Maaaaaaan I was starving craving a burger and some spicy ketchup. I asked for extra spicy ketchup and I mean extra ketchup, my man Zane delivered with 23 ketchups. He's the man you want and the man you deserve. He made my day, my week, probably even my year, 11/10 service just for this man please give him a raise. read more

Whataburger - a person holding a bag of food - Fast Food Near Me - Rogers, Arkansas

I would leave a 1 star but it's just the food that I'm not a fan of in general either because my order was cooked good or not made right . Idk how people comprare this to in n out but not even half way. I've never been satisfied by whataburger except the first time I ever tried it(3 years ago) went today to order an avocado bacon burger but I didn't get avocado, just slammed with tomato and onion. I didn't finish it. I tried. read more

This is my first visit here & it wasn't quite the taste I was expecting. I ordered the chicken nuggets & it wasn't as great as I thought it would be. The nuggets were actually pretty hard and the sauce didn't help either. The fries were pretty okay but the one thing I did LOVE was their customer service. It was like a Souplantation where they find seats for you, deliver your food for you & offer you a selection of sauces to choose from (& they even have spicy ketchup!) Would I come back again? Maybe one more time to actually get a burger but for this experience, the food was not fulfilling. read more

Picked up food later at night at it was disgusting. I even found a hair in my burger. Would never ever return. the fries were mushy. The burger was mushy, the bun was stale. I know it is fast food, but that was just nasty. read more

First timer and I wasn't impressed. It doesn't crack my top 10 of local burgers. Given that it's fast food, that isn't saying much but I'll put it another way....I'd eat McDonalds over this place. Few things I didn't like 1. Way too crowded from the police directing traffic to the line to order to the line at the soda fountain to the dining area packed 2. For being sooo packed, they should have had employees cleaning tables versus walking around handing out ketchup. I had to ask one to stop what they were doing to clean off a table so I could sit down. 3. The soda fountain. The line is long because there is only one ice dispenser and one dispenser for each soda type, so it backs up. The Coke and Diet Coke (most popular imo) are right next to the ice so even if the person ahead of you got ice, chances are you can't start getting your ice until they are done. 4. There is no ketchup. Well, there is, but you have to wait until they walk around and give it to you. Stingy. 5. Fries were hot but tasted stale. Too done on the outside, not enough inside. 6. Bacon cheeseburger. Diced onion which falls off easy. Idk if it was the bacon or the mayo but something was off. Just didn't have a great flavor I won't be going back. I would note that this Whataburger is a chain. Do not confuse it with Feltners Whattaburger in Russellville or Feltners Bros in F'ville. Those are not affiliated....and quite good!! read more

Whataburger - Crazy busy for fast food - Fast Food Near Me - Rogers, Arkansas

I do not recommend this Whataburger location. Just got through having dinner here with my wife and kids. My wife ordered a double cheeseburger with only ketchup and Mayo. When they brought it out and she opened it up it was literally covered with ketchup all over it. So I took it back and asked them to remake it and make it clean this time. Then come to find out they served her uncooked meat the second time. Will never give them my business ever again. If not for my wife telling me to let it go I would have gotten my money back. But instead I'm just trying to let people aware so they don't have to go through that as well. read more

This establishment should be renamed "disappoint-a-burger". I was disappointed that I wasted the calories for a lunch here because I kinda figured with all the long lines at this restaurant as well as the Fayetteville location that I would be served up a decent burger but that first bite into the thin soggy patty made me realize that I had been hoodwinked into giving them a try. The Bacon Cheesburger should be called a veggie burger because I couldn't find the bacon and almost couldn't find the beef in the 1/8" thick patty (think 2 steak-ums and you get the picture). What I did get was lots and lots of onions some tomatoes, pickled peppers and some lettuce. WTF? this burger is so substandard that it makes me question the tasting ability of all the home sick Texans lining up for this place. Eating here reminds me of eating at McDonalds or maybe Burger King (minus flame broiling) from 30 years ago back when there was little competition in the burger space. Will they go out of business? No, not with all the home sick Texans milling about. Should they go out of business? Yes, they should. I would choose McDonalds over Disappoint-a-burger any day of the week. I have not tried their breakfast which I hear is decent, but I have no plans on returning here. edit: Against my better judgement, I decided to return to this particular whataburger because my son and I wanted to do a burger crawl sampling various burgers to get an idea of what a good burger is. After visiting the in-n-out burger in Vegas and being particularly disapointed in it despite all the fanfare I thought maybe whataburger deserved a second chance. I did raise my rating from 1 star to 2 stars but ultimately feel that the burger offerings here are still a disappointment. All of my opinions from my first experience hold true though things really are a little better after nearly 1 year in service. My son thought the burger was only OK but more telling was that he could not finish his double. When he got home he had a bit of a stomach issue, so there might be a problem with the freshness of the meat. (I'm not sure how this is even possible given the popularity of this restaurant). Good: the burgers are large. The diameter of the sandwhich is a good size and the condiments (lettuce/tomatoes/onions) are pretty fresh. Bad: the patties are salty and soggy, the ketchup doesn't taste right. My pet peeve: why does adding cheese (at .50) get multiplied by the number of patties? is there a message that warns you that a triple with cheese costs an extra $1.50? read more

The workers were so so nice and welcoming! We were actually given a free medium milkshake! They continually checked on us and talked to us!

These guys always had me covered after I got off my 3am shift at a certain god awful tech company I shan't mention. I almost always got breakfast here at about 3:15 AM, and it was just good. It wasn't revolutionary, it wasn't memorable, it was just good food. It tasted good, it was warm, it was prepared properly. The lady at the window, I don't remember her name but she was a very sweet African American lady and she always took my order after work. Bless her and bless the night shift because you guys are great. I don't work at that place anymore but I do remember getting dinner here almost every other night. Whataburger in general is just one of the best fast food joints, you typically get your moneys worth here. Make sure to thank the night shift if you go, they work minimum wage most likely and are probably super tired. Tip em too if you can, even just half a dollar or something just real non chalantly would probably make their night just a little bit nicer. read more

Moved from TX which has Whataburgers everywhere, I was happy to see a couple have made their way up to NWA. This location is clean, the employees are very friendly, and the food is hot and fresh and tastes consistent with all the other Whataburgers. It's not gourmet by any means, but it is more on the high end of a fast-food burger joint. I love their breakfasts, anything with the jalapeño cheddar biscuit! read more

Being from Texas, I was happy to finally have Whataburger here.... But THIS location is awful! Don't expect to get your order right....ever. I feel so sorry for anyone who's first impression was with the service of this Whataburger. It is just SO poorly managed and operated. Better luck running into McDonalds across the street! HORRIBLE! read more

I visited this location for the first time last night. My wait time was the same as any other location. They prepare the food to order, so I expect a wait. My burger was cooked properly and tasted like any other Whataburger I've had before. My daughter tried the Whatacatch sandwich. She loved it and said its her choice from now on. My fries were hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and competent. So glad I only have an hour drive to get my Whataburger fix now! read more

Waited 20 minutes for our order which I understand and have no problem with it as long as our food is hot and fresh. Unfortunately our fries were cold and soggy. read more

Whataburger! Not really... Nothing special EXCEPT THE POLICE ESCORT TO THE DRIVE THRU! Jesus people the burger place is not that great and shouldn't have police specifically directing traffic to get one. If it was In and Out then I could see BUT back to the food. Nothing special. You need to request ketchup on your burger. Honestly probably won't be back. Asked for a couple bottles of water they don't sell them ok. Not a big deal. Staff is new and confused and unorganized. 1st window paid. 2 window wanted me to pay again HA! No.... Other than that just nothing special. read more

Do not eat here makes McDonald's look like a five star restaurant Long wait for nasty food never eat here!!

Crap service, takes forever, never gets the order right, doesn't even know which order is yours When you drive around to the window. Waste of money. read more

Absolutely slowest service I've ever received at a fast food chain. Every time I come to this location it seems like it takes a decade to get my food, unfortunately it's the closest to me so I don't have a choice. All I can say is someone needs to figure it out. read more

It's good. It's as good as most Wataburgers. Wait for the new to wear off and it will be worth the wait and hype. Not so much until then. read more

After all the hype, my husband and I finally decided to try this place out. It was very disappointing. First of all, is this fast food or a diner? We waited 15 minutes for our burgers to be carried out by an employee who looked less than thrilled to be there and then had to wait another 5 minutes for him to return with ketchup since they don't keep any on the self-service bar. While waiting on the ketchup, I tried the fries. Despite being moderately busy, the fries tasted stale and old. I would have requested new ones but didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for them. I will not be returning to Whataburger. read more

My first time eating at a Whataburger was at this location. I had heard a lot of people rave about it, so my hopes were high. I'm a Im & Out California girl, so that is where my bar is set. First things first, the customer service was really good. Friendly, helpful employees. However, the food was alright. I'd say the burgers were good, but not great. Regular, fast food burgers. Not sure what else to say about it. read more

Slow ass hell line but food worth the wait! 5 star food. Sweet and spicy bacon burger is must try.

Is this place going to close down or something? The customer service is the worst. Came late Saturday and have never heard someone hate their job so much over the intercom. Poor guy sound miserable. I didn't know if I should be upset that he was slightly annoyed that I came to disturbed him at work for a meal or feel bad. I hope things changes - personally I don't care for the service and the food is just okay. Does not live up to the hype. BTW they DO NOT carry the Root Beer Shake - don't ask. You will get a big fat "NO" read more

Aside from the forever long wait to get our food, it was good. The burgers could of been hotter but the fries made up for it. Good place to eat, just be prepared to wait 20+ minutes (crowded or not) to get your food! read more

Worst service in area. Especially bad in mornings if you dine in. Not unusual to wait at front counter with no one around for 10 minutes. Sure it is about staffing versus laziness. Drive thru is faster. Food is always good and fresh. Breakfast biscuits are all good on the jalepeno biscuit. Whoever owns this please staff it properly. Not doing yourself any favors by trying to save labor. read more

First time trying Whataburger. I had the Monterey Melt and it was great. Had great service dinning in. Very friendly staff. No complaints at all. read more

The dining room was closed due to the pandemic so three of us went to the drive through. They would only allow two separate orders per car. I guess they don't need our business and I will no longer eat their. read more

This place is all around terrible, awful service, terrible customer respect, and will most definitely never get your order correct. Gave this place multiple chances, and never could get the simplest order correct. Go to any other place to get food in NWA and you will be better off. read more

My family loves whataburger, so when they opened in NWA we were pretty excited, but since day one, they have been significantly slow, compared to other fast food options, and there is a high chance that your order is going to be wrong. Whenever we order on the drive thru, we now religiously review our items, and it is very common that we would have to ask them to correct the order. The people attending is always very polite and change whatever we request is wrong, but it seems that there is something broken in the way the handle the orders that gives a pretty good chance for it to be wrong. Once you get your food the way you want, it is what you would expect in terms of flavor, and again, service is good, but man! They really need to fix things in order processing. Another thing, is that on the drive thru, I am always asked if I ordered thru the App, but the App says that this location does not take online orders. read more

During this time, we went to eat with our family of 8! The staff was not very helpful for a larger group. We are bigger people and it is not comfortable for all of us to sit in a booth, but they offered two booths. We asked about the large table and was told that they could not sit there due to COVID! We will not be going back due to the unaccomadating factor. If you are a large family with kids... DO NOT GO hERE!!!! read more

My husband and I love their strawberry shakes but every time we have been there we have had a bad experience. Not with all Whataburgers just this one. We have had gravy come out looking like water, their shake machine seems to never be working when we go, and their drive threw takes forever! I was there yesterday going to get a shake to surprise my husband at work. The drive threw was empty! A man pulled in front of me in the drive threw and ordered then I ordered my shake. He pulled up to the window and payed then sat there for 10 min. Apparently his food wasn't ready but I don't get why they didn't just have him pull forward so I didn't have to wait 10 minutes for a shake. That isn't the first time that has happened either. I felt like I could have gone threw chick fil a's drive threw 3 times during lunch rush in the same time it takes to get threw whataburgers once. Lol read more

Poor service. Slow Service. Inaccurate service and management that clearly DOES NOT CARE ABOUT DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS! My son ordered two burgers and fries but only got one burger because the person taking his order Christian S, only rang up one burger and two fries. Which took forever for them to even prepare. My son then went across the street to MCDONALDS to get food for the rest of the family and his friends and ordered TWICE AS MUCH FOOD, GOT IT IN HALF THE TIME and the order was 100% ACCURATE!!! AS ALWAYS!!! Oh and my burger from Whataburger was BLAND!!! WORST burger I ever had from ANY Whataburger!!! And the fries were HORRIBLE!!! If you cannot do better than the McDonald's across the street you better close up or do better!!! I would give them ZERO stars if I could. read more

Frozen water...water that is paid for monthly and although somewhat metered, it is still water. Ask for a large cup of ice and these morons get confused (and it is not just Whataburger either). But I asked for a large cup of ice and my companion asked for a large Dr. Pepper. Now, he got the LARGE Dr. Pepper. Me? I got a medium cup of ice. We then corrected the gal at the drive through and told her I wanted a large cup of ice, not medium. Disgruntled, she closed the window and began to disperse the ice into the NEXT SIZE UP. Meanwhile, my companion is sipping on a Dr. Pepper that was in the largest available cup. WTF? I didn't say anything because she did allow me to keep the medium cup. But then, when we drove away, I opened the "large" cup of ice? Three-fourths of the way full!?!? You would have thought I was asking for frozen shards of gold. My god. What is wrong with these food service workers these days? She was just irritated that she didn't do her job right the first time. SHE was irritated!!! While we remained polite as can be...not next time. Sorry if the a cup of ice is too difficult to grasp, young lady. read more

Third times a charm. Will not be back. This has to be to the worst What a Burger. They were not busy at all. Every booth and table dirty. Floor with food all over the place. Food Cold.
