Went last week with my husband. $27 & not fit to eat. Chicken had been on rack a long time & mashed potatoes were cold. Never again!

I stop in every time we come to Louisiana from Texas visiting family. Food great! Customer service is mid at best. The lady who took my order was sweet. I went to restroom and came out my dad had my food. I asked another employee for some hot sauce to go and she turned her back and said it's on the table and walked off. They don't have packets they have bottles on the table. I guess I was supposed to sprinkle it in my hand. The sweet cashier who took my order said here baby. And handed me a small container. People who don't like people should work in the back. read more

The chicken is okay, but the customer service makes every cent spent not worth it in the slightest. There are so many other places to get chicken in Many that have much better customer service. They're all rude and dismissive to customers. I understand that the fast food service is hell on earth, but that is NOT how you work in it. If the customers were rude first, maybe, but you don't treat every single person like that. It's like the employees are trying to get the place shut down or something. I don't trust that they aren't spitting in the jalapeño cups or something. read more

Wasn't opened during time posted. This was bad bc I hadn't eaten waiting to get there to experience their food for the first time.

You get what you went there for. Chicken cooked to perfection every time. The fries and the okra are awesome. I recommend this place to anyone that likes chicken. read more

You would think that after waiting 20 minutes for your food the staff would at least be courteous. Cant have that. Not in this day and time employees not friendly and a cell phone is not where your head should be while dealing with the public. They can keep thier chicken I won't support people who don't care about thier customers. read more

Great fried chicken. I prefer the dark meat: legs and thighs, but the breasts are good as well. In addition to mashed potatoes or fries this place offers excellent fried okra, corn on the cob, red beans and rice and an extensive selection of other sides. The rolls aren't great, but who goes to a fried chicken place for rolls? read more

Worst customer service ever. I had to go back after my order was wrong. Cashier asked for my receipt, I gave it to her, was asked to pull up to the second window. First of all when I was handed the food, they handed me the boxes upside down so when I opened them food flew everywhere. Meh. Big deal. It was cold and defintely not the white meat I paid extra for but that's OK???..... (That wasnt the problem, I was just missing sides) Since my order was wrong anyways and after sitting there for 20 minutes or so, they asked for the fries back (wrong item) so they could give them to someone else. Ewwww?!! I asked for new food considering, but they couldn't find the receipt I just handed the cashier so I returned the food in its entirety and they gave me my money back minus the drinks I left at home. Lol. Keisha, the new manager is indifferent and seriously unsanitary if they are giving people food I already had in my possession. I brought my grandpa for his birthday and he's hard of hearing. They were very rude and snappy to him simply because they had to repeat themselves. He bought 4 boxes of 10 pc chicken and they didn't seem to understand that. Guess they don't have orders that "big and complicated". read more

You have Popeyes, KFC AND Church's. Now, you have Southern Classic. This chicken is one of a kind. I have found me a new spot for good chicken. It has its own southern flavor. My mom called from Houston and said I couldn't come back unless I bought her a 2 piece. I got it and got me a 3 piece. Boy was it good. The service here is so good and so down home. We ate here for the first time today. The people were very friendly. We ordered the jumbo meal which has four pieces of chicken and four sides. We got four different sides so we could try rice dressing, fries, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. All of it was very good. The chicken was crunchy and spicy and juicy on the inside. Highly recommended. Oh and the place was very clean inside and out. This was in Many Louisiana. read more

Food is always good but this time they got order completely wrong. When we went through the drive through the lady was talking over us as we were ordering and trying to repeat what we said but got it a little off. We got our food at the second window and left. I checked my our food as always and the orders were completely wrong. We went back through the drive through and immediately the lady starts talking over us with an attitude saying "I can't hear you," and my boyfriend, who was ordering spoke louder. Loud enough for anyone to hear. She laughed and repeated "I can't hear you again, take your mask off." With a loud voice and a snarky attitude. He repeated that our order was wrong and she again said " I can't hear you." At this point I knew this lady was being petty and childish, acting like she didn't hear us. So my boyfriend pulled up to the first window. She has her head sticking out with an attitude saying what's the problem? Still talking over us. Wouldn't listen. And she wasn't even looking at my boyfriend. She was glaring at me. Then she just says "you need to pull up to the next window. As we pulled up we could hear her getting rude with the customer behind us. The other workers were polite and kindly fixed our orders and apologized. read more

The food is always good at the Many, LA location and the service is normally good too. But today, I experienced something I don't think I've ever experienced in all my years of enjoying fast food. I went through the drive-thru to get my late lunch to take back to the office after running errands in town. I've found it odd that a restaurant as small as this location has two windows, one for paying and one for serving, but whatever works. So I put in my order at the speaker and I pull up to pay. The woman that ran my debit card was pretty friendly. It was when I pulled up to the serving window that things got funny. The window opens and a woman is holding my box partially out of the window. She was looking back at the kitchen for some reason. She hadn't so much as looked at me at this point. I reach out and the box is pulled back in the store window a little bit, so I wait. Still no look or acknowledgement. Finally, the box is handed to me while she was still looking back at whatever in the kitchen. I couldn't help but laugh as I drive away. She never once looked at me. As my Grandma used to say: "not a hi, bye, kiss my foot, or anything". Strange service. read more
