I've generally had a very good experience with whataburger. I think people who give this place a low rating have misaligned expectations for what is to be a fast food chain that opens 24/7. I do understand that sometimes food can take longer than expected, but it sounds like others who have reviewed poorly at this location for a long wait times did not mention their own advocacy to push their order forward into the queue. **Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger - Mac the store manager took the time to pre-build my BUNLESS (lettuce wrap) burger. This is not a common practice and is above and beyond what you would expect most Whataburgers to be able to do. The meet patty is extremely juicy and flavorful. -Triple Meat Burger Amazing and very consistent to other location in proportion, flavor, and juiciness. - Chicken cobb salad to go Very standard with all ingredients accounted for including eggs, sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and fresh lettuce. Whataburger has always remained to be extremely consistent with all of their food items. This place is no exception. All of our food came out very quickly, in less than 5 minutes. The staff there are friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of seating available. The noise level is low to moderate. We haven't had any issues with this place. I hope they thrive and do well. read more

I love the honey butter chicken biscuit, I feel like it's a hit or miss if the biscuit is going to fall apart or not but every single time I come here it's toasted to perfection and hits the spot and is so yummy, their service is good and usually is not packed like most ones which is a plus. read more

Went to the drive thru and the employees were very efficient and the breakfast tacos were delicious. Will be back.

Worst location, wait over 30 mins 20 cars in the drive through, got out of my car to go inside and order and there's 20 people waiting for their food inside as well. I come every now and then to see if service has gotten better but it's been this way for about two yrs now. So I recommend just avoiding it altogether. read more

This place is a joke, and the boss is the punchline. Half the menu wasn't even available. The food cost to much to not to be in a good quality to be eaten or served The burger I ended up settling for tasted like it was cooked last week, and the fries were cold, limp, and tragic. You can tell management doesn't care at all the whole restaurant feels like it's being run by someone who gave up a long time ago. Save your money and your sanity. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME ! read more

Their onion rings are so yummy! And the bacon burger is literally the best burger I've ever had with the hot ketchup. Yum!

If you go in late employees will completely ignore you if their even is one in the front, takes forever to get you food

Always so polite and respectful. Very fast moving pace. Very clean and organize. Always have people

Always slow, food cold. I live right by, there are always lines. Workers have no urgency or endeavor "customer service"

Had the time to read through the reviews and am even writing my own review, editing it and making sure it's considerate and fair, all while waiting for my breakfast to come to the window. I have been waiting in the line to order for 30 minutes, then order and waited to get to the window another 10. Sine I have got to the window I waited 5 minutes for the cashier to come to the window, 5 minutes for them to return my card. Another 5 minutes for my coffee to come out (lukewarm) and am now going on to another 10-15 minutes waiting for my sausage taquito to come out. I had been to this Whataburger before and it was the same but thought maybe it was a slow morning. Now, having waited for nearly 45 minutes to an hour to go through the drive thru, I won't ever come back. I was able to read and reread my review to make sure I'm not just responding out of frustration but to truly show what it is like to go through this drive thru, all in time to just now have received my food. read more

I literally I literally stopped eating burgers because of this same reason! How did you manage to not fully cook my burger read more

Drive thru took almost an hour! Then when I got to the window it was clear why. The staff were moving as slow as humanly possible. They also (2 guys) never said a word to us. Fumbled a drink at hand off, but still no words. Got the food and... yep, cold and crap. What a waste. Whataburger... whatajoke. read more

Very rude cashier. It doesn't matter who was in line first, if someone steps in front of you, well they got there first.

Adreana at this location always shows excellent customer service. If my order is incorrect she makes sure I'm taken care of in a timely manner without issue. read more

Slowest Whataburger in existence, and they still manage to forget things like fries and gravy or food might even be cold when you get it. This is out of 10 visits probably had cold food or missing items 7 of those visits read more

We went because I wanted ONION RINGS and they gave me fries instead of onion rings! ‍ Mistake on our part because we didn't check our order once it was handed to us, but it was repeated to us TWICE, once at the window, so why should we have checked, right? Other than that burgers were fine and drive thru was moving at a fair pace. read more

Come here if you enjoy slow service or if you enjoy getting the wrong order even after being asked several times what you ordered

This whataburger has one drive thru lane that turns into two so there cannot be any through traffic. It blocks the entire parking lot. As an Uber driver I can't drop off their workers without being stuck in the drive thru lanes for over 20 minutes. I called management and she told me before she hung up on me that I'm supposed to do a u-turn in a large vehicle right in front of the entrance way where vehicles are turning into the parking lot off the main road. This has to be a safety hazard to be having large vehicles trying to do u-turns where people are walking and getting out of vehicles just to get out of your parking lot. If this Whataburger is going to make me miss several rides over their terrible drive thru arrangements I'm going to make sure as a driver that every worker from there I cancel to pickup and everyone I'm taking there are late to work when I drop off. You should be able to drop people off at a business and be able to drive out of there. Anyone needing a ride to get food there will no longer get a ride from me cause that's ridiculous. If I park on the other side I can never back out of the parking spot with the bumper to bumper traffic there. So if I'm needing to go somewhere I have to wait forever for someone to allow me to backup but usually they can't because they have someone behind them all the way around. read more

They got our order wrong initially and gave us a large sprite instead of a large fry. When we asked for the fries, the gave us some that tasted like they were re-heated and it was nasty. The burger we got was garbage as well. Worst Whataburger I've ever had. read more

The food is great and equal to the Whataburger standard. I have often had my order made incorrectly and my most recent experience required me driving back after getting home and finding the order wrong. Not much apology was given other than correcting the order. Since the above re ire I have had better experiences at this location. Great job! read more

Funny that as I decided to avoid Whataburger due to my orders always missing a burger, fries, or being wrong. Others wrote a complaint today about the same exact problem. I think I know why WTB sucks, and that is due to hiring Teenagers that don't have grown adults managing them. You guys should hire people that stand behind your young employees ensuring that orders actually have a darn burger inside and that its not missing something. read more

The level of incompetence at this location is astounding. I waited for over 5 mins behind someone at the speaker box in the drive thru and I asked the employees at the back door grab assing if they could please get someone in there so we can all move on with our lives. Then I was missing half my order and went in to find 7 employees just standing around confused while the manager was basically running around trying to do everything. I have never seen a group of people who are slammed but act like they're bored...infuriating! read more

Second time coming to here and expecting my order to be right, the first time I asked for whataburger jrs w/pickles & cheese only & ended up with mustard burgers. Today they got the jr burgers right but my dbl whataburger was a single & due to driving through i was unable to go back. read more

This morning I was really craving some good, quick breakfast food. My husband ran to this whataburger and grabbed me the biscuits and gravy with a jalapeño biscuit, & a honey butter chicken biscuit sandwich. I feel pike I may have never been more satisfied in my life. This food was everything I needed this morning and beyond! 5 stars!!! Their jalapeño cheddar biscuit is one point! & the gravy is great!!! The honey butter chicken biscuit is delicious!!! Great option for breakfast. Last time I came here I got a burger and that was great, too. Gotta try this place if you're from California like me! read more

Drove through a slow start at the window for almost 30 minutes and food wasn't even fresh

The coffee here sucks!!!! It was luke warm, when you ask for creamer and sugar you better be specific on how many, cause literally that's all you'll get! The cashier at window one is running some sort of a "scam" says she'll meet you at the second window with your change (coins) and never shows up. Sooooo, you leave hence the long line behind you at the drive thru. Managers need to be more selective when hiring. read more

UNACCEPTABLE! First the wait is extremely long... Get home and the fries are cold. Big the BIGGEST no/no was open a sandwich that was already bit into!! Corporate will be hearing about this unsanitary practice. #1 if you're going to eat that's fine but NOT where food is being made for the customers. read more

I normally don't write reviews for fast food restaurants but I had to this time. My experience really wowed me. There was about 6 cars before me when I pulled up to the drive thru. I expected it to take 15-20 mins or so, however it took less than 10. I even had to wait a little cause I ordered the new hatch grilled chicken sandwich (grilled chicken took longer). I went around 11pm and every staff member I came in contact with was nice AND enthusiastic. My food was hot and fresh. This seriously makes me want to go to this location more. Kudos to this location or maybe that team working last night! read more

Let me start by saying I love whataburger but I will drive 20 minutes to get my food rather than go to this location that is 5 minutes from my house. They have gotten my order wrong everytime I have gone and I have given them at least 5 chances. Not only that but there is always something wrong with the food. Either the burger is way over cooked and tastes like cardboard or the fries are raw. When I have bothered to go back to politely ask for my meal to be corrected or to get new fries that were not raw, there was absolutely no apology and the staff was not friendly at all (Also the new fries I was given were still raw). I've given up on this location and I would recommend that you dont even bother. Just go to another location. This one will just leave you disappointed. read more
