Plus last time, I ordered chips, there were literally only 5 chips in the bag, not even filled all the way... Last 3 trips to this place have been horrible. The worst customer service. They won't take your order and they make you use machines, but you can't get sweet tea on the machines for some reason. So when I asked for a sweet tea the cashier rolled their eyes at me. If you need help or need to ask a question employees pretend that you don't exist and will make you stand at the counter for about 15 minutes. Tables are usually dirty. The food is either perfect or cold so it's about a 50/50 on that. read more

Not to here to be mean, so i left 3stars. They seem very nice here & the place is always clean. However, they don't give you the happy hour the advertise because they claim their Large cups have run out! ONLY during happy hour! Go figure..... A lot of times they tell you their drinks are run out (except the soda) during happy hour , but if you go before or after they have it again. They messed up my order. I was the only person in line and I ordered one item. A nacho bell grande. They forgot to put the meat on it. I get home and open it, to realize that. I call the store. And the guy says he can replace it for me, I ask if I can just get it replaced tomorrow and he said I'll have to bring in the wrong nacho bell grande. So not only do they mess up my food, but to fix it I have to use my gas, time, and effort. Every time we visit the Lytle Tacobell, they are actively turning customers away. You look at the lines of the nearby McDonalds and Whataburger and they are packed every day at lunch hours, but this Tacobell, not a soul. When you ride up to order, they'll hit you with a "We're out of food," or a "We're sold out." You just opened for the day and you're out of food? This particular Tacobell is either money laundering operation, or legitimately a waste of space. read more

I placed a online mobile order via app - order #922583 on 12/11/22 6:47pm. At the Lytle,TX location- The girl speaking through the mic in the drive thru sounded like she hated her life. Her response for when we let her know we had a mobile order was "okay?.." - no further instructions or a please pull forward. We waited a moment and then she said .."pull up". So we did. At the pick up window a different lady was next to the girl at the cash register letting us know that there were no fries for the 7-layer Nacho fries order and if it was okay if it was substituted with their potatoes. We said it was okay to swap with the potatoes. They handed us our drinks and the same girl at the register was picking at her nails, digging out the dirt under her nails, gross!...Once the order was ready, if she could she would have thrown the bag at us. To that girl, if you don't want to work at Taco Bell, go somewhere else. At no point in time from the very minimal interaction that happen were we ever rude. Later when we made it home, we realized not only did they forget the crunchy taco, part of the My Cravings Box...but the potatoes were not fully cooked. The guacamole also tasted rancid. This would not be the first time this Taco Bell location has forgotten part of an order. On May 5th 2022 they had actually forgotten half my order -6 crunch tacos missing. How can we pay for food and not even get our full order? Is the mobile order app not displaying the full order but still charging full price? read more

As far as Taco Bell's go, this one seemed to be running at a much better pace than others I've been to in the past. I love Taco Bell food but most of the time I expect a long line, and have come to expect sloppy tacos and other items (still delicious, just not made with care), but I drove through this Taco Bell last night and had a really fluid experience! We've gone to this Taco Bell a few times and every time we pull up to the drive thru, nobody answers. Even after we say hello. Once we pass the window, we see people just standing around. I really love taco bell and the ones in San Antonio are great. I however live about 5 miles from Lytle so I like to go there. I have ordered the $5 combo on several occasions and am told they don't have them. I told them it was on the menu and they said they didn't know why they didn't have them. I told them they needed to take it off the sign and they just looked at me like I was crazy. If it is a management issue it needs to be fixed or you will start losing a lot of business. My tacos were placed in the bag in the upright positions with my photos and cheese under them. Needless to say, all the taco meat fell out. When i asked for them to be replaced they handed me only tacos and said that I already had the pintos and cheese. I explained that they were covered in sour cream and meat. I will never go to taco bell again. It is always a disappointing experience. They were having a meeting of managers at the time and non of them seemed phased by my frustration. I love Taco Bell! But this location is the worst. I know we are in a pandemic but it's been several months that I've had multiple issues with them. I've waited over 20 minutes for food inside the building after ordering on the kiosks. Their credit card machines weren't working in the drive thru for what seemed like weeks. They never have any mild sauce. And when asked if they've got the sauce back in the answer is "we don't have it, it'll be in tomorrow". When they say they open at 9 AM...they actually mean 9:15 - 9:20. So...I've gone to this location multiple times and each time it's a nightmare. Every time I go, they usually mess up my order and claim they no longer have a certain item and it turns out they actually do. If you need to make an alteration/addition to your order at the window they state they are not allowed to do so (which they actually are allowed to do so), and have blatantly lied about not being able to substitute items in their $5 Box menu. Another thing is THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE TO OPEN! On my way home from work (I work overnights), I stop off at HEB in Lytle to buy groceries and pass by Taco Bell, taking notice of the single-vehicle in the restaurant's parking lot nearly an hour before opening (Been here enough to know the vehicle of one of the workers). The restaurant opens at 9 AM. I leave the grocery store after I finish my shopping and head to Taco Bell. The same car is in the parking lot. I was 5 minutes early, so I waited in the parking lot in my car. After 10 minutes of waiting (lost track of time while texting), I hit the drive-thru. I am then prompted on the intercom "It's going to be a 15-20 minute wait. We are still setting up." Moral of the story? This restaurant sucks. Will drive the extra 20 minutes to get some Taco Bell elsewhere. read more

Taco Bell closest to my house, past 6 months orders been wrong 80 to 85% of the time period got a Fritos burrito with just rice And 2 fritos.
