After waiting 10 minutes for a server to come to our table, I went up to the hostess stand and asked her to check if we had been assigned a server. The table next to us wasn't as patient - they got up and left after waiting for at least ten minutes, if not fifteen, for someone, anyone, to come and acknowledge their presence. This was our second time there, and it was just as slow as it was about two year's ago. My advice: go there if you want to sit and eat with a nice view of the Trinity River and you have no place to be for a good 60-90 minutes. Otherwise, go elsewhere for coffee or breakfast/lunch where the pace of the service is reasonable and realistic.

I also want to note one thing I really enjoyed about this syrup, or the flavoring was that it was sieved or concentrated, sometimes when you're making a syrup at home, you get bits of blueberry throughout it and while I don't mind those this made for a nice smooth, drink with no chunks coming up in my straw. The nice thing about the moon milk is you can get it in levels for instance 'half moon' which would be about 50% sweet. The staff was attentive, and got my order out quickly.
