I've literally sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and still have yet to receive my food. This is ridiculous especially when I'm the only car in line. Hands down the best Whataburger I've ever had. To start off the line is a little stressful but you can't do anything when there's a lot of people in line. Which is probably why you guys have so many bad reviews but don't listen to them because they're all Karen's who are incompetent and can't manage their own time so they take it out in the reviews. If you have a problem hit me up. But second off the workers are really cool and engage with the customers. The nice lady that was serving us talked to us about Pokémon Go and that really made my crew's night. We got our food with barely any problems except for the fries. However, it wasn't a problem as I walked to the drive through window and asked about my fries. They got it out to me in less than 30 seconds and were very happy and amused to help me out. Honestly, you guys have very high standards and for what? You're at a fast food burger restaurant. Mistakes will happen but it's all about how you can manage your own stress. I went at 12:30 at night and luckily there were about 10 cars in drive thru. Waited about 10 mins and drove off. This was the very first time any of us had ever been to a Whataburger, and we had always heard of the restaurant, so we gave it a try. A manager called out to us and let us know they were training employees, and we could order inside. The service was polite and attentive. Decided to try them for breakfast this morning, went thru drive thru at 6:25 am at 6970 Eastchase Loop Montgomery, AL and wanted to order 2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits with their jalapeno cheddar biscuits and hash brown sticks. No one was in the restaurant and no one was in line at the drive thru. Waited 2 minutes for someone to ask for my order, had to repeat the order to them 3 times, and then was told it would be 6 minutes since the biscuits were baking, asked if I could change to regular biscuit and was told ok. Then they came back and said they only had 1 regular biscuit and it would be 6 minutes for that one also. Didn't need the hassle of employees that didn't seem to care or have things ready for customers so I left and went somewhere else. This is a restaurant that is open 24 hours a day, why would they not be ready for customers? read more

The security is also annoying, making cars get literally inches between each other bumpers.
