Forgot about me outside for 25 minutes then went inside to get my food and it was ready in a bag sitting there! Also asked where my food was and they went back there all starting laughing because they thought it was funny! You can believe all the low star reviews. This place is slow, gets the order right maybe 1/2 the time, they run out of things like large cups and ketchup all the time. Service was quick, special order was accurate, and food was tasty -- just as you would expect from the W. The floor and tables were even clean. Deserving a shout-out: all the servers, esp the manager on shift, Dashia. First off, you can believe the one star rating they have. Most time I go to the Whataburger on 287 towards Waxahachie because the one on Main street never gets the order right. It has been a couple of months since I have been to the one on Main street. Yep, it was wrong again. I think they kids are trained to mess up an order. You would think that just stupid luck they would get it right sooner or later. I would bet this Whataburger and the Sonic down the road are owned by the same people. Your soda machine is without ice and the drink didn't taste authentic. I suspect that you dial your syrup lines back to save money. After watching your staff, I know another area of normal operations where you are skimping: cleaning products! This store needs a total top down clean. I suspect it hasn't been cleaned since the beginning of Covid. You are in need of a health inspector visit. Don't even get me started on your bathroom. I would have rather gone outside! Went through the drive thru to pick up online order. No response from the intercom, seemed closed but there was 1 car at the drive thru window picking up food. So we drove up to the window to ask for our order. There was a young lady counting money from the register, with gloves on. She just ignored that we were waiting there, no acknowledgment at all. We continued to wait. She finally opens the window, with an irritated voice, asks for my name , I gave her my name and she slammed the window. She took a while. I can assume she was making my order with the same dirty gloves she was counting the money with. She reached out the bag , without saying a single word. So rude. This What a Burger is by far the worst! In September, we done the drive thru order. The young lady went to give me another order. I knew it wasn't mine, and told her so. She corrected the order. Two days later after checking my Bank, I noticed that she charged me for that order that want mine, along with my order. I've contacted What a Burger twice. They told me both times that I would get a response within 24 hours, I never got that response. I just called them. The manager said unfortunately there wasn't much they could do. I hope this makes it to Whataburger. The scan did not work for the survey. I was in the Whataburger this past weekend waiting for my order. I was observing a young lady named Maddy (I hope it is spelled correctly) teach/train a new employee. Maddy displayed empathy and patience. Although it was stressful for the new employee Maddy was telling her it is okay if you don't know everything now. Maddy encouraged the young lady to ask questions. I was impressed with how well Maddy handled the training. Maddy was excellent. Good job Whataburger. If Maddy is a representation of the quality of employee you hire, job well done! read more

This is the 3rd time and the last time to stop at this Whataburger, all 3 have been slow service and pre- cooked meat.This 3rd trip is the worst of the worst in all ways. Whataburger was sold and now is just a numbers burger for profit, pre - cooked meat that is served cold and old. Whataburger will be going down as the normal customers like me go away. Best service at a Whataburger I've ever had! It's under new management, and we got our food within minutes.

I'm not sure what my favorite part of this location is; if it's the 25+ minute wait in the drive-thru, the "yeah? whatchu wan?" from the speaker, the inability of the people at the windows to speak a single word, or the being served cold food. Though the stand out time was when they said they had just gotten a big order so they wouldn't be taking any more orders for a couple of hours. Hopefully they go out of business soon and we can get a decent place to replace them. read more
