They were out of napkins and we had to get paper towels from the bathroom that wasn't clean either. After waiting in a long line for several minutes to get to the window to pay, we were given our drinks right away and then proceeded to wait for over 15 minutes AT the window for our food. When the food came out it was barely warm, cheese on cheeseburger wasn't melted, fries seemed old, and we were missing a cookie and the sauces we asked for. There were no napkins.
