The lady whom I believe owns this coffee shop... was super sweet, very helpful, and makes some of the best coffees I've had in a while. As I get older I hate big corporation coffee shops! Making family owned and little shops much more appealing cause they always have better coffee at a much lower price. They had two servers for the entire restaurant and those women were hustling. The restaurant has a tin roof and with all the people going in and out and the hot grill at the back, I felt like we were eating outside. Everyone was sweating. It.was.so.hot. When we reached the plates for the buffet line , they were all greasy as if they hadn't been washed properly. The food wasn't bad, but the best things by far were the pancakes and French toast made to order . I also liked the cheddar sausage and biscuit. It's savory with the bacon, eggs and Swiss cheese all packed between deliciously made French toast, and topped with powdered sugar! It's served with jalapeno raspberry jam which gives it a little more sweet, not overly. It's a huge sandwich and my goodness I devoured it. My daughter enjoyed her Rajun Cajun sandwich which is what I almost ordered. And my husband said his meatloaf was delicious (what he ordered four years ago).
