I am so sorry to have to deduct another star, but Mobile Thru at this location is still very slow! The regular lane moves faster and it's such a shame to have to lower stars because this location could really be great if they could get the priority on Mobile Thru. Or maybe just close it down altogether. The expectation is that it's faster and has the perk of moving right along (like the Western Center Blvd location). Anyway, my latest visit was to try out that new Strawberry Hibiscus Sunjoy. And it took about 10 minutes for my drink. Womp womp. read more

So the food here is pretty good, as expected from a Chic-fil-A! The people here are friendly and accomodating, but the service is super slow. The table next to me waited over 20 minutes for a few sandwiches. However, over the few hours I was here, this place stayed constantly busy, which was impressive. The playplace is very small, with no slide. However, the child seemed to enjoy it, but that's probably because there were a lot of kids. It doesn't seem like it would be entertaining to him on a slow day. 3 STARS for slowness and tiny placeplace. read more

Still here to complain about the drive thru. They've been open long enough to have worked out all these issues. Other Chick-fil-As are so streamlined and efficient. This one is absolutely horrible. They're friendly but that's the only compliment I can give them. I've currently been sitting in the mobile thru lane for 25 minutes and still counting. read more

This location is just NOT IT. I've never been to a chick-fil-A like this one in my lifetime. Poorly organized, we probably came here 2 or 3 times because is so close to home but they managed all 3 times to get our order wrong. It feels weird to say that about Chick-fil-A. Employees just not trained to the level of their normal service. I avoid as much as I can this location, we hoke at home and call this location the McChicken-fil-A Corporate needs to pay a visit to this location. read more

I was very excited for this location to open (have been excited since it was first announced)... but sadly I will continue going to the Saginaw location if I want Chick-fil-A. We dined inside, and the experience was bad from start to finish. It started off on the wrong foot with them being out of Cheddar Cheese and the order itself being difficult to place because the cashier seemed to not know the items. I was willing to let that pass though since it's a new location. It went downhill from there. For one thing, the store was super dirty, floor was sticky, and not a clean table in sight (there was maybe 3 open tables because the rest had employees at them eating/on break). I actually had to clean off my own table just to find a place to sit. A tip for management: maybe stagger the employee break/lunches instead of sending everyone at once so that your patrons have a place to sit and there is still staff coverage for the store. The food was not that good or fresh, and we waited too long for it. The shake I ordered never came. I had to go up and search for it--to which I found out it had just been sitting on their counter melting. No offer to remake it either. Of course, with everyone sitting out on break, that makes sense. Of the employees that WERE up and working, they looked lost and like they didn't quite know what to do. One girl who was I assume on table cleaning duty literally made 15 trips to the cabinet area housing the clorox wipes to pull them out and put them back in again and again and again. Not sure what tables she was cleaning. Again, she looked lost and in need of leadership--which tells me that's why this location is a failure, bad leadership. I won't be back, which is sad because I love Chick Fil A, but it seems their customer service has taken a nose dive over the past year. Maybe stop trying to open so many locations and focus on the ones you have... because it seems all of the locations around me have suffered in some way, and are getting to be just like the rest of the 'run of the mill' fast food restaurants. read more

I noticed that a lot of the low star reviews are due to the time spent in the drive thru, however, since I haven't used their drive thru, my experience was different. The first time we visited, we dined in. Service was quick, place was clean, and staff did a great job constantly checking in. When I mentioned the bathroom needed more paper towels, they put in a new roll almost immediately. My second time, I placed an order for carry out in the app and even though it was not ready, I only had to wait about a minute or two. My only complaint with this location is the layout. Its play area is ridiculously small, while the bathrooms are huge. & I feel like they could've added more seating instead of having such a big entry/order space area. If you are expecting your kiddos to have a place to play, I would highly recommend a different location, but if you just want to satisfy that chick fil a craving, dine in or carry out. it might be faster than waiting in the drive thru. read more

Waiting for food for 45 min in drive through is unacceptable even for a new location .

We love Chifila so the food is no exception. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience this morning. As reviews below have stated the drive through is slow. It's slow even when there's few cars. I got into the drive through around 10:20 with only one car ahead of me waiting while one car was ordering. By the time they got to me, it was 1032 and they refuse to take my breakfast order because it was after 10:30. This was extremely disheartening as I have sick kiddos in the back who were very upset and we waited over 10 minutes just to place our order. Then had to wait another 15+ minutes in the drive-through to get our food. Ultimately I could've handled long lines but refusing to put my chicken on a biscuit because you took 10 minutes to get two people ordered is infuriating. read more

Still a long wait at the drive-thru. Mobile orders are a little better - you still wait even if you are first in line. As we waited for our mobile order, we got to see a dad get out of his truck, aggressively grab his kids meals and curse at the employee. While I don't agree with the display, I understood the frustration. I've seen Chick-fil-A do better - what's up with this one? The worst Chick-Fil-A I've been too. Waited 30 minutes (for chicken minis fruit and hash browns, it's a new store so I understand to an extent). Although, cars behind me and about 3 cars in the other lane got their food before me, but ordered after me (consisted of 5 cars!). Went to cancel order so I could leave, but they refused to cancel my order because the food was ready conveniently? The two girls were super super rude about me needing to leave, I tried to explain I feel like I didn't order anything complicated. Just an overall disappointing experience. i come here all the time and get a five piece nugget meal. i go to order and she tells me that they don't do five piece meals which i know is wrong because ive been here before and came back the next day and ordered a five piece meal with no problem. then i ask for the chick fil a sauce to which they hand me two packets of ketchup and send me on my way. no hate but cmon bruh read more

I'd wait another month , they still can't seem to get the drive through working properly. Even if you order on mobile app you will be waiting 15 minutes in line. Cars getting food behind you now stuck waiting for you to move because they don't instruct vehicles to pull forward into a waiting zone. My family & I went the first week they opened & it was so slow, which was understandable cause it was new. but now it's been weeks since they opened & they're still beyond slow! Waited 10+ minutes, 3rd car in Mobile Lane, time was 20:30, which is crazy. This Avondale CFA is closer to me, but now I'll keep driving the extra miles to the CFA in Saginaw instead for faster service. read more

First time visiting this location and was impressed! The wait time in the drive thru was longer than normal, that being said, i expected it due to this location being new. I spoke with a few members of the team while waiting and the service was awesome! Despite the down side of a few impatiently rude customers the drive thru team (Brooklyn and Colton) stayed positive and were very friendly. The lead on duty (Norris) was very positive and friendly while communicating with every car and making things move as quickly as possible while offering updates on food orders. Shout out to the team prepping in the back of the house as well, i ordered a special salad and it was done correctly along with fries that were hot, fresh and well worth the wait!
