This has to be one of the worst McDonald's. They make pull aside and wait when you order in the drive thru, but then when they bring your food it's not even hot. At least if you're going to make me wait, serve me fresh food. And don't even try to customize your order....they will never get it right. Waited over 25 minutes for a Quarter pounder meal in the drive thru. People after me were being served. Went in and told manager I needed a refund because I had waited over 25 minutes and needed to leave. She did not offer to make it right or apologize. Made excuses of low staff and big order. Lady with big order looked at her and said it was not their fault because they had made their order a week ago. (it was for a school) Their order was all wrong. Iasked for the owner's name and phone number. She wrote her own name and the store number on the receipt. Food was soggy. Service was extremely slow. Employees and manager were rude. Waited over 20mins for food with dine in. Returned two items that were soggy. Was not given drinks that were ordered (4 of them). Management was rude when I had to grab my own cups. Two other customers walked out with no service. No smiles no friendly attitude. Having left home on a long trip yesterday with no more than two cups of coffee in my stomach, and some cheese crackers from a convenience store in San Antonio, the stomach dinner bell happened to ring right about Lytle. Then the only proposition became finding some place quick that wouldn't make me sick. Mickey D's doesn't sound exciting until you decide you just want a little snack to tide you over. Four chicken McNuggets cooked to McDonald's corporate standards hit the spot. While the drive-through was a tad slower than expected, I was surprised to see that they did have a two window (pay and receive) operation functional at noon on Saturday. McDonald's FTW? I placed my order and in that I asked for a vanilla iced coffee and 2 frappés. The drinks didn't come out they way wanted. The lady who took my was nice. However the manager HILDA has very horrible service. I told her I didn't want whipped cream on my iced coffee, so she took it to the sink and only emptied out the whipped cream but used her finger. Very disgusting and unsanitary. Then she gives me my drink with a new lid. I then walked away with it and went back and said it tastes nasty. So she grabbed it and threw it to the trash all upset. She made me a new one. Then the frappes didn't have ice and again she got mad. If I could give a zero I would. I will not be coming back here. I will take my money to another McDonald's. Also get rid of all those flys. Too many flys in the kitchen area. Gross! read more

Everytime I go through the drive through they screw up my order. I always end up having to park and go inside to have it fixed. It's extremely frustrating.. After spending 15 minutes waiting to get my kids burgers I finally got their burgers and just to get home to find out that the burgers were raw! Both my kids grossed out! And refuse to ever go back to this location again! I was so upset that I had to drive all the way back (15min drive) to get my refund. On top of that the fries were cold and spilt all inside the bag. I'm sure that the McDonald's corporation has some type of standardize workbooks that they teach their employees from. If not then they need to consider it writing one up and follow it. I understand fast food restaurants get very busy such as this one but to undercook food just to get the orders out is unexceptionable! Especially when it's being served to children. Gross! Gross! Horrible food experience. They actually put old and stale fries in the box then put a few fresh ones on top. I did enjoy watching the 3-inch long roach crawling inside the drive up #1 window while waiting in line! This place has consistently been a bad experience. I usually go six months between orders in the hope a new manager has solved the problems but there never seems to be any improvement. read more

This Mcdonald's brings new meaning to the term 'stingy'. They give you only 2 sauces with a 20 piece nugget and I don't know about you but if they give you 1 with a 4 piece, they should give you at least 4 with a 20 piece. When I tried to complain I was told it's the owner's policy so there is hope for other McDonald's but seriously, I mean is there a sauce shortage somewhere? Also, my burger was ready but I had to pull forward and wait for a parfait? To be clear - their staff is friendly, courteous and always very very attentive but I just don't get the cost-cutting to such extremes. read more
