This latest occasion we were asked to park in the waiting area, spot 1, because they needed to fry up a fresh batch of them tasty fries! We weren't the only ones asked to wait in a space though, almost everyone behind us had to as well. BUT within 5 minutes we all received our bags of food and were sent on our way. Let me start by saying that I have wonderful memories of working at McDonald's as young misguided youth. It was my first job and I had the absolute best mentors and friends a person could have. I want to give a massive congratulations to her for being the absolute best employee on the team. But the absolute highlight of the visit was the entertainment coming from the back. Ella has a beautiful singing voice, and hearing her kill it on the Backstreet Boys while she was folding sandwiches in the kitchen was a total vibe. At 11:42 the older bald manager quite literally chased us out 17 minutes before they closed. He came up to our table and with no prior warning told us "hey we are closed you need to leave" and then just stood there and rushed us out as we were trying to get our belongings together and throw away our trash to push us out of the door faster. On top of closing earlier than the posted hours on the app and the building with no warning, this was just an unprofessional and rude way to handle this. Not only did this make all of us uncomfortable but had he said it any other way or given us a warning that they were going to be closing soon we would have left anyways. So we had to wait for someone to arrive at the front to order because no one was there. This place is fine as long as you don't do curbside when busy. When that happens you never get your order in a timely manner, nor is it correct. Today was the worst by far. I ordered 6 meals on the app 15 minutes before I arrived. I then indicated I was there. 20 minutes later they bring my food out to the wrong car. If I could give it less than one star I would. Horrible service from staff and management. Got home and started eating my fries and saw a cooked BUG sitting in my food. Immediately called them and told them about it and the manager was less than worried about the fact I was upset. Got to the store and he showed no emotion toward the bug in the food and walked away to go find my receipt (because I was failed to get on from the employee who gets paid $10) came back and gave me my refund.. did not offer to remake my food for me or even apologize.
