Mobile ordering is awful and why promote breakfast and then not make workers available to get it out in a proper amount of time. You know why McDonald if successful? They get the food out pronto. Had lunch at 2:00 p.m. today. I had the Biggie 4 meal - Jr bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. 5 bucks and change. Cheeseburger was hot and freshly made - I ordered mustard and no mayo. It was tasty. Chicken nuggets were tasty, too, but just warm and not hot. Fries were really tasty and hot. Place was clean and food came out very fast. I will go back when I'm driving thru Natalia again. read more

THIS LOCATION IS NOTORIOUS FOR COLD NASTY FOOD. Tonight I visited the Wendy's in Natalia, TX 78059 and per the norm it was subpar cold food. That's not why I'm writing. I'm not writing because the staff was walking around without hair coverings or gloves either. I'm writing because a manger, Mary yelled at me. And the window worker, Alexis laughed in my face. I was attempting to order the 4 for $4 with the double stack. Here's how that conversation went: Me, after waiting 5min at the intercom,: can I get a $4 for 4 with a double stack, and strawberry lemonade Alexis: "No. we don't do that" Me: huh Alexis: we don't do it. Me: what? It's on the menu Alexis: yea, but we don't do it. What do you want ? Me: let me talk to a manager Alexis: pull forward At the window... Mary, the manager: what do you need sir? Me: um okay, hi I'm trying to order the four for four that's on the menu with the double stack like your menu shows Mary: ahhh we don't do that Me: but it's on the menu Mary: too bad sir we don't do it. What do you need Me: huh Mary: we don't do it. They changed the menu. Too bad Me: well I want it it's on the menu Mary, yelling:I know but that's too bad we don't do it Me: wut ... it's on your menu!! Mary: I'll make it this time but we don't do it. Depends on whose working. Most of the time, the service is pretty good, but other time's the service is not that great.

The worst service ever! I was second in line and it took about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge there were people in line waiting to order. I had to tell one of the staff to take peoples order. Managers are just in the office not assisting or holding staff accountable and Flies are swarming this place! They also got our order wrong! I had to correct them and get my fries that I ordered We only stopped here because we were hungry and are traveling. Will not stop here again! read more

Service is good but the food isn't always good . Their attentive to the customers needs but sometimes the employees are rude to u.

I've been going here since they opened. Never had cold food. Yes they are understaffed cuz of Covid so the wait time might be a bit sometimes, but Ive never had to wait that long. They always apologized. Be patient. Good staff that works here, some since the start of Covid. Give them a break. People are so demanding right now. Menus at every Wendy's can be different from what you see online since they are individually owned. Sometimes things are not available. Once they ran out of lettuce. Not their fault demand was high it didn't come in. If they say they don't have it. They don't have it. Yelling at them will not make it available. Poor food quality and service, typical truck stop fare , won't be able to come back , inside a Loves

Went to this Wendy's location and ordered 1 double baconater medium meal a ceasar salad and 4pc nugget. When told our total at the drive thru speaker it was $36 and change. Seemed off, maybe the speaker was fuzzy/didn't hear clearly. Upon asking our total again at the window, it was the same. Pulled up the exact order on the Wendy's website and it was $26 and change after tax, which sounded correct. We asked the employee to read us back our order with pricing to ensure nothing was accidentally double charged or miscommunicated at the thru speaker. She read back the exact same order. We asked, "so why is it $36" and she replied "I don't know". We asked to speak to a manager and he answered with "prices are going up". We presented him with the pricing on their website that match the posted pricing on the thru menu. Not sure where this extra $10 in food came from... But we are eating elsewhere. read more

I don't know who was working this morning, but obviously they didn't have their coffee. As soon as I got to the drive-through, the lady said "I'll be with you in a minute" very rudely. Then when I went to the window, all they said was my total. No words after that. No "here you go" or "thank you". I said thank you after they finished giving me my food, and the young girl just looked at me and walked away. There is one girl who works at night and one guy that works during the day there that are actually nice and do their job, but other than that everyone there is so rude. If it wasn't for the fact that my husband loves Wendy's, and it's close and convenient, I would never come back here. read more

I pulled up to the drive thru, all I wanted was 2 sweet teas I waited 15 min at the menu board and no one took my order so I proceeded to the window where he asked me what my order was like he had actually taken it . So I told him all I need is two sweet teas, he went to the sweet tea and it was out so what he did next was he took the unsweet tea and got the sugar And the whisk and made the sweet tea right in front of us at the window taking another 2 min on top of 15 I had already waited mind you it was just me and one other car, what got me the most was that I was never told there would be a wait on the tea, and was charged 4 dollars and 30 cents for tea I had to wait 20 min for and still wasn't sweet read more

I clicked one star because you have to at least give one star but they don't deserve one star!! If you want the worst service and the most awful food go to the Wendy's in Natalia. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and the egg wasn't fully cooked egg yolk was dripping everywhere it was disgusting! Always check your order because it is never what you ordered! read more

We have gone through the drive thru and placed orders several times but each time there has been something wrong with our order when we got home. The food was checked while we were in line and it looked ok without taking the food apart. When we got home and started to eat we realized that several orders were wrong. One time I did have to drive back up there to have my order redone. When that happens a few times you realize the employees don't care about their jobs. I called and spoke to one of the managers but was very disappointed with the conversation and nothing was resolved. It seems to us that they are not really interested in repeat business. read more
