Waited at drive thru speaker for 8 minutes, no one came on, so we drove up to the first window, waited 10 minutes for employee to open window and acknowledge us at the window. We placed our order, paid, and waited 20 minutes at the window for our order, we were handed a partial part of our order and we were instructed to park and wait for our two chicken wraps. We Parked and waited for our wraps for over 20 minutes. My husband went in and asked for a refund. Be careful when ordering here please. The meat was undercooked and tasted a bit funny. I'm not sure it they are following food safety guidelines. We were there for over an hour. Them employees were nervous when we asked for a refund. The male employee was friendly and seemed very overwhelmed and nervous. The woman in charge was stressed and came across as a bit too aggressive. INTENTIONAL FOOD TAMPERING. went through the drive through and they forgot half our order- which happens because we are a group of 7 so we came inside and asked for what we were missing. Female employee was so ugly with us despite us not being rude and the burgers they gave us after had tangled hair (like from the shower floor) in them. Its already a dirty place and tends to be rude and sloppy so youre better off not coming here. Disappointing bc idk what they expected us to do. I never leave reviews, but this place was so bad my husband and I felt we need to warn people... Where to start? There were no paper towels in either bathroom. The indoor playground (one of the main reasons we stopped) was closed. The drink options were very limited, and the drink station was under stocked (no straws.) They were also out of the kids' meal toys. They neglected to tell us they were out of the toys until after we'd ordered, paid, waited 10 minutes and then walked up to pick up the food. A heads up would have been nice. We had the pleasure of sitting right next to a bug zapper..... talk about appetizing! Oh! And, it was 105 degrees outside, and the AC inside wasn't working. Needless to say, we ate as quickly as possible and left to the comfort of our air conditioned car. We stopped eating here since the people always pull u up or make u go around because they are trying to get their time limit from drive thru done as soon as possible. Very knowledgeable service! I think it was the manager who helped me out, he was young and wearing a collared black long sleeve with black slacks. I was asking about the impossible whopper and how it was cooked. He let me know on the grill, but that they had another spot they could cook it that wouldn't touch where meat was. My food is always warm and tastes amazing. My favorite burger is the whopper with bacon and cheese with no ketchup and they get it right every time with no issues. I love this place! And in the morning they have the best croissants I love the double sausage and bacon. read more

Give him the coupon code on flyer and says that's not what rings up and he can't adjust it or change it or refund since he has no manager on site and he refused to call the manager because there isn't any manager at the moment and refuses to give out manager's name. The guy running both registers front and drive thru other making the sandwiches. This Burger King at this location is a joke. Always the same issue. Never go there. Paid 21 dollars for two whoppers, 2 medium drinks, and a medium fry. Didn't get the fry. Drove around as employees had abandoned the inside to do something outside like scrub mats and told him we were missing our fries. He acknowledged us outside by saying you are missing your fries? We drove back to the window. And waited. And waited. No one ever returned to give us the food we already paid for. They continued to do whatever it was they were doing outside getting ready for closing in 45 mins. Wow! We whipped in after a weekend at the coast, figured it might take awhile but hit the drive through and as soon as we rolled up, they had drinks ready, food was bagged up super fast. No diaper changing station anywhere in either men's or women's bathroom. Very inconvenient when traveling with children. Has an indoor climbing / play area. Bathrooms were okay cleanliness wise. But the rest of the Burger King was clean. Super slow eat in service. Between ordering my food and getting my food there was about a 15-20 minute wait. read more

Located off the 35 freeway it was good to stop for a quick Frap and a small drink for my grand daughter who played on the slide/play area. The staff was friendly. This fast food facility was very dirty as the windows and doors are caked with grim. I enjoy watching children have fun and play together until my daughter found a 3 inch cockroach where she had put her shoes in those little cubbies....YA yeek!
