This location gives fresh food every single time we visit! But usually we know it'll be a wait. Lately, the wait has been about 10 minutes which is alot better than what it used to be at drive thru! Customer service is always wonderful, they always get the order right when its given through the window. Also, the tea is strong :D read more

Jeez. We decided to make a run. Last time we really enjoyed our burgers but ordered through the drive thru- This time we came in to eat. It was super clean inside and noticeably empty. We ordered our regulars. Double cheese, extra pickle add mayo and ketchup. Double hamburger with only mayo extra pickles and lettuce. And Fries. The sandwich arrived and the fries were cold. Sent em back immediately. My Double cheese was wrong. No lettuce, no tomatoes no mayo. Uggggh sent it back as well. Frustrating. It took a lot longer than expected for them to replace the burger and fries. The quality wasn't as good as our drive through experience. Both burgers were dry (had very little ketchup, mayo and mustard) and the fries even after replaced weren't that good. I also noticed that they seem to be slicing the tomatoes thinner. The quality of Whataburgers beef is still good though but fast food hamburgers in general seem to taking a major Nose dive. read more

My taquito had an entire finger of a glove inside. I called and Taylor offered to give me a free one next time I come in. She didn't seem very concerned about the issue at all. read more

If zero was possible, they'd deserve it. Consistently awful service, quality, and wait times. Spend 10 mins in line to get awful food

Good food but quite slow every time we go I go somewhat frequently and it's slow every time. Do better

The "hot sauce" isn't even hot at all but the food was bussin overall it was a nice thick burger and was welll coocked

This Whataburger is always so busy, so I was not expecting any different on a Saturday night. However, we still received great customer service and despite all 5 of us having customized orders, everything was made just how we asked. We dined in and did not have to wait too long for our orders. With every one asking for different things on their burgers, and it being busy; having a short wait was understandable but even then, it wasn't too bad. As far as the food goes, it's Whataburger. I don't think we've ever had a bad burger there and our visit wasn't any different. read more

The food was super good but we had issues with the service. Only around 5 people in the building and the wait for our food was extreme and as we left The girls in the kitchen decided to make smart remarks about us and hid in the back. We heard one girl even say "Why didn't y'all want to go out there" referring to giving people their meals to avoid us. As we went back inside to grab a straw they were talking and giggling and once we were spotted they said "Shhh they're right there." we found this extremely unprofessional read more

Horrible customer service, long wait times and they get the orders wrong. Managers don't care. By far worst whataburger.

Odd - my receipt says this Whataburger is in Fort Worth, but Google and the USPS say it's in Haslet. Whichever it is, there is no beating the #5 Combo - Whataburger With Bacon And Cheese, Fries, and a Big Ol' Dr. Pepper. Best meal anywhere! read more

Went here tonight through the drive through . After we ordered it took 20 min to get our food . The order ended up not being right for my husband. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger . Came with no veggies on it and they put barbecue sauce on it which wasn't asked for and the food was cold . Also, if you want people to continue to come here you might want to go over customer service with your staff. I can see why to is location only has a 2.0 rating . read more

Courteous, fast, very fresh breakfast burritos. Guy working the DT window was very cordial and really seemed to want to be helpful at work.

Whataburger? More like what-a-wait. I went there and got one meal and a medium fry and waited for 40 minutes to get my food. There were online orders waiting, people who ordered inside waiting for their food, the drive thru was barely moving, and everybody was asking about where their food was. Somebody even came in and then left within 3 minutes because no one was at the counter, and people told her how long they had been waiting. I don't know if it's because I went at night or what, but they are definitely short handed. My food wasn't bad and came out hot though. read more

The burgers are usually good. The drive through is always backed up. The servers look harried and rushed most times and the drinks are way too expensive. read more

Drinks flat. Food barely warm. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the person that took the order and the person at the window were extremely nice and efficient. read more

Went there Saturday morning on my way to the airport. I made my order in the drive thru and paid for my food and when he was giving me change, it dropped out of his hand and fell in the driveway. He didn't say sorry or replace the change he dropped. Also I ordered sausage and bacon on my breakfast sandwich and only got sausage...wtf dude read more

Whataburger is whatsburger so if you like the food you like it. I don't normally come here to talk bad on business but this location has one of the worst customer service I've experienced, the drive thru is terrible you can barely hear the people and it sounds like the microphone is inside their mouth. Then they get mad we don't understand them, they literally talk to us as the next number in line, no human interaction. Well, it's still whataburger but those are my thoughts. read more

We Went there this morning around 10 am to get some potato egg and cheese taquitos with extra cheese and the tortilla was so dry and over cooked. It was absolutely terrible. However the inside of the tortilla was great so we all ate the inside. Don't go there for breakfast unless you want way overdone tortillas. read more

I've been waiting for almost 30 minutes in line. I have never had this problem. Their shake machine is out of order. When I got my hamburger it was cold and nothing else was open. read more

I placed an online order one morning for breakfast, waited about an hour for my food. (I honestly didn't even notice) the manager that morning, Cheyenne, came out with my food and apologized for the wait. She then told me she made my food fresh, and gave me a free meal coupon for later! She was so sweet and nice about it all, and absolute beauty! Thank you Cheyenne, I really appreciate it and cashed in my coupon! read more

This is definitely the worst whataburger. Doesn't matter what time of day it takes 20-25 mins usually just to order and about the same to get your food. Its like there is no manager ever on duty, just a bunch of kids running It. read more

This is by far the worst Whataburger I have ever been to they consistently get orders wrong and it takes almost 30 minutes to get through the line on average. The food quality is poor compared to other locations and the employees seem either under trained or incompetent. read more

Still sucks. 9:00 am and have to wait 10 minutes for pancakes. Horrible, just not much in the area to eat.

They do a good job for what it is! Always pretty quick and you get what you order for the most part.

Thank you Tyronne for your amazing customer service at the drive thru! It has been a long time since we have been to a fast food drive-thru, were greeted with a smiling face and had pleasant customer service experience. Thank you! read more

What a f*cking joke. This place is already trash food but the teenagers were partying with their friends instead of helping customers. Took so long I just left with no food. All employees should be fired. They aren't doing their jobs... they are doing drugs and getting drunk. read more

I never leave reviews at fast food restaurants because the food and service is generally all the same: average. This exception was sparked by the exceptional service I received tonight. Even at 10pm, the personnel was incredibly kind and professional. Tyrone in particular provided a first class service with a smile; it was a nice change of pace to be greeted by someone who was happy to be there. A well managed location I'll be going out of my way to when I want a patty melt. read more

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo incredibly slow every time I take my kids there

Do NOT come here! Wasted our time. When we got there, the lady said she'll be right back with us. She disappeared and never came back. Was waiting about 10 mins already with no customers inside and only 1 at the drive thru. Ended up with NO food and left. read more

I came here after swearing I wouldn't again. There have been 7 cars in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. - not moving!

Usually this is one of the better whataburgers around but tonight I ate almost half of my burger & then realized it was not cooked. Usually this wouldn't be a problem at a dinning restaurant where they ask how you'd like your burger cooked how ever this was not that situation. I am 5 months pregnant and could now end up sick due to a cooks mistake. Lesson learned to check the meat before eating. read more

If only 0 stars was an option. This place employs the most perfect of examples to define the word degenerate. Went through the drive thru this evening (against my better judgement) and ordered 2 meals one of which was 9 chicken pieces. Got home to open the meal to find 3, you read that right 3 pieces out of 9. You wonder the difficulty in counting to numbers under 10 and there is just no answer to that. Mistakes happen, sure but then we called because on top of that they did not return my form of payment. The phone call to a business went like this: "Wud up your calling whataburger how can we help you?" Not shocked by the unprofessionalism (as that was apparent) when asking for a manager the phone was passed to another immature individual who found humor is speaking in a fake language. After about the 4th person had played games a Kaylee got on claiming to be the manager (wether she is or isn't no ones knows.) Her and my husband then exchanged words and he left to return for not only a refund but to also pick up my card. Upon his arrival he was greeted with the utmost immaturity and disrespect by 4 male children who found humor in cowardly hiding behind a wall and talking about his appearance. Coming from people who couldn't count to begin with that was pretty rich. The fact that these people are what the world has coming in the years to come is sad and terrifying. It's shameful that these businesses don't vet employees or properly train them but what's worse is their parents don't raise them correctly. Its safe to safe we will never return to any whataburger ever, and we will be sure to tell anyone wanting to go there to not give them a dime. It's no surprise their ratings are consistently so low. Train better and be better. Start there. read more

Got my order wrong right off the bat, and when we didn't take too long to fix it it's very irritating to sit in line in a hot car while they fix a problem that shouldn't have happened. Maybe if they repeated to the customer what they ordered things like that wouldn't happen. read more
