My customer service was so excellent. It made the experience a lot better than it would have been had the cashier that was working was not present. Her name is Tootie and it's people like her that truly improve your day and experience of life. She's extraordinary and I pray management is highlighting her for the work she is contributing to this location and team. I didn't have a cash tip today, but I would and probably will return just to give it to her. Regardless of the food, she obviously makes this Whataburger a better place

Stopped by this morning for an early lunch. Two people in line, line moved very slowly. Requested no salt fries and no pickles on my burger. That took time to input the order. The staff was confused as to how to process an order using the smart phone app. I watched others receive their order and eat while I waited and waited. Fries were salt free. Portion size small. Double drive through and ASA parking. Coke fountain products. Drive through did move to some degree. Food arrived 25 minutes later. Tray was dropped hard on the table and the person left. Never offered any catsup or other condiments. No reason to return. I thought it would be a great lunch. I should have read the previous reviews.

I truly enjoyed their spicy ketchup . It's not spicy it have a season salt kick! My bf is from Texas and he bragged about this place. We drove from Atlanta to to Alabama to eat here. The burger to me is good and the ketchup is one of a kind

I waited 1hr for 2 burgers! The only reason I didn't get out of the line was because there were cones everywhere and I had already submitted & paid my order through the mobile app. Within that hour you can see countless employees sitting & chatting. I'm not saying they shouldn't take a break, but management should take better care of how many people are taking their break at the same time. By the time I got to the window 3 African American women had great service but looked like they were the only ones working in that building! This was at 2am, the line was extremely long and there shouldn't have been so many employees just sitting and chatting while the women took the overload. Honestly, this was the first and last time I try Whataburger in Montgomery, I rather drive all the way to Clanton or Alabaster because I never had an issue there. Also, I don't know why a Whataburger was built if it was going to have all these issues!

Slowest drive through bar none! No cars in line 1:30 in the afternoon and I ordered a #1 with cheese! Guess that threw a wrench in the worx! 20 minutes later I'm getting a bag handed to me out the window! Not a good experience and the pandemic excuse is stale! This is Whataburgers 3rd attempt in Montgomery! I don't see it making it!

My daughter would absolutely love to try this shake.

Just a great neighborhood spot to dine at. From the cowboy burger to the chopped wedge salad, this…read morespot is insanely good. What don't they do right! We also fell in love with some of their desserts, to the point where we had to order a second helping. The service staff are friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly. This place definitely deserves its 5 stars…read more Our server Lyle was very polite and took her time to find out the specials and review the menu with us. When we asked about drinks she brought over the bartender Josh, who was just as awesome! He made us a few bartender special beverages and you could taste the passion this man has for the job! Bravo to the staff, if we lived locally this would be a spot we would frequently regular at! The inside of the restaurant felt very grounded and well put together, and the patio looked just as cozy! We were recommended the Caesar salad from a server we ran into outside the restaurant which is what brought us into the restaurant. They make an in house dressing which had great flavor notes! The croutons were nice and airy, and the lettuce was perfectly crispy, a great Caesar salad. We ordered the cowboy burger and the steak sandwhich as our entrees with a side of Brussel sprouts and green beans. The burger was fantastic! Great balance of ingredients and a good size burger, very filling. The steak on my sandwich was so tender but it was a bit salty for my taste. My brussel sprouts also felt a little undercooked, but I still believe this restaurant deserves five stars because of the service they provide and the menu they curated

What a great spot Vicki's is! Reserve any judgement you may have when you pull into the parking lot…read morebecause you'll probably already see a line out the door and that's how you know it's good! For us the line moved quickly. We placed our order and hung out until our number was called. Tables inside were distanced apart due to COVID regulations. We figured it was just as easy for us to take our order to go. We did notice that as people got their food, they would head directly to the condiments area to sprinkle (or in some cases drown) their fries in seasoning. I was particularly excited by that. Our number was called and I followed the example of the customers ahead of me. The smell of the seasoning hitting the hot fries was...PERFECTION. Both of the hot dogs that we got were really good too. I had chili and mustard and Mom got hers Vicki's way with ketchup, mustard, slaw, and onions. I can see why this place has a loyal following! Keep up the great work Vicki's!

On our way down to the gulf to attend a conference, Montgomery seemed like a good place to stop. A…read morequick search revealed Vicki's was frequently voted one of the best, if not the best, burger in Montgomery. It seemed like it would be quick to visit and hop back on the road, so we agreed it would be the stop to try some local flavor. I'm glad it was! This place is clearly well-known and well-loved by locals. There was a line when we got there that persisted pretty much the entire time we sat and ate. That said, the line moved quickly and we got our food in less than ten minutes. Impressive and efficient operation for sure! They have a very simple menu with only a few choices done well. I do really appreciate that you can have your choice of a 4, 6, or 8 oz burger. I ordered a 4 oz burger and my parents ordered an 8 oz to split. You can get burgers alone or in a combo basket with fries and a drink, which is what we opted for. There is a self-service drink and condiment bar that has sauces like ketchup, honey mustard, and ranch or, as it is humorously labeled here, "fat girl ketchup." Lol. The service was friendly and patiently answered our couple of questions. Like I said earlier, food came out very swiftly and was fresh and hot. Everything was good! The burgers have an old timey diner burger feel and are seasoned quite well. I wouldn't say they're the best burgers I've ever had, but certainly they are very solid and worth a stop to try. The fries were very hot and crispy. The fat girl ketchup (aka ranch) was a bit of a disappointment - not super creamy, kind of salad dressing vibe - but that was the only real complaint I had. I saw memorial plaques indicating an upcoming celebration of life for I assume Vicki herself, who evidently passed earlier this year. It seems that she was very well loved. It's nice that her business is clearly so successful. I hope the success continues for the community and her family for years to come!
