With few options open in the area we stopped here since it was something familiar to me even though my husband hadn't heard of it. Was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and that there were quite a few options on the buffet spread. As soon as something ran out it was replaced almost immediately. Everything tasted great. I even went out of my comfort zone and tried the hamburger pizza topped with dill pickle slices because it looked so intriguing. Guys, I swear if i was blind folded I would have sworn I was eating a burger, it was crazy! The woman tending to our table was very kind and stayed on top of refills. Worst place ever Had a birthday party, they didn't have packages had to buy individual pizzas, all cups, are kids cups and get charged extra for the same size... They only have one pitcher for the whole restaurant. The oldest waitress is married to the cook, so when she bully's someone and gets told off, she calls her cook husband to cause a scene.. he was swiftly shut down, and are party resumed as planned.. 1/10 because the pizza was alright. This place is the equivalent of the last kid getting picked for a dodgeball game. Then the kid finally gets picked and 30 people go for a headshot because they don't like the kid. This place is great! Loved the pizza, salad bar and service. Our waitress was super nice and the place was very clean. We requested 3 different pizzas and the waitress brought all 3 to our table and served us, which was really nice. The dessert was really good, had some cinnamon Stromboli or something like that and it was delicious. We will be stopping through here on our way back from San Angelo for now on. read more

Lol look, I know hometown pizza is usually better than big chain pizza places, but this is the literal worst pizza I've ever had, and I've had Domino's pizza. They did not cook the pizza, the dough was well, still doughy! The mushrooms were obviously thrown on top after they "cooked" it. We ordered different meats and extra cheese, and it had NO FLAVOR! I'm not even mad, it's so out of par with what you expect a simple pizza should be that it is the most funny thing I've ever experienced. How do you mess up pizza so bad that it has no flavor? Lmao. Best Pizza in town, hands down. The thin crust is good with a cookie/cracker like crust - but my fav is the Italian with mushrooms. Its a garlicky chewy type of crust like a good breadstick. They have another deep dish that my wife likes. Its my understanding that all three are made daily and have proof up, like a bakery or something. Then they use fresh mozzarella. I think that is pretty rare among chain restaurants since it takes a bit of time. The manager/owner Kaleb showed me the mozzarella grater and it had a 3 hp motor or something, he also showed me his water purification system and I think it rivals any commercial systems. Thats a big deal here since we have terrible municipal water. We did a school fundraiser and they have volunteers run the dishwasher and wait tables for tips and 10% of the gross. It was really successful, Kaleb said that some groups raise over $2,000 in a single 6 hour night. I think this has a lot to do with it being my favorite, they have the home town feel and live in the community. One of the best hacks is to get buffet and make a request with the waitress. They bring it to your table and scoop off a few pieces then put it on the buffet. Pizzert is also so good, chocolate chip or Bavarian cream for me. Buffet is reasonably priced (you can pay a $1 per slice if a light eater), and feel free to custom order any pizza or dessert off the menu you want. Hand tossed meaty max is pure goodness. Above avg pizza (not awesome) if you custom order pie. The store manager (and usually the servers) is always gracious and professional. Give this place a try. read more

This place is ok if you have a small group! Their policy for large groups is crazy! 20% gratuity and 1 ticket for the group! If you want separate tickets then you can't sit anywhere near your group, even if the place is nearly empty! If this was a full service restaurant instead of a buffet, then maybe this policy might make sense! I'm a firm believer in tipping, and I always tip at least 20% but usually it is more! I only tip 20% if the service has been bad. Adding 20% at a buffet when they may be only bringing you drinks is ridiculous! How hard is it to split checks anyways! They are all buffets.....children or adult prices! Maybe they might have to bring things ordered from the menu, but really how often is that? Then servers don't even take care of the checks! Pizza Inn has been in Big Spring since the 60's! Locally owned and operated it is by far the best pizza quality wise in town. They have an all day buffet, with the biggest salad bar in town as well as the best sweet tea! You can get in and out fast, have a quality meal for a price you can't find anywhere! I used to love coming here during my lunch breaks while working in Big Spring (2011-2014). Only when I came here, they were on Gregg Street (1702 South Gregg Street), so I'm not sure if they moved, or if this address on 700 is an old one. Anyways, this was kinda like a 1980s version of CiCi's Pizza, or it reminded me of some pizza buffets I went to in the late-1980s & early-1990s. Or maybe a smaller version of CiCi's or Pizza Hut. I liked the atmosphere, since the lighting was low enough to be relaxing, but the tables had individual lights so that I could enjoy a book. They usually had good pizza--I liked the vegetarian-friendly choices like cheese pizza, spinach alfredo pizza, & veggie pizza. They also had great cheesy breadsticks, a nice salad bar, & a wonderful mac & cheese. I sometimes had to ask for my check earlier, if they were busier, so that I could be able to pay & get back to work in a decent amount of time. There isn't much to choose from in Big Spring. I was excited to see that there was a Pizza Inn that delivers. It's one of my favorite pizza's out there. I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into a delicious Taco Pizza. On August 21st, 2018 We arrived at the restaurant at 8:15 pm with no pizza on the buffet other than pizza that looked liked it had been there for over and hour. We started with a salad from the bar that was a total mess. After waiting 30 minutes for more pizza we were told that they closed at 9 pm. There was no fresh pizza brought out nor any desert pizza. We were traveling and decided to stop at the Quality Inn in Big Spring, Tx. for the night. We were tired so decided to order delivery from Pizza Inn. My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs with extra sauce on it. I ordered small pizza. The order came in 40 minutes. Well the pizza was fine. The spaghetti looked great, extra sauce and plenty of meatballs. The problem was no cutlery! I promptly called and after about 10 minutes they told me they had a driver in area and would be there in few minutes with cutlery. Well after 20 minutes I called back and told them the spaghetti was now cold and we could not reheat in microwave it being in aluminum pan. The manager agreed but said to send the other one back. Got the order in 20 minutes without extra sauce and only 3 meatballs. We were not happy with this experience. read more

The game selection for the kids was ok, but there's always a little kid who tries to steal the quarters when you get change. No one was monitoring the game area, especially parents. I made that mistake today and the app kept telling me that my card was declined to try again so I did until I finally gave up and ordered Pizza Hut only to discover that my card was charged 8 times by Pizza Inn causing my funds in the bank to be depleted. Called Pizza Inn they said they would refund the money if I went up there and showed them my bank statement and I explained that my car is in the shop which is why I needed food delivered so she said I could email the bank statement in which I did only to be told that they use a third party for online orders and there is nothing they could do for me! So now I'm not only stuck without food but also no funds for food!
