We preordered 3 pizzas to be delivered at 6:30. My husband actually went into their location earlier that day to discuss the order and give them the our requested delivery time. That night, 6:30 came and went. At 6:45 my husband called and was told the driver left 10 minutes ago, which indicated it was already 5 minutes later than the original delivery target and no one bothered to call and let us know they were running late. The driver eventually rang our doorbell at 7PM. Why am I complaining you may ask. In the first place we had a kitchen full of guests for our game night. Secondly, this makes twice out of 3 separate orders from this location that have been delivered excessively late. Needless to say, we will be looking for a different pizza establishment for our quarterly event. Sad, because we've always enjoyed Pizza Hut's food. Delivery service, not so much. read more

so i place one carry out order wait 45 minutes, go in to pick it up and she says we don't have an order. i showed her the confirmation and she said she still couldn't make it. proceeded to talk to me like i was stupid.. telling me it didn't charge me because it didn't come through on their screen. but it did, it came through the bank account and because i was already in there i placed a second order... same thing. so i placed two orders i didn't get either of them. i was treated like an idiot. the manager refused to speak to me. i left with NO REFUND AND NO PIZZA. the staff is not welcoming, and not friendly. not to mention.. THE DEAD BUGS ON THE FLOOR! i would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND this pizza hut, drive the extra miles to the next closest one. you will be disappointed here, so save yourself from the rude service and nasty food guys! read more

Pizza Hut is really great pizza in my opinion. They have expanded there menu here lately. There's something about Pizza Hut pizza it just taste good. Love the sides they have such as the bread sticks n the parmasian wings. Really good in my book, now they sell the Cinnabon rolls OMG. These are as good as if you were at the Cinnabon establishment ordering these. Always great service n always been clean. read more

I have been a pizza hut fan since I was kid. I understand that not all pizza huts are the same. Some are a hit and others a miss. This one was great for 3 reasons. Quality: The pizza was baked to perfection and the toppings were sufficient in the sense that it didnt feel like they were short changing it. The regular pan pizza was cooked well, great amount of cheese and delicious sauce. The stuffed crust could have been baked for another ten minutes and it would have been perfect. Speed of delivery: Was delivered fast! Enough said. Hotness: Pizza was hot on arrival and it was great. I read the reviews for this store and many of them are old. The pizza was eaten by me, my sister and parents and we all enjoyed it. read more

My first experience with this location was horrible. So they gave me a credit. So decided to give then another chance. I have been waiting for 2 HOURS for my food. Having people over to watch football a d the game is now over. I recommend a better pizza place if you are looking to have a food experience. She was apologetic but... after 2 or 3 times of trying, she cldn't even read my phone number back to me correctly. She then offered a refund that I never received. I LOVE Pizza Hut. But not this one. I called and placed an order for a pepperoni pizza, they told me 15 minutes. I came in around 25 minutes after the call. Pizza wasn't ready, I waited for almost 10 minutes. I had just left a 12 hour shift so I was hungry and ready to be home, I didn't check the pizza before heading home (my fault). But I get all the way home, and the order is wrong...and the pizza is NOT good. It was basically dough, and it honestly just made me sick to my stomach to attempt to eat it. Ordered online at 6:33 p.m. Showed a 45 to 55 minute estimated time for delivery. After 8:00 p.m. I called and cancelled my order. The online app showed it had gone out for delivery approximately 40 minutes earlier. You can image what the pizza would taste like after being in a vehicle for over 40 minutes. Had a terrible experience last time but I guess I was hoping they had gotten new management or maybe last time they just had a bad day. It was terrible again!!! Worst Pizza Hut experience EVER!! My order was correct, thank god, but everyone else that was there had a wrong order or their order wasn't even ready. The manager had no clue what was going on, she was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. I'm a big Pizza Hut fan and we've ordered every couple of weeks for over a year.Recently the quality of the pizza being delivered has declined. We'll get a text that our order is out for delivery but it won't show up for another 30-45 minutes. By the time we receive it, the pizza looks like it's been sitting out for awhile and it is barely warm. It's disappointing because it would be an easy fix to hire another driver so the pizza doesn't sit around waiting for a driver to leave with it. read more

I ordered wings, chocolate chip cookie, and a supreme pizza, no sauce with added ham, bacon and tomatoes for carryout. Got it to my car, grabbed a piece, took a bite...something was wrong. Not bad, but wrong. I looked closer, and my pizza had everything I ordered EXCEPT THE SUPREME! Thats right, I had cheese, ham, bacon & tomatoes, but no pepperoni, no peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc. So I took it back in, and to their credit they told me to keep that pizza and they would make me another. 20 minutes later, when the 2nd pizza came out, I was on the phone and running late now, so I grabbed it & headed home where I discovered another pizza EXACTLY LIKE THE FIRST ONE! On 5/20/16, my husband ordered a pizza online. When he arrived at the he was told it would be a few minutes. While he was waiting, a group came in and picked up a large order. The staff then handed him our pizza. He checked to see if it was correct. It was not. The staff said they must have given our pizza to the group with the large order and would make another one. He said fine and after an extra long wait, they produced a pizza. It was incorrect again! They offered to make still another pizza. At this point, my husband demanded a refund and left. We had an appointment we needed to be at and hoped to eat supper first. Because of their incompetence, we will not get supper as we have a long drive and there isn't time to stop and get something now.
