Ordered a decaf with oat milk and a few pumps of hazelnut. It was perfect! No after caffeine side effects noted. I also get a glimpse of the kitchen in between the 2 rooms, where all the goodies are made. There are two small indoor rooms with various seating arrangements and seating outdoors. We grabbed a small table for two inside. I thoroughly enjoyed my strudel and coffee. Note: they make and sell their own ground coffee with a special of buy 3 bags and get 1 free. T shirts are available for sale as well. All proceeds from sales goes to local fire and police departments! Come check them out!

How did I immediately know their quality was still great? Their line never goes down. I ordered the cortado, the Kentucky Smoke, and a sausage and cheese kolache. It's not too sweet, so if you want to change up your latte but not go tooth-achingly sweet, this flavor is a must. The kolache was great. It had croissant-like dough, was salty in the best ways, and overall very satisfying. Staff continues to be unfailingly nice. I was tempted to buy a bag of coffee, but since I haven't been making much coffee at home, I decided another time. Third Coast has become my 'daily driver' for espresso, as their beans offer the best combination of quality, value, and service. El Guapo has been the top choice so far with classic caramel, chocolate notes and a nice syrupy mouthfeel. Every bag has been consistently-roasted and quick to dial-in. Third Coast has so far resisted the insane shrinkflation that has affected many coffee options. As a comparison, local roaster Greater Goods is nearly 2x more expensive, and Third Coast is better. This is the best value in high quality espresso in Austin...and maybe across the US. Highly-recommended!
