I arrived right at noon on a Friday and only one other couple there. After an explanation of the menu I ordered the double Heritage Burger with fries. The burger was fairly large and very good. The meat is well seasoned and fresh, the bun was a nice soft fresh bun. The fries were done every well, firm and tasty. The food was all very good. The noise level was over the top because sound reverberated all over. It was very difficult to hear because of this and the constant banging in the kitchen. I would only return if I ate outside. Also, while eating in, the food was delivered in a paper sack similar to a McDonald's to go order. I don't get that at all. Must be a cost saving measure but for dining in at least provide a tray. The food was very good, the rest was not great, the facility was nice and clean. $27 for burger and fries is a bit on the high side, especially charging $3 for bottled water than cost $.10. read more

While visiting Eureka we made it a point to try out this new burger spot. The menu is limited but interesting. Burger cooked in Beef Talo and onions. Yum The buns are fresh, soft and grilled to perfection. The burgers are juicy and flavorful. The shredded lettuce and special sauce are the perfect topping to the burger. The fries fresh cut and just the perfect portion. They have outside seating and even dessert. We loved it and will return. read more

Pauly's is very new to Eureka from what I researched. It's very chain style, but a great spot for delicious smash burgers! The French fries, both hand cut & sweet potato, were fantastic. The sauces to dip were wonderful. We tried ranch and chipotle aioli. The biker rally was in town for the weekend, so I'm sure they were swamped, but we stopped for Sunday lunch and staff were super kind! The food came out piping hot and fresh. Pauly's is a very innovative and unique burger restaurant. There smash burgers have a ton of flavor and there are several choices. There fries are always good and fresh. You order at the counter and they generally bring your order to you. The only complaint I have is there HVAC system which is very loud and it always seems cold in the seating area to me. read more

I stumbled upon this place after searching the What's Happening in Eureka Springs Facebook page. Lots of people raving about the burgers . Our family drove down from Kansas City and this was our first stop before checking in at our hotel. We parked and walked in. They were playing music and lots of people were sitting on the deck. It was very clean and the menu board was easy to read. The NICEST woman took our order & offered us samples of gelato. Our food arrived within 15 minutes and it was INCREDIBLE. My kids ate everything they ordered and it was the perfect meal. The burgers are juicy, the fries are fresh & crisp, and the dipping sauces are delicious. I had the garlic aioli and hot honey . Paid $80+ with tip - I will say it was worth the money. The portions are huge. This isn't some normal "burger" joint, it's an experience. 1 order of fries is enough for 2-3 people. Depending on how hungry you are, the burger could also be split. This place is worth the hype and price in my opinion. I visit Eureka Springs 1-2x a year and Pauly's will be on the itinerary going forward. read more

I hate complaining but really? $26 dollars for two sing burgers and one fry? No drinks? This is not club 21. It's not Europe either. Definitely not worth the price. Ambience is no more that a fast food restaurant. Then to top it off they ask for a 20% tip for cooking your food then you cart it off to a table. I know they're not embarrassed but they should be. The best fast food I've had in a long time. Every single thing was delicious! Burger was hot and seasoned well. Fries were fantastic. I had gelato- one scoop of coconut and one scoop of chocolate. This place is amazing! Seriously, the wagyu beef cheeseburger that I ate was the best I've ever tasted. The meat was cooked all the way through but was still very tender and moist. The buns and condiments were perfect. The sweet potato fries were delicious. We had gelato for dessert and it was delicious also. I am 9 months pregnant and I went to Eureka with my bestie as a last hurrah before baby. After a long hot day of waking, we searched high and low for ice cream in Eureka Springs that wasn't Blue Bell (and was open on a Tuesday). We kept coming up short. We finally found Pauly's and couldn't have been happier about our experience. Ny was in charge of the gelato and she was a delight. She let us taste as many flavors as we wanted and suggested her favorite (the strawberry cheesecake- which I ended up getting, yum!). She was so helpful, sweet and happy! Been going here since they opened. It's definitely improved since then. Still an extra salty burger and fries, but can ask for less salt on the fries and the burgers seem to have a considerable less amount of salt in them than from before!
