Get the Whataburger Patty Melt! I love patty melts, but it's hard to find one that hits all of my taste buds in a positive way. This one absolutely delivered and is one of the better fast food patty melts I've had in a long time. The Tillman's Corner location is fantastic, seems newer, and has ample parking. The staff is quick to help and keeps the line moving. Try the patty melt though. It is good! Even if you're usually loyal to another burger chain, this sandwich alone is worth giving Whataburger a try. I'll definitely order it again the next time I'm passing through. read more

When in the south, you must do WhatABurger. This was good, basic and greasy as the south intends. Food order didn't take too long, but it wasn't busy here at all. The fries were hot and crispy. Ketchup is a must. read more

The lady at the register was so sweet. Food came out pretty quick and it was really good.

The GM needs to be fired. 30 minutes for three items, one of which was a coke. They took my payment while I was in line 10 minutes into it so... I couldn't leave? I've been in foodservice for years and honestly this is just disrespectful but it's one of the only options for late night so... whatever I guess. If you have a f**king hour to spare, sure. Go for it. read more

5 cars in line in front of me and waited almost 25 minutes for a coffee and breakfast meal. If the name was not Whataburger this place would be out of business. read more

I mean it is a fast food burger joint. So you can't be but so picky. It is in a good location for a pit stop traveling south to NOLA light we were. Service was mediocre. I ordered online and still had a wait. Their drive through was jam packed. Oddly enough the cute Loomis man must have caused a commotion because the women working there couldn't stop talking about him. Wished they'd focused on the orders at hand like that. I give this franchise credit for the jalapeño ranch. I coulda bathed in that! Pro tip: We only had a couple hours left in our drive. This was a decent meal for the last leg.y drink was a bladder buster so anything longer and you'll be stopping for a bathroom read more

I came in as a usual, around 5-7pm today. Same cashier almost every time i come in for past two weeks. Shes familiar with me as i am with her. Shes really nice and friendly, she apologizes and has manners. A main problem is me and my family having to sit there and listen to the boys curse in the kitchen. Its disgusting and disrespectful. My little sister picks up on that stuff and it creates a bad environment. Management has to fix this problem. Its every time i come in i hear cursing from the boys. Other than that, lobby is always clean and so is bathrooms. Customer service is great and food is good! read more

Can't ever get orders correct. The food is always sub par at this location. Forgets half of what you order.

The Whataburger is in Mobile suck airport Boulevard and snow and lines all the way past the speaker and got people lined up double I've been waiting here in 15 minutes junior burger and a time I come here very very very very slow. I think I'm just gonna leave and not even get my burger. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Tried this place twice (to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe the first time they were busy) Both times the order was wrong and the wait was insane. Also didn't appreciate the clump of hair I found I. My fries after the was already eating them. Disgusting read more

Whataburger - It just one hair, but a clump! - Fast Food Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

Hands down best service I've ever received from a fast food joint!! I was with a huge group (22 people) , as soon as we walked in, the manager alerted his crew : "alright! We got a group of 22 of the most finest and hungriest people, so let's get them fed!" We got all of our orders put in , and all of our food made fresh and fast. They even gave our bus driver a free meal! This place was a breath of fresh (and greasy) air. The food was great and the service was above and beyond what they had to do for us. Amazing job to the whole staff at this location! read more

I have never once had a drink from here that you can actually drink. It always tastes absolutely terrible

i had an amazing experience today. The team was absolutely incredible. very attentive and thoughtful. I was recently diagnosed with cancer me and my husband eat here every other day and they always make our day brighter. read more

Disinterested staff presented a cold burger missing a patty, along with stone cold fries. Since like literally everyone I did not "eat in" (my first warning) I only found out after I arrived back at my place. Lesson learned. read more

Whataburger - Cold food. - Fast Food Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

I was just there with some family members, and the manager (Callen) was being disrespectful to a nice respectful man. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. Burgers were cold, and the lobby was dirty (floors were dirty, tables were dirty). One respectful manager (Olivia) was super nice. Bathroom was really dirty, and they were only taking card no cash(didn't have change). BUT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AGAIN read more

Service just takes way tooooo long. So first, I placed my order before I left my house. Said ready in 4-6 minutes. Takes 7 minutes to get there. Checked in at the drive-thru then sat in the drive-thru for 9 1/2 minutes . There were only 4 cars ahead of me before 7am on a Tuesday. That wait time should only occur on a Saturday when folks are out with carload of kids coming from the park and no one can decide what they want or Friday night when no one wants to cook and the line is around the building. Then when I get to the window, my order still isn't ready. Finally, after another 5 minutes, I get my order. 22 minutes to get a breakfast biscuit!! That makes absolutely NO sense. I like Whataburger, but this is my second time (in a week and at different times) experiencing this kind of wait. The food is good, but this is supposed to be fast food. It is clear that slow service is the standard, and the value is not worth the wait. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE Traveling back from Florida (heading to texas) we went to this What-a-burger ( 5151 Rangeline Service Rd, Mobile, AL 36619 ) for breakfast. There five in our car, we ordered at the drive thru (at6:08am) 40 minutes later we got our order. 3 of the five meals were made incorrectly, 1 meal was not even in the bags and the coffee and some of the food was already cold (probably from sitting on the counter since the order was made). We went inside, spoke to the manager and the manager stated she wasn't authorized to provide a refund (yeah right). So again ....DON'T eat at this location read more

Although we like the food, it is no longer worth stopping at this location. We placed a mobile order and had not received our order after 25 minutes. When I went in to the online order area, received no service as none of the employees acknowledged me. I observed another person give an employee their receipt for an overdue order and the employee cycled through orders market as fulfilled on the status displayed to find the order. The overall ambiance is apathy and disengagement. read more

5 times now I have gone to the tillmans corner location. The drive through wait is way to long. 7 minutes waiting by the menu board and no acknowledgment that I was even there. Thought going inside next time would be better. Nope! No one was even at the counter. Other customers were trying to get the attention of employees in back. Not sure what is going on at this store, but if you want WB you need to drive to the Schillinger road location. read more

Grabbed a quick bite to take home with lil pug, she wanted a grilled chicken sandwich, and whataburger sells 'em. I got the standard #1 no onions add cheese, she of course got the grilled chicken. Had a scary moment when we first walked in and saw a sign that some chicken products were unavailable. If lil pug was not gonna be able to get a grilled chicken we would be off to sushi, but as fate would save us, grilled chicken was available. Cashier was busy, but hustling and taking care of everyone, the man from the kitchen that was running orders was as cool as a cucumber even being busy, retrieved my spicy ketchup with a smile and a thank you. I was surprised to see them so busy as late in the day as it was (around 2:30), but glad they have the business. I did over hear a fella trying to pick up his online order who seemed to be having a rough day, he had to WAIT, even after ordering online his food wasn't sitting there cold and stale. After he made an appearance to ask about the delay he had a hard time getting into his car, it seems an employee coming in had the absolute nerve to park next to him and... get this... OPEN HER CAR DOOR TO GET OUT! She simply smiled and came on in, speaking nice to us as we stood waiting the 5 minutes it took to get our order. As we were walking to the car I overheard him asking about some fries he was shorted, imagine that. We were very happy and had a great experience, and all the employees were nice, even while dealing with additional drama. Thanks to the crew working and we WILL be back again. read more

Sat in line for 35 minutes and switched booths twice and they never answered and I left

Horrible service for the second time in two weeks. Pulled up two weeks ago at the putter drive through and nobody answers while two cars get their orders on the inside lane. Lady yells at me from one of the cars and says they waited out ther for 10+ min and apparently it's closed but nobody put cones out. Fast forward two weeks and I pulled up to an empty inner lane and for five minutes nobody takes my order. I drove to first window where nobody was but notice the trash can full of refuse that should be there. Pulled up to the second window and employee pulls up with at least 6-10 people sitting and standing around (pictures included). Don't exit for this place. Go to Fooscklys next door!! read more

Got everything except my order of chicken finger other than that perfect and delicious

Caleb was super nice when our caravan of 12 people arrived to dine in! The drive thru lane was slammed and they were still really quick to get our food out to us! Now we are prepared to drive home 13hrs back to Texas. Food was hot and exact to order. Thank you Caleb! read more

This location is BRAND NEW, so a learning curve is going on. If you are a complainer, or just overall in a huge hurry, maybe give them a while. 4 stars for great workers and food though. They'll get it soon enough and in the mean time... it's good food still! read more

If I could give no stars I would! I was so excited about them coming to my side of town! I sat in the curbside for twenty minutes while the entire drive thru came and went twice! The only crappy whataburger around. read more

The service here is disgusting! We had two orders at the drive thru, and the lady had the biggest attitude ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. With attitude... like bitch, it's not our fault you getting minimum wage and hate your job!! read more

If you are in a hurry DONT come to this location. Almost every Whataburger I go to the drive thru is very quick NO MATTER HOW BUSY. This place is slow because of the poor lack of work ethic from the employees. Been in line now 20 minutes and haven't even had my order taken. They need new management and employees here. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND read more

Food is not good enough quality to wait in the long lines +9 times out of 10 your order is messed up

I absolutely love Whataburger. In fact our Texas family goes there at least once a week, but this Whataburger location is the worst one ever! We ordered 5 meals and each one was screwed up in different ways. We talked to them about because everyone makes mistakes... the customer service was awful. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and we received nothing but bad attitudes and a lack of desire to fix the food. read more

Unimpressed with this Wataburger's service and the time it took to prepare 1 burger and two fries (15 minutes) and there was only 1 customer in front of me in line, not crowded. Caleb was the ONLY person I saw or dealt with that was busting his tail to get orders out, while being cordial and apologetic for the slow service. This young man did a fantastic job and I appreciate his attention and help!! So if you go to this store ask for Caleb, he'll make it worth the trip! read more

HORRIBLE horrible horrible!!!! Worst customer service everrrrr. I've never been to a place where the managers have nasty attitudes before they even listen to what is wrong with your food. I will never visit here again! read more

Very rude could hear them talking about us through the window after they put my order in wrong I just asked for it to be fixed. I was made to wait for it to be fixed just to end up having to go in the lobby and force them to give me what I ordered and the staff continued to talk about us as if we couldn't hear I've never had to repeat myself so many times at a fast food place only 2 people were helpful in the entire place and they were not the ones cooking or taking our order over all shitty attitude read more

Don't order curbside in the rain. They won't bring it out and won't tell you they aren't bringing out orders in the rain, so you're just sitting there wondering where your food is at. Then by the time you make it through the huge drive thru line, your food is cold. read more
