I went to restroom and came out my dad had my food. I asked another employee for some hot sauce to go and she turned her back and said it's on the table and walked off. They don't have packets they have bottles on the table. I guess I was supposed to sprinkle it in my hand. The sweet cashier who took my order said here baby. And handed me a small container. People who don't like people should work in the back.

The carnivore that I am, also wanted some chicken wings. So now, I'm back at my apartment, devouring this massive potato covered in brisket, cheese, sour cream, chives, and bbq sauce. We had an AMAZiNG time at Flying Heart during our one day visit to Natchitoches! After exploring…read moretown we wanted a beer and went to Yelp (as we always do) for direction to the best breweries in town. Flying Heart was #1 so we chose it. It did not disappoint! Our server, Vivian, was so personable and knowledgeable. We could tell instantly that she loves what she does! A storm was coming in so we decided to just stay and enjoy ourselves. Over the course of a couple of hours we enjoyed the Firehouse Blonde, fantastic pretzel bites and then fell in love with the Day Wrecker Pilsner We left that afternoon with a growler of Day Wrecker, a t-shirt and a resolve to tell anybody who visits Natchitoches to make sure they visit Flying Heart and ask for Vivian - she's a 10 out of five!
