ‍‍ read more

By far the worst Sonic I've ever dined at. The speaker when ordering drive through was inaudible. We then proceeded to wait 20 minutes at the drive through window for our food. At one point there wasn't even anyone working inside. After waiting 20 minutes we were so ready to get back on the road so we just left without making sure that everything was in the bags. Sure enough they forgot straws, so I'm sitting here writing this drinking my cherry limeade with no straw. Not to mention this is by far the worst food I've ever gotten from sonic. Shame. read more

This place is the worst. FIRE THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF AND START FRESH. Nothing but stupid little asshole kids work there. No offense but it doesn't take a brain for this job. EVERYTIME I go, something's broken or the speaker is hard to hear from and they are nasty with sticky cups and shitty food! Just because I use coupons does not mean my food should be terrible, I used a coupon for my $2.99 chili cheese dog and it was just a small about if chili barely and dried into the hot dog like it's been sitting there for a while and no cheese. This place overcooks and looks like fries the tots and fries twice and over and over again. Plus they take super long here all they are doing is talking and texting and not to mention a little girl was wearing short shorts!! What kind of place makes employees or ALLOWS an underaged girl wear shorts at this establishment!!!! read more

By far the slowest and poorest service of any Sonic I've been to. They take way too long for fast food. The woman working the drive thru has a bad attitude. The first time I was parked at the speaker for 10 minutes and no one spoke to me, and there were people in front of Me waiting for their order. The line never moved and I just left. read more

My family was traveling home from a camping trip and wanted a quick lunch. This Sonic provided great customer service! We were pulling a travel trailer so parking in a stall was not possible. I called and spoke with Lisa who suggested we park in back and they would bring out our order. She was so friendly and helpful! Food was good as always and the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you Sonic! read more

Stopped taking orders at the drive through and some how managed to have all order booths full with clearly frustrated customers. An order would come out about once every 10 min. read more

Sat in the drive thru almost 10 minutes with no one saying anything even though the car in front of me clearly just ordered. Decided to move to a stall only to sit there another 10 minutes. What's the point of being right off the interstate if you can't even take an order within 15-20 minutes? read more

Just left there & for the 2nd or 3rd time didn't get what I ordered. My advice is stick with happy hour & forget ordering food.

Absolutely horrible there was only 3 cars there and we waited 10 mins after pushing the red button and decided to leave, so we didn't get to try the food but come on..... soo we went to whataburger instead ordered right away. read more

I'll give them one star for the music they play while ordering. I ordered cheeseburgers from here and they took almost 20 minutes to give me my order. By the time I got my order the buns were all soggy. The corn dogs are disgusting. H-E-B corn dogs are better. I'll only come here for happy hour next time. Just for the drinks!! read more
