I never pass up a chance to try out a different CFA. This one was a hell of a lot easier to get to and park than some of the others. It was about mid-day, so the restaurant wasn't that busy. Looked like there was a staff meeting going on as well. However, there were a few employees who were actually working. Usually have an employee or two ask me if my drink needed a refresh. Today I would have gladly welcomed such an offer, but no offer ever came. No big deal as I got a refresh on my way out the door. If this is my biggest complaint, life is pretty good. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal, with waffle fries, unsweet tea, and a cookie. Fries tasted a little lukewarm, but sure beats burning my mouth. (Which is usually the case.) The restaurant and bathrooms looked clean and well maintained. Overall, I had a great experience and will gladly come back again if I'm ever in the area. read more

Dropped by to pick up a couple of sandwiches and a salad. The sandwiches were okay but the salad was pathetic. There was a limited amount of lettuce, very little chicken, and they put the salad in a bag on it side. The salad did not even come up to the middle of the tray. For a salad that cost almost $14 dollars it was not even worth half that price. My bill for this visit was over $42. My family eats Chick-fil-a almost weekly so saying I was disappointed is an understatement. read more

Apparently this chick fil a doesn't know how to read mobile order stickers I place an order for my fiancé to pick up for us we order 4 egg McMuffins two for each of us when my fiancé was driving on our way home he noticed that they only gave us three he turned around and drove back to see if they can give us our missing sandwich but they told us that they stop serving breakfast mind you it was only 10:35 they should of at least gave us something but the manager and the employee said that there was nothing we can do about it and giving my fiancé bad attitude about it too. read more

I'm not the biggest fan of fast food but when I say, if you have the amazing privilege to come in contact with WINSTON ZINK, you just know the review has to be 5 stars. He is polite, efficient, and good looking. My Chick-fil-a experience leveled up the day we saw Winston behind the counter. I love chick fil a and the quality but it's 109 degrees today and they have poor young kids, taking payment outside. The manager said they had water and rotate, but in my opinion this is inhumane. Terrible experience!!! I've been a customer for years and this was the first bad meal. My wife ordered 3piece strips that were soggy and limp. I ordered the standard chic fil a sandwich. It was foul tasting and smelled bad. We were eating at home since I went to pick up the food. I called to complain and the manager accused me of being fussy! I will never patronize this branch again. Super slow service, employees just standing talking doing nothing while there is trash all over table and floors and residue all over the tables. Witness employee dumping the sweeping pan into the trash hole next to the lemonade. And you can stand around for awhile waiting for a refill before anyone helps you. Never been to such a gross chick-fil-a. read more

There are occasions when an establishment is so exceptional that a 5-star rating they cannot be denied. Such was the case on this visit. I drove up on this visit greeted by the peak-time system of tablet-wielding professionals coming to you before you even arrive at the order console. Even at the mere potential of inconvenience, Chick-fil-A comes to YOU. Upon completing my order, the young gentleman advised that turning it into a meal would be cheaper. My eyebrows raised. I then subsequently made my way through the converging lane to the left turn. As I straightened my car to align with the delivery window, my acquaintance that so fastidiously received my order approached to greet me with my order in hand. Were there twins working that day? Did the singular employee walk the other side of the restaurant to the delivery window, obtain my order, and then deliver it to me directly, or has Chick-fil-A learned how to teleport people and decided to preserve it for their customers? I may never know. What I do know is that the waffle fries were delicious, the nuggets distinct, and the chicken sandwich refined. read more

Typical clean and efficient Chick-fil-A. I came in thinking I had a gift card for a free sandwich, but it was really a gift card for a free breakfast item. Since it was lunch time I opted not to use it and instead bought a spicy chicken sandwich which was okay but next time I think I would like to have a grilled option, and I will just add my own hot sauce to it. Bottom line: When you want a meal that didn't go moo, this is the place for you! read more

I think this is a long john silvers in a chickFilA body. I love LJS as well, but they're slow. I'm use to fast, hot, good,and great service. I never receive that at this location. Maybe it's a time of the day, idk. My food on this trip was cold, my son said his was cold and tasted funny . I'm always able to upgrade a side for not taking the toy in a kids meal, after discussed I still got a small and smaller side. The wait was 8min. Why? For my food to still be cold. No people outside doing orders, 2 lanes, lots of workers and...well. I hate to even write this review because this is my favorite food. I experienced a left out item before and I told myself maybe I didnt needs it because ChickFilA is that good. And I didnt want to make them human. This location is killing me. Please get better so I can change the review. I'll be back one more time to see. I did still have ok service...it was a little rushed, but it wasnt McDonalds‍ read more

I wish I could say I can give this location a better rating but unfortunately there has been issues the last three times I've been over the past few months since we moved to this area. First instance, I took my son and we ordered at the front counter. I ordered my son chocolate milk with his kids meal. We ended up standing by the counter waiting for our drinks longer than usual and our food was given to us before the drinks. Come to find out the girl who took our order thought I ordered him a chocolate milkshake (the higher than usual total made sense now and maybe I should've questioned it earlier) but I had to decline the shake and requested a refund since again it wasn't what I ordered so had to continue waiting at the counter until a manager could correct the issue and refund me for the difference. The second instance, I took both my kids to this location for breakfast and since they immediately wanted to go play I picked a table by the play area to watch them and ordered our food on the app for dine in. The order updated on the app that it was being brought to our table (which you indicate the table number you are at on the app when you order). It stayed on this screen for over five minutes and I never got our food. Waited a couple more minutes (it had been close to fifteen by this time from the time I ordered) and due to a potty emergency with my child I had to go now. I went up to the counter to inquire about our order and notice they place it on the pick up order section. I asked the lady behind the counter how long it had been sitting there. I told her I ordered on the app for dine in and put my table number on there and she couldn't advise why the error occurred she offered to remake my bowl (but not replace the milks that had been sitting out or the fruit bowl). The third instance we made a run through the drive thru for breakfast. I had placed my order in on the app and joined the drive thru line to pick it up. You never feel like you can sit there and check your order in the drive thru but I wish I had because they didn't give me the cheese I ordered and I ended up with American instead of Pepperjack. I really didn't want to make a big deal about it but I didn't know about the error until I was home and it is disappointing when you're expecting one flavor profile and end up with something different. And last issue was the chicken on this day for both my filet and my kids minis were way overcooked. Three strikes and you're out, I'll be traveling to the Saginaw location from now on where they're actually consistent on their orders and flavors. read more

Your typical Chick fil A with the amazing customer service and tidy restaurant. We came during a major rush time but were still treated with the best service and that says a lot. I just didn't like how the wrap I always get was much smaller here than at other locations. I'm typically full after half of the wrap and my fries but after eating the whole wrap and my fries I still felt hungry... Overall an okay location. read more

Normally I always have a good experience at my Chick-fil-A but I decided to try this one as it was on the way home. Food was average quality but I've never had bad service at a Chick-fil-A expect here. It's not a big deal but I said thank you for my food and they just looked at me and said nothing back. Back ohhhh 36 years ago I worked in a Chick-Fil-a back when they were ALL in malls. Remember utter excitement of getting Chick-fil-A at the mall? Well back then, they were quite a religious organization and I don't think that's changed. The managers often prayed with employees and we had plaques that said "thou shalt not steal" on each register. Everything was made by hand. Remember the lemon pies. By hand. Hand breaded chicken fried in a pressure cooker is the secret. It's brined each night over night hence the juiciness. Back the. Minimum wage was about 3.35$/hr. I was paid 6.75$/hr. Double minimum wage. Good money back in 1982. Basically nothing's changed. Things are still made by hand. Every orders correct save a few human errors. Nothing ever feels "uncaring or hurried in a way you end up punished for". Food hot. Fresh and more than timely. And whyyyy is the mayo so good with the pickles? Lol. It seems like it's going to be a boring sandwich. 3 pickles and chicken. Meh. Then you add mayo and bite in and MAGIC *que angels singing and harps playing*. The workers are teens for most part. But I swear the army comes in and trains them. They will stand out in the rain and take orders with smiles and run your card, you barely have to slow down to pick your order up. The line can be literally around the building (talking double line too) yet it's 5-10 minutes max. Sweet teas really sweet so we ask for half and half. No problems. Always right. I also like unsweet tea with half and half sugar free lemonade. No problems. Seriously any request in their power is usually NO PROBLEM! Closed on Sunday's for family and time to worship for employees. Something endearing about that. Kudos Chick-fil-A. You know how to do things correctly. read more

Yesterday I went through the drive through to get my daily chicken sandwich. The service was not the best I was faced with rude customer service my order took a long time which I understand can because they are running behind but this caused me to be late to work. The girl who gave me my orders name was Ashlynn, she had lots of attitude which cause me to be upset. Giving me dirty looks and making smart remarks at me. I just hope this can be dealt with. read more

Well I love Chick-fil-A! Lol I normally never have any issues with my food and if something is wrong it is fixed without hesitation. The little lady named Pam is an outstanding employee. She's here almost every time I come and always asks all the tables if they need napkins or drink fills or anything. Shes better than some nice restaurants that I've been to. They had a few rooms you could reserve for a private party. They offer a brunch menu until 3pm but you can also order off their dinner menu if you so choose. Since this was our first visit we had a difficult time deciding what to have. Our waiter was very accommodating & didn't make any of us feel rushed. For our extremely picky eater the kitchen made adjustments to make sure he had an enjoyable meal. After we made our selections, I feel like our food arrived in a very timely fashion & everyone was very pleased with their selections. Their mustard seed ketchup was interesting to see but very tasty. Even our picky eater thought it was good not that he strayed from the regular ketchup! The only thing we didn't try was their whisky cake because we were too full from our meals. My wife thinks this means we should go back just for appetizers & dessert. Which of course we will plan on soon. All in all it more than deserves 5 stars. And I wish we had taken photos but we were enjoying being with the kids too much to bring our phones out. Definitely put this location on your radar, I don't think you'll be disappointed at all!

The servers are very knowledgable about the food and drinks and were able to break down the mixology (my husband found a new favorite whiskey). As always, hubby asked for the dairy-based condiments to be left off his dishes, and although he has more of an intolerance than an actual allergy, the server (without being asked) consulted the chef and was able to list every dairy ingredient in every dish, down to the milk powder in the brioche. (You'd be surprised how often the staff just shrugs and has no idea what's in their own food.) I believe no matter what you order, it will be one of the finest examples of that menu item you will ever taste. We had the crab cake appetizer, prime rib and gouda stack, french onion burger, chips, fries, whiskey cake, and cocktails. My husband's old fashioned was the best old fashioned he had ever tasted. He ordered a second. The food was sublime, each menu item was either delicious or outstanding. Whiskey cake is the only item on their dessert menu because it is the only dessert you will need. It is their version of a sticky toffee pudding. It's huge. We were there for a birthday, so we were given the whiskey cake for free. I'd say the margarita was just a margarita, and the water in the fancy jug was definitely gross tap water, but every other food and drink item was perfection. The restaurant is appealing and clean inside. I am glad we were seated in one of the side porch areas where there is sunlight and fewer folks. The interior is quite dark and loud, but nothing outrageous. It's just that style of restaurant. Happy hour is weekdays 3-6, with a small selection of popular drinks for $7.
