Been here 3 times. (third time is the charm right?) Wrong! Employees either need to be put through service training again or be replaced. Ask if they your guests need condiments/napkins. Better yet imagine you are the guest and go through the things you would like with your food if you got something at the drive thru. In general, a good burger joint, but needs more adult supervision. The employees aren't taking their own or their customers safety seriously. Most of the employees are generally not using gloves or masks. Even when using masks, they are placing them on with the mask below their chins ... obviously useless drama theater. This whataburger here seems to be struggling. Went through last night around 2AM, and received a completely mixed up order. I realize that it is ultimately on us to make sure we received the correct order... but just letting you know that we were missing TWO WHOLE BREAKFAST BURGERS from our $40+ order. Our friends also received a completely different order altogether when they went the same night. Weirdly lacking. Staff was ok--which threw us off. Don't know what their problem is. Pulled up to order and we waited until someone finally says "sorry our computer system is down at the moment. We pulled up the the window to speak to someone and they took forever to walk up to us. Then when a lady finally does she acts oblivious like we should know the system is down. Finally we say can we pay with cash, and she said no we can't input your order it'll be a couple hours and walks away. If you go in the daytime, expect 10/10 service. If you go at night, expect to listen to the staff complain about you the entire time your order is being made and talk down to you when your order finally arrives. If it were possible to rate by time frames, day time would have a 5 star rating and night would have one star. I ordered a breakfast sandwich at about 2:30 in the morning and heard an employee complaining that the job wasn't worth her life. As someone who works in food service, I would never speak this way about my customers and am appalled that Whataburger would allow their employees to speak about their customers in such a fashion. The slowest most unresponsive Whataburger that I've ever been to. I've been waiting 30 mins in a drive thru with three cars in front of me. The gentleman taking the order asked us to hold twice. Get someone that can understand the urgency and take the orders, deal with your cooks to get busy. This is unbelievable... they are all walking around like they have no clue. By far the worst Whataburger ever!! Unfortunately it is the closest location to our home so we gave it a few tries over a year before finally writing it off for good today. They are consistently the slowest, the fries are always stale and the customer service is appalling. Tonight's example of poor customer service: we ordered two meals and were only given one of each ketchup. We asked for more and the girl at the windows response was "it's already in there". My husband let her know that there were only two and we don't eat the spicy. She scoffed and then threw him more spicy ketchups. He tried to ask for the regular but she closed the window and walked away. Then we got home and my husbands double cheese burger had no cheese. This was the final straw for us. We will. For a very long time I have been coming to this Whataburger and you know there's been a few times that things have gone wrong but that's to be expected every so often no matter where you go especially if you go there a lot I mean that's just life. But I was so disappointed in them this morning because I have been going through there and getting a biscuit with bacon and cheese only forever for a couple of years now and this morning I ordered two and she said $9 I was like how can it be $9 for biscuit bacon and cheese because all they do is take one piece of bacon and break it in half and put it on there with a slice of cheese on it she thought that was the funniest thing and I won't be going back to that particular one because once I get that kind of a bad taste in my mouth it's done. To top it off, we ordered 2 chicken strip baskets and when we opened up our boxes there were only chicken strips in it. As a Texan, Whataburger is always my first choice for fast food. I'm used to fresh burgers, perfectly crispy fries, and creamy sweet milkshakes. However, this location has disappointed me time and time again. The staff is rude and they always ignore you, the service is slow, and the food is cold. 90% of the time I have to give my order back because it's wrong. I've mentioned their lack of quality to what seemed to be their owner before, and he seemed concerned and told me the situation would be rectified. I gave y'all another chance this morning and what did I get? A cold, hard, nasty Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. Ordered burger only to get home to Rockwall to realize the burger had cheese on it. Brought it back to the store to ask for a refund. Maria informed me that i requested cheese on the burger. I told her i did not request cheese she asked me if i was sure. I was informed I could not get my money back because their day closes at 3:00, although they take your money after 3:00. Maria was rude and should be fired. I will be following up with their corporate office to ensure they are aware on the contentious, rude, and unaware manager they have in Maria.
