The night before thanksgiving and my daughter hadn't eaten all day. So I suggested Whataburger since I hadn't been here in two years. My daughter and I ordered the chicken strips with cream gravy as the dipping sauce. I honestly didn't know cream gravy was a thing at Whataburger. That was a game changer for me. The chicken tenders are real pieces of chicken, the cream gravy was excellent, the fries were delicious. I will definitely be back to have these again. The service was slow but the night before thanksgiving it's what I expected. As far as ambiance, it's Whataburger and it's clean. read more

Giving 5 stars solely off of the customer service at the drive thru. "Brendan" the kid with glasses at the window, was awesome. He was very sweet and even brewed fresh tea for my husband instead of saying they ran out like other workers have said before. Thanks Brendan! He definitely deserves recognition. read more

It's not the same they don't make your burger when you order it it's like McDonalds the burger patties are not freshly made.

So me & my family were just coming back from Mexico & we were really hungry & we were craving some whataburger so I looked up the nearest one & i usually always look at the reviews I don't know why soo I was kinda rethinking about going here. Once we got here it was really packed inside as well as the drive thru but we still placed our order. The cashier that took our order was really nice & pretty. I thought we were gonna wait a really long time because we placed 6 meals but we really didn't wait that much maybe like 10 minutes or 15 but I felt that was quick since they had many orders & the employee who brought our food was nice as well & I believe there was a manger & she was also very nice even though I didn't talk to her I saw her attitude towards others & she was always smiling & being polite soo I would definitely recommend this whataburger despite all the bad reviews ! read more

This place was the worst of all the Whataburgers we've been to. It earned a star because the staff was friendly. It took forever to get our food and we dined inside! Drive thru too long. Manager was coughing in her shirt which grossed us out. Employees uniforms looked dirty. Time to do some revamping of this store. We won't be back to this one read more

Disappointing...Thanksgiving morning I had been looking forward to having a Whataburger breakfast. I walked in and waited while the cashier continued cleaning tables in the dining room. We went this afternoon, ordered one sweet tea and another sweet tea. Along with the order we should have gotten a medium onion ring. Needless to say they were both sweet and no onion rings. We called and told them and their offered to us was to come back get the right drink in the medium onion ring, mind you we live about 15-20 minutes away. So that meant the rest of my meal what I've gotten cold if I did go back and they were not willing to replace the whole meal so I don't know if I will be going back to this Whataburger ever again read more

This is the BEST WHATABURGER I've ever dined at! The place is remarkably clean. The condiment counter is well stocked, and they share restrooms with the H-E-B convenience store, so I don't know who is responsible for servicing them, but they are very clean and have better-than-average toilet paper. i love whataburger, but this one is just not it. the line is always extremely long, they never have their milkshakes available and they always forget the main part of the meal. one time i ordered a number 13, and i didn't even get my chicken strips. another time i had ordered a couple of meals with a cinnamon roll and didn't even get my cinnamon roll. i just wish they would hire more people to speed up the lines. read more

The morning crew needs to get it together. I went during the school year to buy breakfast sandwiches for my kids before school and it took an extremely long time, then to top it off, after I drive off the order was wrong! Then we stopped by there on our way to the airport one morning and 3 people's orders ahead of us were all wrong! We get ours and I check it, it was wrong! We just left Whataburger there in Lytle Tx. We usually stop there when we go to Kickapoo. This time they gave us our drinks. They were all wet with Dr Pepper. We cleaned up the spill on the cup and the napkins were damp. We asked the girl who gave us the drinks if she would take the napkins. She refused to take them even when she gave us the wet cups. I have to agree with my fellow yelpers, that this Whataburger location is pretty much fabulous. How great of an idea was it to put a Whataburger, in Lytle (YAY! OPTIONS!), and as a part of an H-E-B facility?! The staff here is always friendly, and happy, happy, happy. I have yet to receive an order that was incorrect, and as a family of four, this happens to us pretty frequently. My ONLY complaint, is the lack of seating provided in the inside. I understand that the area probably doesn't call for a big location, but this is essentially a micro-Whataburger, as it shares an interior with the H-E-B fuel location. Since this is by far, hands down, the best fast food restaurant in Lytle (and Texas, sorry in-and-out lovers)....it is always busy, and there is never enough seating in the interior. Not that this stops me, I mean, its me we are talking about here. I love burgers, I love French fries, I love Diet Dr. Pepper, and I LOVE WHATABURGER. You guys make me very happy :) read more

The only real reason this location is getting 2 stars is because I love Whataburger food. The service is ridiculously horrible, going through drive thru you will get cut off due to side convos going on. The wait is better suited for fine dining rather than fast food! And after repeating yourself a couple times you'll be lucky to get the correct order when you get to the main windows. The girls manning the drive thru window give you the deer in headlights look if you correct them like they have absolutely no idea what's going on. Where is the manager while all the high school side chatter is going on? He needs to get off his butt and get on the ball with running a smoother restaurant. read more
