Very lazy and rude! WThe older female African American manager couldn't even walk condiments (that you cannot order on the app) out to curbside Her response : "if you want it you gon have to get up yourself and come get it I'm finna go home that's not my problem" Very very embarrassing. What if I was handicapped ? She herself makes Whataburger as a whole undesirable. 0/5 stars. read more

Forgot about me outside for 25 minutes then went inside to get my food and it was ready in a bag sitting there! Also asked where my food was and they went back there all starting laughing because they thought it was funny! Got home and found a fucking empty container of what seemed to be for fries but had a dirty napkin in there! Worst terrible service I've ever had! The manager Johnathan needs to fire every single person in there and rehire people that can actually count to 10. read more

Whataburger - Dirty napkin with a potato skin on it - Fast Food Near Me - Midlothian, Texas

This place has once again gone to shit. I don't know what happened to their rating, but they used to be out of 5.4 stars. Whoever is managing this Whataburger now needs to be fired. If this is how they staff is allowed to treat people. This is a management problem. I'm almost tempted to get in touch with the corporate office about how bad this place has gotten. You have teenagers working the fry pit in the grill that look and smell like they're high as shit and a night manager that acts like she's dumber than a box of rocks. How hard is it to flip a burger? This is a high school job. I've worked in the restaurant industry mind you for over five years so I know for a fact, this shit isn't hard. Trust me if I had the option I would give less than one star read more

Happy to be able to leave a good review, after several sub-par experiences at this location in the past. Service was quick, special order was accurate, and food was tasty -- just as you would expect from the W. The floor and tables were even clean. Deserving a shout-out: all the servers, esp the manager on shift, Dashia. She happily accommodated a special request, so I could adhere to my low-carb diet, and when I told her the men's room was a hot mess, she got right on it. At this rate, I'll have to take back half the stuff I said about this place! read more

You can believe all the low star reviews. This place is slow, gets the order right maybe 1/2 the time, they run out of things like large cups and ketchup all the time. Whoever manages this place really needs to be trained and the have that training trickle down. When the order is right, the food is typically good. read more

First off, you can believe the one star rating they have. Most time I go to the Whataburger on 287 towards Waxahachie because the one on Main street never gets the order right. It has been a couple of months since I have been to the one on Main street. Yep, it was wrong again. I think they kids are trained to mess up an order. You would think that just stupid luck they would get it right sooner or later. I would bet this Whataburger and the Sonic down the road are owned by the same people. The number one problem is they have to many young kids working there playing grab ass with each other and no one in charge. I don't blame it all on the kids. They are high school kids, so you can't expect too much from them nowadays. I put most of the blame on the owners and the managers for letting it go on. It is worth the extra 5 minutes to drive down to the one on 287. read more

By far the worst Whataburger in America. The wait is INSANELY long, why the heck does it take an hour to get our 2 burgers and fries, fast food my ass. Not to mention the staff is never a help, they are rude and truly all hate their jobs! Management or even corporate needs to get off their butts and do something about how this joint is ran because me and the rest of Midlothian have left countless BAD reviews! This should just tell you something. If I could give this place zero stars I would. read more

Whataburger - Notice the time- we ordered our food an hour ago and pulled up at 8:30 - Fast Food Near Me - Midlothian, Texas

Barf! That is what your food tasted like today. The food was slow coming out and cold when I opened the burger. The fries were soggy and cold. Your soda machine is without ice and the drink didn't taste authentic. I suspect that you dial your syrup lines back to save money. After watching your staff, I know another area of normal operations where you are skimping: cleaning products! This store needs a total top down clean. I suspect it hasn't been cleaned since the beginning of Covid. You are in need of a health inspector visit. Don't even get me started on your bathroom. I would have rather gone outside! I highly discourage anyone from spending money at this pit. I also highly encourage HQ to conduct a surprise audit. read more

I recently dined (2x's) at the Main St. Whataburger location here in Midlothian, and I am pleased to say that both the quality of the food and the service have vastly improved. Wait time was minimal. You might want to give them a try again. read more

What's that? you like to wait in the drive thru for 45 mins just for luke warm food? well, this is the spot! Doesn't matter what you order, you will wait. Im convinced they let the food get a bit cold before sending it out to the customers. Gave this place 3 tries over the span of 2 weeks, hasn't changed. you're better off getting the mcdonalds next to it, not to mention you run the risk of getting the wrong order too lol read more

Prepare to be in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes. Prepare to have to repeat yourself while ordering. Prepare for your order to be wrong. In conclusion, if you have no patience you should not come here. Yelp really should have the option for negative stars. read more

On Oct. 21st; arrived at 10:45 a.m and didn't get my food until 11:20. I ordered a breakfast combo #20 and one potatoes, egg and cheese taquito. After about 20 minutes of waiting the brought me the wrong order. After they remade the order I left only to find out at home that they still got it wrong. I just can't understand what is so difficult. I've lost count of my frustrating experiences there so I finally had to leave a review; sorry, but I've given this location many chances. read more

I believe this is a training store, I sat in line over 30 min without any cars in front of me (thank goodness I'd already gone to Dairy Queen for a blizzard so I had a snack while I waited) We just moved to the area and I was getting a sand which for my husband, but lesson learned, I will go out of my way to go to a different Whataburger or talk my husband into something else altogether. read more

Only one star because I have too.. AVOID,AVOID,AVOID!! I placed an online order at 2:40 pm to pick up between 3:10-3:15 pm. I arrived at 3:13 pm. I checked in and sat curbside for 30 minutes and still no food. I sit there and watched 3 cars go though the drive through that arrived after i did. I then witnessed some of your employees sitting down in the lobby ,while I was waiting on my food.I had to leave before I received my food because I had an appointment. They don't have to worry about receiving another dollar from me at this location again. read more

I just deliver for UberEats, but my god... every Whataburger is seemingly dirtier and moee slow than the last. I accepted an order, drove 10 minutes to this place, and STILL had to wait 20 minutes in an empty store. Hope corprate shuts this place down read more

Don't come here if you have a flight to catch. Slowest drive thru line I've ever been in, and it's not close. The food isn't good enough to be waiting this long read more

Still by far the worst whataburger. Service is never even remotely okay. We started driving 15 minutes north to a different location. Never again read more

Service is terrible, expect to be rushed through your order and met with silence at the window. Workers are obviously checked out.

We placed our order and it took too much time considering we were the only ones in the store. Got our order wrong 3 times and I finally said forget it. It was correct on the receipt. You would think it would be corrected the first time all I got was from the cashier I had it right on your order. Would not recommend this place. read more

Great job whataburger! Reviews say it all !!! Changes need to made a corporate!! Pathetic to have reviews like this and not make changes !!! read more

Horrible. Stopped by for two small shakes. Waited 15-20mins in the lobby and then left with no shakes. We couldn't wait any longer and there were still 3-4 people ahead of us waiting on meals. There's no excuse. No one could make a shake?? Manager was rude and moody. Everyone kept asking her if she was ok. She wouldn't make eye contact and ignored customers. Wasted $6 and too much time. Drive a little further and go somewhere else. read more

Went through the drive thru to pick up online order. No response from the intercom, seemed closed but there was 1 car at the drive thru window picking up food. So we drove up to the window to ask for our order. There was a young lady counting money from the register, with gloves on. She just ignored that we were waiting there, no acknowledgment at all. We continued to wait. She finally opens the window, with an irritated voice, asks for my name , I gave her my name and she slammed the window. She took a while. I can assume she was making my order with the same dirty gloves she was counting the money with. She reached out the bag , without saying a single word. So rude. I stopped her and asked her for a refund, she told me I can't give you a refund. I asked for a manager and she told me I am the manager. I asked to speak to someone else. Another young lady comes to the window and had a much better attitude. I sent an email to customer service. Zeros stars for me. Not the first bad experience here but it is my last. read more

Absolutely disgusting place to eat! The service was horrible, I watched as the employees put hamburger buns on a dirty counter without any paper down under it. Then they would slap the stuff in it and THEN wrap it in paper. This place should have a D or F rating for cleanliness. The service was painfully slow as well, everyone in there waited at least 15 minutes for their orders. Just yuck! read more

This What a Burger is by far the worst! In September, we done the drive thru order. The young lady went to give me another order. I knew it wasn't mine, and told her so. She corrected the order. Two days later after checking my Bank, I noticed that she charged me for that order that want mine, along with my order. I've contacted What a Burger twice. They told me both times that I would get a response within 24 hours, I never got that response. I just called them. The manager said unfortunately there wasn't much they could do. But, said they reimburse me for that someone else's order. I have no intentions on ever going back to this What a Burger! read more

Worst service I have ever had, 2 hours in drive through. Couldn't back out or drive forward. After finally getting to the end they gave me food that was first given to another vehicle and it was still wrong. Manager was hone and employees fighting inside trying to get their check. After complaint to the area manager they offered a free meal. I will not be eating there ever. I don't recommend anybody eat there read more

Last time I'm going to eat here! The service is horribly slow, the food meh at best but worst of all the inside is horribly disgustingly dirty! Not a clean table in the place! I will no longer stop by this location ever again. Just doze the entire place down and make it a park. There is not one redeeming thing about this place!! read more

We made a stop here because it was the closest location. Restaurant was clean and the staff was patient and helpful. No problems. Food was served hot and without issues. Will eat here again. Glad they were open for inside dining. read more

Service is Horrible. Took forever to get our food. Total disregard for their customers.

I hope this makes it to Whataburger. The scan did not work for the survey. I was in the Whataburger this past weekend waiting for my order. I was observing a young lady named Maddy (I hope it is spelled correctly) teach/train a new employee. Maddy displayed empathy and patience. Although it was stressful for the new employee Maddy was telling her it is okay if you don't know everything now. Maddy encouraged the young lady to ask questions. I was impressed with how well Maddy handled the training. Maddy was excellent. Good job Whataburger. If Maddy is a representation of the quality of employee you hire, job well done! read more

This is the 3rd time and the last time to stop at this Whataburger, all 3 have been slow service and pre- cooked meat. This 3rd trip is the worst of the worst in all ways. Whataburger was sold and now is just a numbers burger for profit, pre - cooked meat that is served cold and old. Whataburger will be going down as the normal customers like me go away. Such a shame this 287 location is a great location but the food and service is just not there. I wish I had taken a picture of this burger, the meat was torn in half and everything was on one side, like it was thrown together and dropped . I ate a few bites and threw it out for the birds. read more

I'm not sure what my favorite part of this location is; if it's the 25+ minute wait in the drive-thru, the "yeah? whatchu wan?" from the speaker, the inability of the people at the windows to speak a single word, or the being served cold food. Though the stand out time was when they said they had just gotten a big order so they wouldn't be taking any more orders for a couple of hours. Hopefully they go out of business soon and we can get a decent place to replace them. read more

We love Whataburger, but this location has disappointed too many times. Today we had to ask the 1 car in front of us to pull up so we could leave after 20 minutes being 2nd in line because we HAD to get to the airport. Send a rep out or set expectations at the speaker if running that far behind! read more

Best service at a Whataburger I've ever had! It's under new management, and we got our food within minutes.

First time visit & I used their App for curbside. What's cool about that, you're able to choose the actual time. My food was a few minutes after my scheduled time. Food was hot & good. read more
