Passed through big springs on our way home from Dallas Texas , my family and I were far from let down with the service and food all 7 burgers were cold and two had to be sent back because they were made wrong, about 10 minutes passed until the one of the two new burgers came back, we got up to check on the other burger and they had completely forgot about it. In town to visit family, ordered 3 chicken nugget kids meals. Got back to the hotel and guess what wasn't in the bags? The chicken nuggets in all bags. When I went back I spoke with a person who was as puzzled as I was but, he took care of the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. Would I go back? It's a 50/50. I love eating at whataburger because the food is usually consistent and good. I stoped at this location because it seemed like the better of the choices to eat in big spring. I ordered the chicken strip combo, the food itself was hot and fresh but the gravy was watery. It tasted awful, and that's one of my favorite parts of the chicken strip combo. The restaurant got really busy after I got my food so I wasn't able to complain by the time I finished my meal. When I opened the gravy it spilled all over the table, and I opened it gently. Another customer spilled her gravy all over the table when she was cleaning removing her tray. The employees know it's too runny when they pour it into the cup, don't serve garbage to the customers. read more

When we first got in the line at this Whataburger, the staff in the kitchen area were loud and cursing. It wasn't mean spirited but so loud the lady taking our order couldn't hear us when we tried to place our order. The lady preparing the fries was really loud and was talking smack to one of the other workers. Not the most professional but it happens with coworkers. My wife complained and they were quieter. The helpful lady at the counter was named Katie and was very nice and helpful but was also frustrated that she couldn't hear. I don't come to this Whataburger often because of this type of stuff. My opinion, with a crowded and busy work area, is the staff should be more professional. The food is good but not worth the baloney. read more

Worker spilled fries on my dad and didn't say sorry or offer us new fries. Bathrooms were so disgusting. They smelled horrible, there were feminine products on the floor of the women's restroom and they were out of paper towels in the men's restroom. read more

Don't eat here!!! I ordered food chicken sandwich combo meal on 12-7-2010 and got to work started eating the French fries then poured then out onto a plate as I usually do and found a fried moth in with my French fries so disgusting, called the next morning and lady says manager was not in and laughed at the situation. What- a -mess! This place was dirty. I could feel the grease soaking up on the bottom of my shoe! Napkins, wrappers TONS of fries on the floor! They got our order wrong and the Manager said it was only a 20 cents difference...wrong.. It ended up being $4.13 over charged. She just didn't want to take the time to make it right. The lady that was taking our order looked as if she had the flu. Poor thing needed to be at home instead of exposing the public. If Big Spring doesn't have a Health Inspector they should! This place is decent, the food it pretty good and the resturaunt is usually clean, but the drive through takes a very long time to go through and the employees can have a lesson in respect. If I were being more specific I mean the managers, there are two I'd have to say particularly that trully need to be retrained or fired. One by the name of David has a real problem with respect and treating someone nicely and some days just needs to get off his butt to help other employees. Another manager I can't recall her name though I can describe as a short Mexican woman has a serious attitude. She's sharp, impatient and plain rude and really needs edicat training. Waited in drive thru line forever. Then they forgot straws and fries. So I had to park and go back in. To go back around we had to get back on the road which is complicated in this area. Then we got stuck in the parking lot as it's so small the drive through line was behind up, and we couldn't get out until someone pulled up in the line. read more

Ordered a chicken sandwich through drive through to take home. After I got home, opened packaging to find sandwich without chicken or any kind of meat, for that matter. Drove all the way back and explained the situation and what I'd ordered. While the young man at the window said all the right things, his demeanor was frightening, literally! He stood at the window staring at me with disdain, barely looking away from me the entire time, as if I had insulted him personally by asking for the chicken that I had paid for, while the crew behind him worked to refill my order. The restaurant added fries and a fried pie into my bag but I'd rather have had a person with professionalism instead of extra food. He was completely overboard with his actions and his words. I left with a very uneasy feeling about the attendant and his actions. I understand mistakes but I do not understand rude behavior in a business of service. Totally unacceptable. We travel full time and we're doing laundry next door. We decided to walk over to Whataburger for supper. This has to be the worst one I have ever been in. Food on the floors and tables. Staff using the restroom and not washing their hands. Service was ok but the food was cold. I have eaten at what a burger many years an loved it but the one in Bigsprings, Tx. Has the worst food an service of all. March 10 2017 they messed up my 2 whataburger meals I called corport office. I was told they would get back to me. After 1 mo. I called back. 2 mo. I called back. On the 3rd month I recived a call from the new G.M. He said he would put me in a book for 2 meals.
