For starters, the staff was quite friendly and respectful. It's sad that these days that those qualities have but totally disappeared in the service industry. I was waited on by a gentleman named Aaron who was awesome. Getting to the food, my burger resembled what you would see in an advertisement or staged photo. It was hot, fresh, and brought out to me promptly. And more importantly, it was quite delicious! The restaurant was very clean. Visiting the restroom, I found it to be equally impressive in cleanliness. Kudos to the management for their high standards and to the staff who maintain them through their hard work. I would gladly visit again next time my travels take me back.

The physical menu says the same price as the kiosk, but the register changes it. Which is wrong. Then we asked for an extra syrup. The lady was like 50 cents. Cool. When she rang it up the syrup came up as 0.00 and she added a water to make it .50. So insane that they would up charge for no reason.
