Everything about this location is terrible! That evening shift is horrible, from the mangers to the crew members. They gave cook in the back with no hat/ hair nat, beard guard. Everybody just standing there wandering around. God forbid your order not right they catch the attitude. This location needs a revamp. Connects right to Hutcheson Park, a beautiful spot with plenty of of beautiful sights to see and bayou wildlife. Despite that, the Whataburger itself is a more than nice enough spot with gentle people and kind customer service who show a lot of southern hospitality, soul and commitment to their work. Very compassionate and thoughtful people, often even going above and beyond to ensure your comfort during your time in the restaurant. And the food is never bad. read more

They just can't get right.... I placed my order via the drive thru here. This team just can't seem to get an order right. I take the bag, I don't hold up the line checking the order. I get home and release my order is entirely wrong and i am expected to bring the order back to have it fixed or refunded. This is horrible. The whole team was dis organized orders were wrong. The eating area and the restrooms are filty. Flies are e erywhere and attack you and your food. Themanager is very rude and unhelpful when they make mistakes. The store is not stocked for lids and straws. Drink area was filty and many drinks were out. I tried getting sweet tea. It was out. Tried to see if it was at drive through. But cashier said she would tell them they were out, but fsil to help further. 5 employees ignored me when I tried to get help. After 15 minutes the manahet did a half hearted attempt. But abruptly told me if I wanted my money nack it would be up to me to do it. She said she eould sign s grill receipt eithout any information. I asked her for a true receipt with store information and shr said no. I kept tje food and ask for the ticket she had back but she refused and threw it away. I callex app number for complaints. She kept watching me while eating and making vomments. Please note while waiting I noticed at least 5 other peope eith complaints from 4 onion rings in a large order of onion ringds in drive thru. Poor customer service and poor quality of food. I pre ordered on the app for curb side pick up. I get there and check in and wait for 20 minutes and then i call inside there tell me sorry they will bring it out another 15 minutes pass and no one comes out. I go and ask for a refund which the manager say she can't give me. Then she just look at me. I ask well can i atleast get my food. She turn around and go looking. The Burger was Hot. It had a lot of mustard on it which I love, I never been here so in my opinion it was great food. They are working hard in the back too. They also have breakfast. So, just as everyone else got excited for the new whataburger delivery option - so did I. However, whataburger uses Favor to deliver your items (in an unsealed bag, by the way). The whataburger down the street from me is literally 3.5 miles away, I thought I would save my gas and have it delivered. I placed an order at 4:49 pm. It was quoted to arrive between 5:18 - 5:28. That's fine, I knew it would take a while. My food did not show up until 5:57PM! there were no updates from the Favor delivery driver, even after I had texted her to ask! The status had just read "pickup in progress" the entire time. So, obviously the food was ice cold. Also, the app makes you tip in advance... so that's a $5 for very little courtesy. I wish I could take it back! Please don't waste your time or money with the delivery option. OR have a different food delivery service pick it up for you. Favor is NOT up to par with this service. Note: this was not the first time using the whataburger delivery option. It was my third "attempt" at trying the service and it was my third attempt at being disappointed. read more

This location can NEVER get orders correct, especially deliveries. Something is ALWAYS missing and their attitude is it isn't their fault. Last time it was my fries, and just now it was the side of gravy. At least I got everything else. Also, don't expect to get a specially milkshake here, like the Dr Pepper or Banana Pudding shakes. Last time they only had vanilla, and the time before was only chocolate. Avoid this location like the plague. When I did receive my order (a vanilla shake & fries) there was no straw in the bag and no napkins. The cup was covered in vanilla shake, but thankfully I had a rag of my own in the car. You would think the manager would get it right, the order receipt had the order correct and still after providing them again with their lost order receipt they could not get it right. Finally, I requested the manager refund our money and took my business elsewhere. He didn't even apologize or try to take care of the problem. Went late night at 10:30. Waited 30 minutes for a large fry and 2 apple pies. I had to go up and ask about my order. I asked for fresh fries when I tried them they were not what I wanted so I asked for fresh fries. The MOD proceeded to throw said fries I just ate from back into the fryer with the other fresh fries. If you want really slow service, come to this whataburger. You'll sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes before you get your food. If you order chicken tenders, it'll take 30 minutes for them to bring it to you in the restaurant. Taste is typical of whataburger, but the service is slow as hell.
