So I ordered 5 guys using Uber Eats. About An hour later I bit into my burger and after a few bites my teeth cracked into something very hard. There were BONES in my burger! I called the manager to report this and she didn't even believe me. I had to repeat myself 3 times saying it had bones in the burger. She said maybe it was fat or something. Right cause fat is hard and crunchy and has marrow in it. Anyways. I filed an issue with Uber Eats and had a full refund within 1 hour. So good job to Uber Eats. Visited this location and the smoke inside was so bad it was burning our eyes and it was so hot in was uncomfortable! The cashier was not a pleasant person. The way he talked to us was like we was stupid! They had no air conditioning and if we lived close we would have just gotten our food and went home. The only fans they had in there definitely wasn't for the customers as they had all of them facing the front cashier and in the kitchen which was why their lobby was filled with smoke! I hate to be laying down these words because of what it ultimately means. I will never eat another burger from Five Guys again. It's not their politics, it's the food. Yeah, I said it, their food sucks now. My wife and I both went there on Saturday for a burger and both had the exact same criticism. They are now using what some have affectionately referred to as "pink slime" in their burgers. For those of you not in the know, "pink slime" is a byproduct of the beef manufacturing process, where scraps and slop from the slaughter are thrown into a cold rendering process, using ammonia, to preserve the proteins and tissues from processing waste. Our beloved USDA has approved the use of what they call "finely textured beef" in food and approved the term "beef" to describe it. So in other words, our federal government has approved the use of rendered scrap from slaughter as "Beef" and now Five guys has gotten into the game. What does it taste like? I've always admired Five Guys. Great big burgers and absolutely amazing and plentiful fries that fill the bag unmercifully. That's one reason I lobe this place. Fresh, real fries....given away in your order like candy. Everyone wants to find the extra fry in the bottom of the bag, but here. No need to look...there more in the bag than in the order cup. I would never pag $18 for a small fry a doulble cheeseburger and hotdog, but this night I did, and it was worth it. Good and hot and not all greasy and disgusting. I had the Cajun fries and they smeel my entire car and hotel room up. I couldn't even finish them all. Amazing food, but truly, truly over priced. I would compare them to Freddie's or a Steak and Shake, but a much cheaper Dave's Double from Wendy's would have been cheaper. read more

I have never been so disappointed in spending money on food like I was at this place. The burger was nothing special. The fries were not crispy, they tasted burnt, hard, not fresh and the oil needs to be changed (can taste that through the fries.) An employee and a guest of the restaurant were raising voices at each other, more the employee then the guest. I would also like to mention about the two employees who went into the bathroom together, (just about when I was walking in) stayed there for a while. Which is definitely odd. Five Guys, welcome to Northwest Arkansas. This was my second Five Guys experience (the other is the location at Reagan airport a few years back). Truly excellent burgers, all made when they're ordered. Great meat and all the toppings are free. They will make your burger exactly how you like it (other than everything is cooked medium). Is it better than In-n-Out? I'd have to say YES. But only because In-n-Out doesn't offer the long list of excellent toppings - grilled onions and grilled mushrooms and green peppers and even A1 Steak Sauce if you want it. $5.69 for a cheeseburger or $5.10 for a hamburger, and all the toppings you want. Note that the standard "all the way" includes mustard. Ick - who puts mustard on a burger??? They have hot dogs for that. (Yes, Five Guys has hot dogs too.) When they arrived home, they were still neatly wrapped and packed. There were little decals on each one so that we knew which burger belonged to which person. Very helpful! When we popped in, the place was an crazy busy madhouse. Every table was filled. Lots of people shouting out orders. And noisy. But it was an organized chaos. read more

Everyone wants to know 3 things - is it good? is it worth the price? and is it better than In-n-Out? I say yes, yes, and yes. We went Saturday, so 6 days into the opening, I believe. Midday, and still crazy busy. I ordered the Cheeseburger, not realizing that meant double meat, double cheese, but I'm good for it. I had them add mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and jalapenos - which to my delight were paper-thin sliced FRESH ones. Awesome. The price is $5.69, and for that you can have basically whatever toppings you want and all appeared to have been done exactly right. Bacon adds about $0.80 to the cost, but everything else is made to order with exactly what you want/don't for the same price. So yes, more expensive that McD's or Burger King but for fresh everything - I'm ok with it. The fries could have been crisper - I hope Rob is right, and they'll improve. Our large fry was $4.69, which I did think was pricey, even though they spilled as many in the bag as they had in the cup, so we couldn't finish them all. So for a Hamburger, Cheeseburger, 1 large Cajun Fry, 1 fountain drink, and 1 bottled water we were $21 in. A little steep for 'fast food' ambiance, don't you think? As for comparison to In-n-Out - same premise on fresh buns, fresh ground beef, fresh cut potatoes, etc, limited menu. In-n-Out keeps prices lower and offers fewer options, so it seems a fair trade. As far as burgers go this is a pretty good destination place. Menu is pretty basic but for a place that serves burgers and fries what do you expect. I always order the small burger which is more than I can eat most days. Probably because I eat so many fries.. They have several sizes of fries but we typically order a small and my hubby and I share because there are so many. The burgers are made from fresh beef to order and they offer some really unique toppings like green peppers yummy. The fries are hand cut and they always advertise where the potatoes they are serving were grown. While you wait for you meal they offer peanuts in the shell to entertain you. The only reason I do not give it 5 star rating is because I think the prices are a little high. A small burger, fries and a drink will run you more than $10 other than that food and service is always spot on. read more

We were on our way to a concert and running a little late so placed our order on-line. We both ordered a bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. I have eaten at other Five Guys before and found them to be fairly good but nothing amazing but this was my wife's first time trying them. We arrived at the store, my wife ran in got our burgers and fries and we drove over to the concert parking lot a few miles away. The food was still piping hot and so dang tasty. This was probably the best burger I have had in the past two or three years. Everything was done just right, the onions, the mushrooms, the amount of pickles. I'm a burger girl! Love me some burgers! Haha. I'm a fan of Five Guys Burgers. It may not be my beloved In & Out (I am a California girl after all), but it is pretty darn delicious. PARKING/WAIT: This one is located in a shopping center with a decent amount of parking. Normally we can find a spot, even during lunch time. You order your food at the counter and then they call your number when it is ready. The wait has never been too long, but long enough where you know they actually cooked it haha. CUSTOMER SERVICE: It has always been friendly and efficient. FOOD: Now to the good stuff... the food, but more specifically the burgers! They have other items on the menu besides burgers, but I want to concentrate just on the burgers haha. I always order the "Little Hamburger", but don't be fooled, it is not little. It is a normal, decent sized hamburger. I love that all of their toppings are free.. woohoo! They have a large selection of toppings. Some of my favorites are grilled onions and jalapenos. I last visited Five Guys Burgers about two months ago. My wife and I used to go often, especially for the fresh cut crispy French fries. Then, over the past few years the romance we enjoyed with the food started to decline. First came the tighter restrictions on generosity, again especially the fries. Then prices started to escalate rather rapidly to almost 50 percent up charges. The last trip there may have finally discouraged my fan status into an avoider of overpaying for a handful of limp, tasteless fries )which cost almost as much as the TINY burger.) we ate our halved double-meat burger in THREE BITES. So, we left in silence knowing the demise of a once favorite place to get a good burger and fries, for a fair and reasonable price, has disappeared in front of our eyes. How can you go wrong with Five Guys- answer you can't!!!! First time for my wife and son, and now it will become a habit for them lol.

It has been several years ago since I have been into 5 guys. My first 5 guys was in Little Rock. I was not too impressed by it then. But, hey, I wanted be hip and try new things. Oh boy... it was a messy experience something that I wanted to forget. Probably because I want it all at once, I was not mindful that too much different flavors can lead to a disaster. That was a lessons learned then. So, once again, here I am at 5 guys, forgetting the lesson that I had learned. I ordered a burger with everything but BBQ sauce, A1 sauce, and hot sauce. I was sure that adding those would be disgusting. Also, I ordered a small Cajun fries. I opted for a small because I am not a glutton. When I received my burger wrapped in aluminum foil (probably because they are too cheap to put their logo on the wrapper), it was a monstrosity. I could hardly find the meat because of the toppings. It was dripping because of the ketchup, mustard, and water from the toppings. However, it tasted pretty good. It is like I am eating a salad on a bun. As for the burger patty, it was very underwhelming. First of all, they were tasteless. A McDonald's patty is tastier than this. Frankly, I do not even recall what the patty tasted because they were so forgettable. The highlight of my meal though was the fries. I suggest to get the cajun instead of the plain because they are so delicious. I just wish that the fries were hotter. When I got them, it seemed that it might had been cooked a few hours before. Although, I saw them cooking it. A small is plenty enough, but I think they might have been being cheap on the fries. Usually, the brown bag is packed with fries. Overall, the burger was nothing special and very forgettable. However, the fries were superb. If you want fries, you should definitely come over here, but, if burger is what you are craving for, you will definitely be disappointed by 5 guys. read more

I pulled into the parking lot at 9:50. The guy behind the register saw us pull up and immediately went and turned off the open sign. I went up to the front door to ask why he was closing as soon as he saw me and said that he hasn't had any customers in a while and already had everything put up for the night as he closed the door and locked it on me. I work in the same industry as these guys back home and that's extremely bad business. I ordered online. I understood I was to receive a text to tell me when it would be ready. Never got one. I understood that I was to skip the line and go to pickup the food. So, I "skipped the line" and asked for my to go order. They guy picked it up and told me it was ready, but I needed to go stand in the other line and then come back. WTF!!! So, I went and stood in the order line. Got to the unfriendly order taker and asked if I could pick up my food. He looked at a piece of paper and told me to go back to the other line and get it. I tried Five Guys for the first time yesterday for dinner. Since it's a new restaurant, and very crowded, I used the online ordering tool. It was easy to create the order, double check everything and pay right from my iPhone. One small problem.. When I went to pick up the order it had been "lost" according to the manager. Yet, my debit card had already been charged? Hmmm. So, we had to place the order again. And wait for it. Exactly what I was hoping to avoid in a crowded, busy restaurant at dinner time. The manager only offered a "sorry." Perhaps a "hey, give us another try and we'll give you a free drink" or "let me throw in your fries for free for your trouble" would have been appropriate? I didn't push my luck. Strike one. Once we got the order home it wasn't correct. Strike two! Sorry non-onion eating folks! But after the incorrect toppings were tossed off we enjoyed our fresh, tasty burgers (I happen to like onions). I was excited about the double fried french fries so I had ordered regular and cajun. Unfortunately, both were super limp and soggy. Strike three? I know they're just getting started in Rogers but it's no fun being disappointed. I was so excited to try Five Guys after hearing it rivals In-And-Out. I'm still excited.. They're not OUT just yet.. I'm a huge fan of "secret menus", I find that they're fun and that if the establishment plays along with the guest, it makes for a fun experience. Five Guys has a "patty melt" on their secret menu. Which is essentially hamburger buns turned inside out to mimic bread like a traditional patty melt. I ordered this a few weeks ago, and although the cashier obliged my request, she felt the need to chastise me for ordering from the secret menu because they were "busy". Apparently it takes quite a bit of effort to turn the buns inside out to make this patty melt and you need a presidential order to get it done or something.
