I don't even know where to start with Taco Bell, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had ordering food. First off, they forgot part of our order--which is already frustrating--but what really made it ridiculous was how they handled it after. We called the store to let them know, and instead of taking any responsibility, they immediately brushed us off and told us to contact DoorDash. Fine. So we contacted DoorDash, and guess what? They told us to contact Taco Bell. Back and forth, back and forth like we're stuck in some kind of customer service ping-pong match. Meanwhile, we're just sitting here missing food we paid for. We called Taco Bell AGAIN, and they still refused to help. No apology, no effort, nothing. Just straight-up "not our problem" energy. The only good part of this whole experience was our DoorDash driver, who was actually amazing and did her job perfectly. She deserves better than having to deal with places like this. I proceeded to order on DoorDash my amazing DoorDasher brought me my food after I got back in my house. I realized some of my food was missing. I contacted my DoorDasher she went back to Taco Bell to talk to them. They said they cannot be any help until we contact the actual DoorDash people, we contacted the DoorDash, They told us we need to contact Taco Bell. We contacted them again. Even the one star was undeserved. Order was missing several items. Store was beyond nasty. Every surface covered in food. Back was a whole other story. Employees with gloves touching all of the food as well as their hair and faces. This place seriously needs to be shut down. This location never has any of the new items. also the employee working at 10:30PM on Jan 17th 2025 did not give me my nacho cheese. I ordered 3 extra and two of my items came with one, so I should have gotten 5. I forgot one and asked for 4. Working out in the field, I was hankering some Taco Bell. Visited the nearest one in Big Spring and to my surprise it was a new one connected with a Long John Silvers. I entered through the Taco Bell side in which the restaurant is literally separated in half with clear windows and door way. If I could give negative stars I would. Almost every time my family and I have ordered here. They've either left something out or completely disregarded the customizations that we made. But today takes the cake. I placed an order on the mobile app for pick up. When I get there to pick up the order it wasn't ready but not only was it not ready they didn't have anybody at the counter and even though the kitchen is about 2 feet away from the counter and they see me standing there, nobody comes over. It takes me 10 minutes of saying excuse me excuse me for somebody to actually acknowledge me. They finally do and they say that they haven't even started on my order yet and mind you by this point it's been about 20 minutes since I've placed the order. So I sit down and wait for another 20 minutes before it's even ready. When they finally gave me my food, I start checking it to make sure everything's there and that the customizations were followed. The lady who handed me my order says that she can assure me everything is in there because she prepared it herself, OK. I get home and I realized that they have forgotten two main items. Absolutely horrible experience. Bathroom had no soap, feces on the wall, and urine on the floor. We ordered black bean tacos, but they replaced it with another item without asking. When we asked about it, they said that if we wanted them, the black beans would take half an hour. Then they refused to give a refund. Avoid this place. read more

Ordered food through the app, ingredients were not available for what I ordered ( Mexican pizza) so I asked to cancel my order through the app but the cashier completed the order out so I was not able to cancel from the app so I did not get my food and the kept my money, got off to talk to the manager he was no help at all, so I left and so went on the app and send an email and have yet to receive a response and still have not got a refund for the food and drinks I did not get, if they don't have the item it should not be on the app to order and advertisements for the item should be taken down, will never go back to that Taco Bell again read more

I have visited this Taco Bell maybe 5 times since I moved to Big Spring and not one time have they gotten my order right. Always check your bag here or u will be disappointed when you get home. I don't think I have ever waited less then 10 min in the drive through either. And that's only with two cars in front of me. They are SLOW SLOW SLOW. Today is July 31st and I came in at 1:30 and the woman working the drive through simply did not care, she was moving like a sloth. I hope the manager sees this and moves her out of the window because she can't handle it or simple doesn't care too. I ordered through the drive through. It took almost 20 minutes from the time of order to actually get the food. My order was missing 2 items. The cashier hesitated before he handed the order to me, so I think he knew and chose to do it anyway. The cashier was also coughing heavily while handling orders. When I got home to eat a couple minutes after getting the order, the crunchy tacos were already soaked through and soggy, so they must have been sitting there for a while. read more

Went in today about 4pm, 1st impression not good. Floors were dirty, some tables dirty, we had to wipe our table down. 2 employees sitting on one side doing nothing. I assumed no manager there. Ordered a burrito and a mexican pizza. An employee on her cell phone, another customer had to wait for her to get off so she could finally take her order. By now, their are 3 employees sitting down talking. I got my food, bit into the pizza and their came out a piece of plastic. I took it to the girl at the register, she asked me if I wanted another one, I said nope. I could hear her telling someone else, but they never came out. Went to Taco Bell for breakfast this morning. I love the country griller.... well.... first let me say the girl that handed us our food was cranky and not very nice. When I opened up the grillers.... they where half folded, no gravy on either one, one had so much spicy sauce on it you couldn't tell what you where eating, the other one had more egg than anything very little cheese and a half a piece of sausage. Went through the drive through the other day at 1245. It took me 38 minutes from the time I got there til I pulled away. I ordered something popular, the naked chalupa meal box with a dt coke, no ice. By the time I was assisted at the window, it had taken 11 minutes from the time she finished taking my order to giving it to me. I tried the dt pepsi and it was dr pepper. I let the cashier know and didn't even get an apology. She ran the soda machine for a few minutes and then dt Pepsi was flowing through it. Another employee said that she hates changing the dt machine. I drove 3 miles to my house and opened my food. Both of my tacos were stuck to the paper and fell apart..how is that fresh? Pretty sure they made up a bunch ahead of time and I got one of the first one's done, even though I should have gotten just made, especially if it takes 11 minutes for 2 tacos. Service here is very slow if you order inside. They will usually have 2 or 3 preparing food for the drive thru orders and 1 for dine in. At the same time they have 2 employees at the drive thru window playing around instead of helping with orders. They need to take a look at the management as they are apparently not doing their part either. read more

This morning I decided to get breakfast here I told two different workers what not to put on my morning crunch wrap, I get to work and started to eat and the things I asked for them to not put on it they did anyways. I gave them the benefit of doubt and decided to get lunch there well not only was the girl taking my order very rude to me but I ordered a steak and potato boss wrap little did they know I took a bite right in front of them to make sure it was right because of the morning incident and they didn't even put the potatoes in my wrap I told them about it and once again got attitudes from everyone as I was watching them remake it they didn't even have potatoes made up and had to make some. My husband ordered a beef casidia and when he opened it there was a Kant bug inside and not only that but it smelled like dirty dish water, he took a bite anyways and it even tasted like dirty dish water soap. This is completely ridiculous and unprofessional. This was a complete waste of our money. They definitely need a New manger and workers they were very careless.
