It was the worst food i've ever paid for! Quality was ung horrible and everything tasted 5 days before old.(i went 20 minutes after opening)

We waited 20 minutes to order drinks; then another 20 minutes to order our food. I understand it's a small space, but ten people came for dinner, and we had to sit at two tables next to each other, but we couldn't join the tables because it was two different waitresses. We told them we would tip both--it didn't matter. Then we got our food. The quesadillas were stuck to the hot metal plate. Another party member had sour beef in his enchiladas with chili sauce. Yelpers--have you heard hot sauce making beef smell and taste bad? Needless to say, the food was ok. By the way, only beer and the margarita is bottled margarita, very sweet. read more

The cook who I assume is the owner was very nice. Our waitress was not. I ordered a bean burrito, my mom ordered a bean burrito as well but said "no cheese on either" meaning hers and mine. The waitress then brought out a bean and cheese and when I told her it wasn't right she proceeded to tell me several times rudely "well you should have said something". Go to pay and it's $48!!! They said well you ordered 3 burritos, and the waitress comes up to argue. No, we ordered two and had to have you fix one because you didn't take the order right. Not the customers fault and not how you speak to customers either. Definitely won't be back. The second star is only for the friendliness of the owner. read more

I was here a few years ago for the Clay Douglas event, and I have to say the food was excellent. The drinks were on point and the tequila was flowing, probably too much because it ended up with the huge man-pile in the men's room. Apologies to Jose for the mess that was left behind, but kudos to the waiter who ran out to the CVS for the takeout order of Trojans. He was a life saver. read more

This place was recommended by Robert, who is a friend of Clay Douglas, The former Army veteran who now washes dishes here.. I love the authenticity of the food. I lived in Mexico while doing a study abroad so I know good Mexican food when I taste it. There must be a grandmother in the back cooking because I felt like everything was fresh and made on the spot. It's unfortunate the waitress was telling me the story about José and his grandmother and somebody exposing themselves to them, but at least the plumbing was able to be fixed. I walked into this little "mom & pop" not expecting much. But she had me at the spicy salsa! The menu isn't expansive which makes decision making a bit easier for me. I ordered the "Men's Special." Green beef enchilada, chile rellenos, taco & chihuahua chalupa. Love blossomed when this little dish came into my life. It was all fantastic! And all for the low price of $8.75 (dinner.) I don't remember ever having basic (non-fancy) Mexican food this good. If you are ever in Big Spring, Texas you must eat here! And the service is good too. read more

Best tex-mex in big spring. You'll be pleased to know this is a family owned business that's been here since I before I can remember. Don't come in expecting spicy enchiladas or tortas, but you can expect good tex-mex food and service. The atmosphere is ok but the food makes up for lack of atmosphere. When comparing to the other restaurants of this type in Big Spring the only one that is on the same playing field is Spanish Inn. ALL OTHERS in Big Spring are just surviving on alcohol sales and nice atmosphere, cough cough, Papa Chons & Carlos. I ALWAYS order the Supreme Deluxe #1. A smothered ground beef burrito, beef taco, beans, & rice. Their green salsa is spicy and I always pour it over the burrito to add some kick. Chips and salsa are brought to the table as soon as you're seated. The menu states that they charge for extra chips and salsa but I have yet to be charged for the extra servings. The red enchiladas aren't very spicy, my 10 year old orders a plate of three every time if that gives you any indication. They make a great burger w/ fries & chicken fried steak w/ fries for those of you not hip to Tex-Mex. Sopapillas are a must for desert. They serve beer, sangria, and your typical frozen margarita if that's your thing. read more

Excellent Tex-Mex! The chicken fajitas were flavorful, lettuce and avocado fresh, rice was spiced nicely. My friend has enchiladas and they smelled good. We are from south east Texas. In Big Springs on business. We visited Casa Blanca for dinner. We ordered Chili con Queso and we each ordered Cheese enchilada dinners with meat sauce. Queso was excellent as were the enchilada plates. Beer was cold and service was top notch! I recommend Casa Blanca to anyone who wants a good Mexican restaurant experience. read more

Not sure what the objective was about POSTING this place was closed. I ate here last week and I am here at this very moment, about to eat again, the best combination nachitos (taco meat, beans, cheese, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and guacamole...yea buddy) I ever had. This place is always closed on Sunday and Monday. BUT THEY ARE OPEN AND DOING AS WELL AS EVER!!! SO YELP....TAKE THAT CLOSED SIGN DOWN PLEASE. Was very unimpressed with this place. Customer service was prompt and fast. They brought a very small amount of chips. 20 or less with pretty much a taste of salsa. Salsa was okay. However reading in the menu they charge for every time you ask for chips or salsa. We order the cheese dip and it was pathetic for a Mexican food place and ask for more chips and they still charge us. I order the quesadilla and it was pretty much a rolled up burrito. The fajita burritos come with meat and onions only in a normal size tortilla. Waitress was less than thrilled to answer questions and cut me off after I ordered one burrito. I had to get her to come back to my table to order a chicken quesadilla too. The steak was so tough I had to tear it with my hands. The chicken was very dry and again came as one solid tortilla folded over. Basically I ordered a steak burrito and chicken quesadilla and got two mediocre tacos one with no cheese. I had low expectations as it is Big Spring after all, but that was terrible. read more

Stopped here for dinner on our way to some West Texas Football and it was delicious! The service was good, friendly and the atmosphere was great. The bathrooms were clean too.... that is huge in my book! I had the Ladies Plate and it was so good! Hubby had the Casa Blanca special and the Chile Rellano was sooo good with only a thin breading! No Stars! I am floored at the customer service and quality of food at Casa Blanca! I ordered 3 beef tacos and as I took a bite the amount of grease dripping out of one of them was disgusting! Hubby talked me into giving it another bite as I did grease ran down my hand...I asked the waitress to please take them back, but as we looked at our ticket we noticed we were still charged for the greasy taco! The owner, Katy (she refused to provide her last name) said that since I bit it, she had to charge me and that she would call the police if I had a problem with it! My hubby and I just laughed it off and got out there and will NEVER eat there again!!!! read more
