NO NO NO This place is terrible. I do not write one-star reviews lightly. I even gave this place two tries before I wrote this. My first visit was marred by the lack of ice--AND CUPS--for my drink. My second visit was marred by the lack of a FORK to eat my food with. "Go next door to Taco Bell to get one." How about you go across the street to the Walmart like a real manager and purchase a box for a couple of bucks. On top of this, the fish was old and the fries were cold. Heck no. Only been to the Big Spring location twice. first time the customer service was great and so was our meals. Yesterday, we ordered takeout for lunch and the girl working was sure not the friendliest. Won't be back. Went in today, smoke filled the building like they didn't have the vents on, or not sure what happened. The floors were greasy and slippery, not sure what they mop with. Place just "feels" dirty. I heard other people complaining of how dirty it was as well. read more

Absolutely horrid. The food prep and dining areas were disgustingly in need of cleaning with food particles on counters and floors. Hostess left our food on counter without calling although we were the only ones there. There was no silverware although they share a building with Taco Bell that had silverware. Service was bad no acknowledgment of the employees until there boss showed up 5 minutes after waiting.

The food took over 20 minutes to arrive and then they forgot my shrimp. It was dirty and needs to be cleaned. Overall it could have been better. The food tasted good minus the green beans. read more

Called ahead to make sure the fish was going to be fresh as I always do I love Long John Silver's that only your fish is freshly made not sitting under the light and his usual they did it right the cook and the manager awesome fish was delicious fresh and hot. Fix the soap dispenser in the women's restroom. It's always broken when my wife has to wash her hands.

Very nasty place all tables were dirty.. We had to clean out own table just to sit and eat... Most drinks were out of order... Bathroom was dirty... Bathroom doors wouldn't even lock..I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

The food is good. The wait-time is ridiculous. Forgetting ordered stuff is also ridiculous. They forgot my slaw. They forgot the extra piece of chicken we paid for. The fountain drinks were terrible. Drink the tea. The service was so-so. Apologies were offered for forgotten slaw and the long wait time. The extra chicken was never received. read more

It's standard for a Long John Silver's. They messed up my order, but the food was hot and freshly prepared.

Decided to give them another shot. After ordering I waited 35 minutes to get to pick up window only to be informed by lady working there that my order had not been inputed yet. No apology was offered. I went ahead and reordered against my better judgement. My 35 minute wait to the pick up window was only shortened because one of the two cars in front decided to pull out. I really used to like Long John Silvers but I am afraid they are off the list. If you are stopping to eat in Big Spring go some where else. read more

Waited almost 20 minutes for cold fish and 4 cold, stringy onion rings that looked old. Worst. Service. Ever. I think the cashier was stoned. She walked off 3 times before taking our order. For floor entertainment, we watched a couple make out during out meal as they waited for a friend to get off her shift. Will never come back again. read more

Say no to the Cod and Shrimp for $5.99. I am not sure the hushpuppies were even hushpuppies. The shimp was hard and dry. The shrimp was better at The Dragon China Resturant yesterday on the buffet and cost less overall also. At the drive thru and ask for tartar sauce and got home and got everything but tartar sauce. But only one cocktail sauce. Typical of LJS which is why it is rare I even give them the opportunity to redeem themselves. Maybe once a year. They seem to get worse each time. Maybe this was the last time!!!!!!!! How do you mess up hushpuppies???? read more
