We like the Lowell Pizza Hut. We have ordered delivery many times and have never been disappointed with the service. Our most recent order arrived earlier than expected, and was hot and delicious. We appreciate the delivery option. read more

A pickup order was placed at 6:00, I got there at 6:30. When I arrive I'm ready to wait for a hot pizza, but this older guy at the counter says that he hasn't even started it yet- mind you, I've been waiting for about 15 minutes when he says that. I have yet to leave the building and it's been 30. read more

Pizza Hut - Orders say when they should be ready, and are in gave 30 minutes late. - Pizza Near Me - Lowell, Arkansas

We preordered 3 pizzas to be delivered at 6:30. My husband actually went into their location earlier that day to discuss the order and give them the our requested delivery time. That night, 6:30 came and went. At 6:45 my husband called and was told the driver left 10 minutes ago, which indicated it was already 5 minutes later than the original delivery target and no one bothered to call and let us know they were running late. The driver eventually rang our doorbell at 7PM. Why am I complaining you may ask. In the first place we had a kitchen full of guests for our game night. Secondly, this makes twice out of 3 separate orders from this location that have been delivered excessively late. Needless to say, we will be looking for a different pizza establishment for our quarterly event. Sad, because we've always enjoyed Pizza Hut's food. Delivery service, not so much. read more

As I had an online order put in ahead of time, I see one person running around in the back getting things done, I'm told it'll be 20 mins and she goes back to socializing and doing this. AVOID this location if you want your order when you put it in. read more

so i place one carry out order wait 45 minutes, go in to pick it up and she says we don't have an order. i showed her the confirmation and she said she still couldn't make it. proceeded to talk to me like i was stupid.. telling me it didn't charge me because it didn't come through on their screen. but it did, it came through the bank account and because i was already in there i placed a second order... same thing. so i placed two orders i didn't get either of them. i was treated like an idiot. the manager refused to speak to me. i left with NO REFUND AND NO PIZZA. the staff is not welcoming, and not friendly. not to mention.. THE DEAD BUGS ON THE FLOOR! i would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND this pizza hut, drive the extra miles to the next closest one. you will be disappointed here, so save yourself from the rude service and nasty food guys! read more

Unfortunately, nothing good to say about my experience today. Ordered at 5:37 and my app stated 6:22 delivery. At 7:01 my order was delivered. Terrible quality, hand tossed crust was doughy and not fully cooked. Pan crust tasted stale and more like hand tossed. What a waste of $50. read more

Just moved here. Order was correct and delivered fast. No complaints here from a recent reviewer. All other ratings seem to be pretty old... probably different management now. read more

I have been a pizza hut fan since I was kid. I understand that not all pizza huts are the same. Some are a hit and others a miss. This one was great for 3 reasons. Quality: The pizza was baked to perfection and the toppings were sufficient in the sense that it didnt feel like they were short changing it. The regular pan pizza was cooked well, great amount of cheese and delicious sauce. The stuffed crust could have been baked for another ten minutes and it would have been perfect. Speed of delivery: Was delivered fast! Enough said. Hotness: Pizza was hot on arrival and it was great. I read the reviews for this store and many of them are old. The pizza was eaten by me, my sister and parents and we all enjoyed it. read more

This location doesn't deserve any stars... Worst experience ever. Two hours past oder time and an hour and a half past estimated time. Cold pizza. Sent it back, called store, rude manager. Lame excuse from driver as to why he was delayed. Food brought back hot but dry and horrible, like it was reran through the oven... Had to make kids something else for dinner because it took too long to get here. Biggest waste of $34 I've ever spent. NEVER using this location ever again. read more

My first experience with this location was horrible. So they gave me a credit. So decided to give then another chance. I have been waiting for 2 HOURS for my food. Having people over to watch football a d the game is now over. I recommend a better pizza place if you are looking to have a food experience. Nick the manager is not very empathetic when it comes to the mistakes that happen. I am human and understand that mistakes happen. But the way it's handled makes a difference. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. TRY PAPA JOHNS THEH HAVE GRRAT PIZZA AND GREAT SERVICE!!!! read more

Out of maybe a dozen times of delivery, not one single order was correct. The last time it happened, I called to report it and explained that in done with them. She was apologetic but... after 2 or 3 times of trying, she cldn't even read my phone number back to me correctly. She then offered a refund that I never received. This location is the worse. read more

I LOVE Pizza Hut. But not this one. I called and placed an order for a pepperoni pizza, they told me 15 minutes. I came in around 25 minutes after the call. Pizza wasn't ready, I waited for almost 10 minutes. I had just left a 12 hour shift so I was hungry and ready to be home, I didn't check the pizza before heading home (my fault). But I get all the way home, and the order is wrong...and the pizza is NOT good. It was basically dough, and it honestly just made me sick to my stomach to attempt to eat it. I ended up just eating a sandwich from home. $18 for nothing. I would strongly advise going somewhere else. read more

They didn't have our pizza ready even though their sign said the pizzas were ready. The employees were not very friendly either. And after all that the pizzas were not done. The crust was dough! read more

I ordered my pizza at 7:40PM. I called at 9 trying to be nice because I figured they were busy no pizza waiting 10 minutes on hold no one came back on the line to help me. I hung up called again and someone picked up placed me on hold came back and said my pizza would be free. I waited another hour and still no pizza I called back and they said they lost my order and would credit me 10 dollars and make my food fresh again. Here I am 1126pm still no pizza. This is ridiculous. read more

Horrible- they have delivered to me multiple times but now all the sudden they don't! Seriously like two miles away. Lol Papa Johns will get my business instead now - lol nice work! read more

Terminally understaffed, my last 2 online orders in a row have either been misplaced or been given the wrong order. After a 30 minute round trip through traffic to return the wrong order they said they gave me a refund and part of the correct order, which was nice. read more

Ordered online at 6:33 p.m. Showed a 45 to 55 minute estimated time for delivery. After 8:00 p.m. I called and cancelled my order. The online app showed it had gone out for delivery approximately 40 minutes earlier. You can image what the pizza would taste like after being in a vehicle for over 40 minutes. Had a terrible experience last time but I guess I was hoping they had gotten new management or maybe last time they just had a bad day. It was terrible again!!! There will not be a next time. read more

Ordered pizza at 6:07. Told 20 min. Got to the store at 6:30. Didn't get our pizza until after 7 o'clock. Second time this has happened. Won't be back! No more chances Pizza Hut! read more

Worst Pizza Hut experience EVER!! My order was correct, thank god, but everyone else that was there had a wrong order or their order wasn't even ready. The manager had no clue what was going on, she was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. The co workers were talking back to her, were very rude, and they also had no clue what they were cooking at anytime. I've never seen anything like it before in my life. The manager was even talking about how terrible her team is... something needs to be done! read more

ordered a pizza at 7:42 pm. it's now 9:03 and still no pizza. i called, got put on hold. hung up, hoping i would get to talk to someone and got asked to be put on hold. so i hung up tried again and then they started declining my call. so guess you can say they literally just took 21 dollars and ran with it. read more

this spot sucks. not organized or well trained staff. management needs to do a better job. go somewhere else.

Don't waste your time or money. It took this location 1 1/2hrs to deliver a pizza that was not only cold but was also missing ingredients. Might as well have taken $23 and flushed it down the toilet! read more

I'm a big Pizza Hut fan and we've ordered every couple of weeks for over a year.Recently the quality of the pizza being delivered has declined. We'll get a text that our order is out for delivery but it won't show up for another 30-45 minutes. By the time we receive it, the pizza looks like it's been sitting out for awhile and it is barely warm. It's disappointing because it would be an easy fix to hire another driver so the pizza doesn't sit around waiting for a driver to leave with it. read more

Ordered two pizzas and received a text at 6:47 pm saying the driver had left with my order (we live 2.6 miles away). At 7:17 the driver arrived with only ONE...COLD...pizza. After calling the restaurant and being placed on hold for 8 minutes we were finally sent to a corporate help line. This Pizza Hut is awful...do not order from them unless you like subpar pizza and worse service. read more

I ordered wings, chocolate chip cookie, and a supreme pizza, no sauce with added ham, bacon and tomatoes for carryout. Got it to my car, grabbed a piece, took a bite...something was wrong. Not bad, but wrong. I looked closer, and my pizza had everything I ordered EXCEPT THE SUPREME! Thats right, I had cheese, ham, bacon & tomatoes, but no pepperoni, no peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc. So I took it back in, and to their credit they told me to keep that pizza and they would make me another. 20 minutes later, when the 2nd pizza came out, I was on the phone and running late now, so I grabbed it & headed home where I discovered another pizza EXACTLY LIKE THE FIRST ONE! This was NOT a bunch of kids goofing off, they all appeared to be from their 30s on up. Rather than being so quick to throw out a replacement pizza, I would have much preferred the pizza I ordered! Someone has their head....in the oven too much I guess. read more

On 5/20/16, my husband ordered a pizza online. When he arrived at the he was told it would be a few minutes. While he was waiting, a group came in and picked up a large order. The staff then handed him our pizza. He checked to see if it was correct. It was not. The staff said they must have given our pizza to the group with the large order and would make another one. He said fine and after an extra long wait, they produced a pizza. It was incorrect again! They offered to make still another pizza. At this point, my husband demanded a refund and left. We had an appointment we needed to be at and hoped to eat supper first. Because of their incompetence, we will not get supper as we have a long drive and there isn't time to stop and get something now. The manager and staff seemed completely unable to handle a Friday night rush. read more
