The reason is that Zax Sauce has a more peppery flavor, while its spicier counterpart leans more toward a buffalo taste. Overall, you can't go wrong with the food or hospitality, and if you're a Razorback fan, student, or alumni of the University of Arkansas dining here is a right of passage.
