Service was friendly, I've never been inside so can't say much about the ambiance but the noodles and rice were horrible the driest I've ever tasted. I would have called but it wasn't worth going back through that traffic in the heat. Hopefully they start making these items fresh at least during lunch time. read more

My son and I were surprised when we saw how low rated this location was rated. Our food was great, they gave us more food than a other Panda Express , Our service was good. We used the drive thru. The location seemed well kept. This was the first time we had ever used the automated ordering machine, I was impressed with how well it worked. read more

I never leave reviews, this is my first. I had to for this though. Pulled up to the drive through and was behind one car and it took 10 minutes just for him to reverse forcing me to reverse out of the drive through so I just went ahead inside, no biggie. I then wait in line inside and am 4th in line and the first person was mad at the employees because he was waiting 15 minutes to be taken care of. When I finally get to the front after waiting 10 minutes on 3 people, I see that they are out of almost everything. No orange chicken made, no fried rice, no broccoli/beef, no fried shrimp, the list goes on. Before I could even think of what else to get, I just walked out. Mind you, it was 8:30pm-9pm on a FRIDAY NIGHT. You'd think they would have the most popular items not portioned out on a FRIDAY NIGHT. I should've told the 5+ people walking in after I left to just turn around but I was already tired of waiting on "FAST"-food. Should have seen the reviews first. How does a business selling Chinese food "run out of steamed rice" over an hour and a half before they close yet have fried rice available? My son requested Panda for dinner and I saw that the local high school had a fundraiser going on so we stopped by. Win/win. Ordered in the drive thru and made it home with hot fresh food. Everything looked great. Taste? That's another story. We got 3 orders of orange chicken. Each order was savory and salty and tasted like chicken soaked with soy sauce, not sweet tangy orange chicken. The rice was greasy and bland. I tried to call the location 5x. No answer. This is my 15 year old-eats like a horse- son's meal after he ate all he could. Edited to add: I finally got ahold of someone. The cook had inadvertently used a mushroom sauce and everyone who ordered orange chicken got it. Come here and there's two entrees to choose from. The girl said there was enough of one and started to scrape the beef off to see if she could make a spoonful. My kids and my husbands sides are sitting getting cold while we wait for them to cook 3 different entrees. Not sure what they were all doing in the back room but they seemed put out and rude when we asked for our order which happened to be the ones they were out of. She said well we have string bean chicken. I said no I prefer to get what I came here for which is the sweet fire or sesame. She rolled her eyes and acted annoyed. Today I came to visit the store and I had to use the rest room. I heard one of the workers say don't let him pressure you into giving him more food. The manager said nothing but he just stared at me the entire time I was in the store . Instead of reacting, I say nothing and use the restroom. Then she preceded to make we wait instead of letting someone else take my order. The I ordered my food and left. Is to much to ask some to put a little extra in there because they put the least amount possible in there and the prices go up. No I'm not wrong. I hope that young lady has a better day and God bless her. Glad I don't suffer from low self esteem but I know it will be ok. Please don't respect people you don't know them because your not walking life with them to know what there going through. Won't be eating here anymore. But she gladly took my money. read more

We love Panda Express but this location appears to have some cost saving measures, which include portion sizes. We just paid nearly $50 for our family to eat and are going to have to give the kids snacks when we get home. They also were out of small cups, so they forced us to pay for a medium,but charged for a large. $.40 I don't really care about, but it sure was the topping on this sundae of bad service. We will go to other Panda Express locations, but this franchisee is going to push people away with this sort of service. read more

Ordered a Bigger Plate with 3 sides. 1 side was missing, and 1 side was the beef & broccoli that came with literally one piece of beef. Also, ordered the Honey Sesame Chicken Bowl with fried rice. Worst panda in the business. Literally constantly running out of food. I get it's a post Covid world but honestly guys, this is your business. Get out in front of how much food you need and stop being so f-ing cheap. Don't shrink everyone's portions too just so have enough. Secondly, the workers are nice but they make a ton of mental error. If I could have given it no stars I would do it. Stopped to pick up food after a 12 hour shift at my patients house. I ordered 2 bowls of Honey Walnut Shrimp with Lo mein. Guess what I had when I got home? 1 bowl of sweet and sour chicken with Chow Mein and a large dinner with Sweet and Sour Chicken with Chow Mein. No shrimp which is what I paid for. Terrible service rushing you through ordering. My poor kids food looks terrible with 1/4 of the side portion and couldn't even cut his teriyaki chicken. Of course no teriyaki sauce was included. Mine looked slightly better. Didn't get the egg rolls that were ordered. Terrible all around. read more

I don't know why I tried again with any different expectations. Every time I order here it takes 30 min or more to get an order. I would just say COVID has a hard time getting employees, but there's just no common sense. This time I ordered online to make it faster only to discover I have to get it through the drive through where there's a terribly long line. I show up on time to pick up only to discover I have to wait on the ridiculously long line of 30+ min and they have your car trapped so you can't just cancel. My first experience here (lunchtime hours) was great, visited again today (for dinner) based off that and I am very disappointed. Everything went okay in the drive-thru, but i got home and opened my take out box (1/2 chow mein, 1/2 white rice, string bean chicken, broccoli beef) to find: overcooked rice, burnt tasting chow mein, and absolutely no string bean chicken.
