I printed their menu from their website so a few coworkers and I could take a look and see what we may want. I decided to try the Cheese Sticks for $8, a side order of Mac & Cheese and a side order of Rosemary-Garlic Mashed Potatoes. My coworker wrote down a meal that she wanted and our driver was on his way. Upon his arrival, I was disappointed to get a call stating they had no Cheese Sticks on their menu. I was confused. I was also informed that they didn't have any mashed potatoes. Welp! There's that. They also had no Mac & Cheese. I ended up just getting the French fries. Attention: Billy Bob's, if things are no longer on your menu, PLEASE consider removing them from your online menu/website. Blessings!

The waitress brought the tacos; I looked inside the chicharron tacos and found them to be dry. Too dry to eat. I told the waitress the tacos were dry and she said, " asi Bienne." She took them, and the owner brought back the same tacos but this time they had what looked like Picante Sauce. When I told the owner I didn't want them, she got highly upset and it showed on her face. Then I said I'd like to order two chorizo and egg tacos instead. Everything was fine until I went to pay. The bill was $19 dollars and some change. The owner was charging me for the tacos I had previously ordered and didn't eat, plus, the chorizo and egg tacos. I told her I was never going back to that restaurant, and it didn't seem to faze her. Like she didn't care. Whatever happened to keeping the customer satisfied?

I am disappointed to say the least. Sonic advertised a $1…read morepromotional deal from 2-5 PM. Myself along with some other officer specifically sent an officer to pick up our order during that window. Unfortunately, the location did not honor the promotion for the mozzarella sticks. The officer stated, "mozzarella sticks from the dollar deal." In which the Sonic worker said, YES. Ok." But STILL charged the Officer for 3- small orders of mozzarella sticks which totaled $12.57. It felt misleading since we planned our lunch around the advertised deal. When I called Sonic, there was no apologizes. They just went into defense mode. I couldn't understand, if the officer was ordering corn dogs and pretzels from the dollar deal why would they even assume (if they wasn't clear) that the mozzarella sticks wouldn't be from the dollar deal?. Especially when they were already informed. We hope Sonic can improve communication and consistency when running promotions, as this experience was a letdown. It says a lot about your 1.4 rating. Blessings.

There was no greeting on arrival, ordering was from a kiosk (I understand this, but in this case it seems to be a detriment to customer service), food service was SLOW, and the order was presented as if even that was a terrible chore.
