Staff saw us waiting and waiting but never acknowledged us or apologize until WE said something. Then told us waitress was new and I figured that out real quick. Took her forever to get drinks and then when putting in order she came back to our table 5 times to verify items. I said ok if new why did you let her take such a large table or help her. They told her well she wanted your table so oh well and that is the only way she is going to learn! WHAT?! At our expense. Then only one meal at a time coming out. By the time the time the hamburgers came out (4) everyone had finished eating. THEN the kids were served last and one of the burgers was never brought to one of them that her mom had to share hers because she was starving! Then it finally came out! Mind you we have already been there over 2+hours! No one no one apologized just kept making excuses! Also people have come and gone been served and the excuses was those waitress ate experienced and yours wasn't!! So we go pay and another half hour!! Bill a hot mess over charged and then told us kids burgers were a patty only not a full burger. Does not say on menu!! So charged adult burgers!!! Then the lady who said she was not a manager came to the register because the poor girl at the register was so confused. Then she tells us she is the manager! What?!! So confused!! So it was a horrible horrible experience sad thing is this nothing will be done about it because it's in a small town and not much options there.

Well, Yesef (the Indian girl with a complete staunch attitude that took my order) you have no idea how much I spend on Burger King in a typical year. But I will let you know, that corporate takes care of me and I have my own direct corporate representative. I'm not going to fully complain about the price, because it is a truck stop Burger king. That's why you can't order off the app. And they upcharge 30% on average which I'm fine with if I'm getting what I want and what I order. Which this is probably the second time that I haven't. So Mrs personality is just standing there, staring at me so I walk up to the counter and greet her. Told her my order, and as she's sitting there with a look on her face like she has a chocolate hot dog on her upper lip, this is how the order went: Me: yes, I would like two whoppers, HEAVY ALL with jalapenos please! " Yesef (not saying anything out loud, but thinking "yeah cracker, I don't think so. Only, this burger had been sitting out in the heater tray, they unwrapped it, threw some jalapenos on it, and try to pass it off on me like I don't know the difference. The Patty, at least, AT LEAST 20 minutes old. Wasn't freshly microwaved, or "flame broiled", it was stale and cold. Trust me, I know my burger king, I probably spent at least a hundred bucks just this month at various locations. FLAT.OUT.SUCKS. and for nearly 20 bucks. It was nice however, that they were gracious enough to give me ketchup in my bag, you know, to try and moisten the Whoppers that sat out for 20 minutes, because they didn't want to make fresh ones and give me extra ketchup. This won't deter anybody from eating there, but for the ones that have eaten there and got ripped off and treated like hammered dog s***, I will be making one of my very very infrequent calls to my contact to corporate. This place is unacceptable on every level. Oh and I didn't get to the tidiness of the restaurant. THAT DIDN'T EXIST. TRASH EVERYWHERE. DON'T EAT HERE, DRIVE THE 18 MILES DOWN THE ROAD TO THE REAL BURGER KING.
