Food was OK. Service was horrible. I had to repeat myself three times to order, and it's not like they were having trouble hearing me. She was just taking a while to write it down correctly. She still got my order wrong! I asked for my receipt they didn't give it to me. When I tried to flag a girl down who had just gave an order to someone. I figured she was free to grab it for me. She just blankly looked at me and kept walking. There was no, I'll be back in a minute ma'am, it was just a blank look back at me. Managers train your crew better. Parents teach your kids some manners as well. The worst service I have ever encountered at a sonic. The food is horrible. I ordered a medium Oreo sonic blast and got a cup of vanilla ice cream with a little Oreo on top. When I asked them to mix it a little I got attitude. Then I asked for a little more Oreo and forget it. I got told they are not allowed to put any more. The Sonic fall off is crazy.. couldn't get the order right after 3 times of coming back to the drive-in, didn't have ANYTHING on the menu. Rude employee who doesn't speak up and gets mad when I raised my voice. And the thing that really got me was when i asked for a small order of pickle fries and then they say they only serve medium or large... they give me my fries WITH CRUMBS not even fulfilling the "medium" size order. This place has the same occurring problems over and over never getting the order right even when you go out of your way to tell them twice cause of the prior experiences. I live on the outskirts of Lytle and have always have to call back to correct them about something and when I go back the problem never fails to repeat itself. I've talked to the manager over and over and all they want to do is give you free stuff. Some people just want the order right with out the inconvenience. They are moderately busy, but they still delivered my order in just a little over 5 minutes. The tater tots taste fresh enough, so they are cooking them in fresh grease. Terrible experience at sonic in lytle. Started off bad from the get go. Went in drive through and manager james flores told me card reader down only cash. Understand, i left to go get cash out and drove back. I parked there instead of drive through come to find out that Reader machine works fm what the waitress who brought my food out. So i told her i tought yall dont take card that thats what manager told me. She said oh maybe the drive through is down. I wish he would of told me i could've parked and paid card. I get the "new" one it they basically wiped the toppings off and just put a crap load of lettuce on it! And it still had some onions!!! I was ordering through the drive-thru and the person who attending me gave me some attitude. I kid you not i was there for about 10 second thinking about what to get and he told me to just pull up to one of the stationed. He could've asked if I needed time or say please take your time.
