Onion rings....although we had already eaten a few.

We got the seafood platter! I got 5 shrimp 1 fish. He got 3 shrimp 3 oyster and 1 fish. Both came with hushpuppies cole slaw and French fries. We also got an order of onion rings! Delish! I was in HEAVEN! Especially after evacuating from hurricane Ida! I even went back for extra coleslaw. I do have to say I didn't care for the shrimp sauce. Very friendly staff. Very clean restaurant.

We chose CB restaurant because of the reviews already left. A funeral brought us to this small town and we wanted a meal that wasn't typical fast food. Country Boy was served hot and fresh by sweet staff. You walk in and place your order at the front then take a seat until your number is called. The wait was a little long and the tea is super sweet (which some love!) but the ice in the drinks is nearly snowcone slush and so cold - my fave! We had a catfish plate and a fried shrimp plate and they were both delicious. Would recommend this place for a solid meal if you're ever in Many.

The fish and shrimp are both excellent, though sometimes the fist is a tad too salty. They always give decent portions. Last time I went with my mother and she ordered the Angler (2 fish). Since the fillets were medium sized, they gave here four of them! The onion rings are a good value. Avoid the fried oysters and cocktail sauce like the plague.

    Delicious fried lemon pie'

This is a wonderful find. Catfish, shrimp and oysters cooked the way you like them, crispy or soft. The coleslaw is to die for, and the fried lemon pie was a delight. Pleasant, friendly staff in a homey atmosphere. Will definitely come here again when I am in Many, LA

They are opened on Sundays until 3:00 pm. This is a great place to eat. The food is fabulous and the homemade tartar sauce is fantastic.

We were seated immediately and the hostess was really sweet. Our waitress came by quickly and asked about drinks and if we wanted rolls. Someone had already said you have to ask for honey cinnamon butter bc they won't bring it out. They brought 3 rolls and these were the best rolls I've ever had. Like so good. She asked if we wanted more but we declined even though we could have eaten a few more! We got a fried chicken salad and the western burger with fries. No steak ik we opted for something else to try first. The food came out at a good temp. Everything was pretty decent but just nothing fancy. Pretty ordinary and just ok. I did really enjoy the freshly made strawberry and lime mixed margarita. It was really great.

Fried fish onion rings(which she brought me French fries instead by mistake) and etoufee dinner and my husband got fried shrimp plate. Only thing good was the warm bread rolls. Fish was good, etoufee was like eating can cream mushroom soup with crawfish in it, so thick my spoon could stand up in it. Onion rings(which she brought me afterwards) and shrimp and hush puppies the batter was chewy like it was old or something. Had terrible taste and texture. Waitress forgot our 2nd order of drinks had to remind her. Sorry we won't be back. Hope the place improves!!

It's buffet style service. I am not a huge fan of buffets, but the food quality and cleanliness was very good. My food was hot and fresh. We arrived around 5 pm. We ate veggies, fried and baked fish, taco salad, black eyed peas and rice. My wife had the sugar free desserts and thought they were ok. I had the apple cobbler. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The ice cream was just ok. It was a soft serve that was bland. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. Overall impressions were positive

We arrived with the Sunday lunch crowd, so there was a line out the door. They know what they're doing here though as the staff moved the line along quickly and effeciently, even taking you to your table so you don't have to walk around looking for one. Super friendly staff that checked on us often and kept our used plates cleared as soon as we slid it to the side. The food... there's fried catfish, chicken, okra - actually I'm not going to even try to list everything that was available! There's a Mexican section too. I picked up a whole jalapeno from that section that set my mouth on fire. Besides the jalapeno, I personally had the fried catfish, okra, green beans, fried shrimp, and black eyed peas (which I smashed so they wouldn't roll off my plate). That was the first course. Returned once more for more gut busting deliciousness. Hubby enjoyed the fried chicken. It was crispy, hot, and juicy inside. I wish we had this place where we live. We'd be here all the time! Highly recommend this place!
