It wasn't very loud so you can have a conversation without having to yell at each other. So that was nice. The restaurant was very clean and the food area was also very clean and kept up with by the staff. Over all the staff was very nice. I will say Iv have never been to a Mexican buffet before and I was very surprised how good the food was. The also have a salad bar with different varieties and also some Chinese food. Didn't get to try everything but the things I did try were better than expected. My favorite I will have to say was the Pozloe. Definitely a place to try and get a fix of Mexican food.

The chicken is okay, bland but better flavor and texture than the meat. The salsa comes in small packages. Red salsa is a boring tomato flavor, while the green one is a creamy spicy sauce. The green tasting more interesting than the red one. Would eat again if someone offered, but not enough to go out of my way to purchase this myself. The other reviews about the hygiene of this place makes me question why the meat tastes like metal or something it was overly preserved in.

I ordered a Chicken fajita Jalisco burrito. Basically a wet burrito. It came up to $12 and some change. It was just okay. It was empty. A couple of patrons were leaving as we were coming. I think it may have something to do with this certain table, along with the waitresses and some of the staff getting drunk, partying and being extremely loud. Keep in mind it's still open. It only gets worse with the food. The chips and salsa were a highlight so I will leave it at that. The table salsas and salsa that came with chips were spicy and delicious. To the food. They were running a special on fideo loco, so heck why not. We had that, two Mexican burgers with fries, and a parillada for one. I think the concept of a Mexican burger is overused too much here in San Antonio. Just like "enchiladas" that are nothing like real enchiladas, or chilaquiles that aren't chilaquiles. Very, I mean very few places here in town get it right. Add this place to the list of pathetic attempts. No seasoning on beef patty and it was dry. No spice. Just no. The fries that came with it were atrocious. Limp, oily, soggy, and undercooked to boot. You think man it can't get worse....well. The fideo loco...we all said the same thing. "Is this from a can or the just add water one from Heb?" No way they stooped to serve that, along with crumbled up hamburger pieces and no beans?!! It's was bad. Wait...they used wrong cut of meat for "fajita". You're not fooling anyone. The chicken was ok, and the FUD sausage, they always serve that, and I could very much not get it served and be ok with it. There is no need for "bologna" sausage. The gut punch was the comical corn tortillas they brought out. Too thick, not seasoned, and undercooked. Think like being served an undercooked tamale but in a tortilla version. The rice and beans were ok. Also the trend of no guac continues. So the unprofessional behavior was like the 6th wrong with this place. Avoid this place, no need with all the great options nearby.

My mom had the battered fish plate because it's Good Friday and they had a Lent menu. The restaurant had two big full tables of people and then more people kept coming in.
