We ordered a water, a slush and a sundae, and it took OVER 20 minutes. Not exactly Fast Food.

Well I have lived in big springs for about a year. And I have camehere at least a dozen times and will not be going back again to this location. The last 3 times I went there I have ordered a reeces blast and they have all three times given me a heath blast and a butterfingers blast. I asked to talk to a manager but they would not come out. I wasn't asking for anything for free. But the manager could have at least came out to our car and asked what was wrong. Respect is earned not given read more

Would not recommend!! On Sunday evening at 6pm we ordered an egg sandwich and 2 small drinks. We waited for 35 minutes before we finally gave up and left! I ordered two hotdogs after waiting for 10 minutes my hotdogs came they were wrong I sent them back I waited another 15 minutes still no hotdog I called them and they said that it was gonna be another five minutes before I have any hotdogs I asked him why he said because nobody cares here I said can I speak to the manager he said he was the manager go ahead and write a bad review he hated his job. I had a few issues with my first visit to this location . I arrive 15 minutes prior to closing, and was told that the shake machine was shut down for the night since they close soon. That is sort of understandable. I ordered a corndog and some cheese tots. It's a very simple order. After nearly 20 minutes we were told that "our order had accidentally been bumped". The staff is incredibly rude, and the service is god awful. Showed up 5 minutes before they open, she told me I'd have to wait five minutes, so I did, I tried to order again and she spazzed out on me telling me they wouldn't open for another 15. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Restaurant was very busy. That being said, I thought I was getting a good, hot fresh burger. Wrong!! Burgers were cold and dry. Lettuce tomato and onion looked like a three year old did it. What's the deal with Big Spring? Does anyone make a decent burger in this town? I've eaten at Sonic for years this place is horrible. News Flash: I typically try to highlight something positive about each place I visit and the only thing I can say about this Sonic Drive-in is that this location finally updated its Menu/Ordering stations!! Other than that the rest of my review remains the same. The orders take an unusually long amount of time to come out. I guess the only reason I still visit this place is because my daughter has an affinity for the mozzarella sticks and grille cheese sandwiches and I don't feel like driving across town to the other location on FM 700 which is quite the opposite of this store. I hope the owner, Mike A., will one day make some changes with the management at this location. I've worked in the industry before and I know that bad morale doesn't start with low level employees. Fast food should be easy. Especially for a nationwide fast food chain. This particular location...no. Just no. First, if you aren't in hurry, you're in luck. This place is the slowest fast food place in America. A Route 44 drink order took 15 minutes. Melted ice, watered down drink. Go elsewhere for drinks and food. I really wish 0 Stars were an option. This sonic is terrible, every time we stop they have car hops who wait on two orders until they take out the food. So even though their screen says my order is on its way, they will be waiting for another order before bringing yours and this leads to them confusing orders. read more

Slow service. Don't make your food correctly. When you try to fix the issue the whole staff walks to the door and stares like you are on the wrong. 601 East Marcy one is way better. read more

There has been several times that we have gone to sonic onFM 700 in big spring Tx and have waited 40 minutes for them to take the order. Might have been 6 cars there at the time. Several times I have used the app to order and after checking in it has been 20 minutes to receive my order. Plus it has been incomplete. I will try the sonic on Greg St from now on. read more

Watch your credit card transactions when going to this sonic location. Went yesterday for "happy hour" paid $1.35 for my drink. Looked at my bank account about 1 hr later-there were other sonic charges for 1.57 and 8.97. So Beware!!! read more

This location does not care their employees do not care and their manager and owner obviously does not care. Cant get an order right ever. Dont visit this place unless you check your order. They don't answer their phone, and if you are missing part of your order who the hell wants to go back for that product and wait another hour. I stopped in at this Sonic this morning, pulled into a spot (they don't have a drive thru) and pressed the order button. And waited. And waited. 20 minutes later, the light still lit, I watched 3 vehicles who had pulled in after me leave after waiting for their order to be take. It is 39 degrees out with winds gusting to 60mph. Do you know what the weather feels like when it's cold AND windy? With your window down because you are waiting for your order to be taken, and it doesn't get taken. I left. I won't be back. This is sad, this place is often busy with the traveling oil and wind workers eating their often. I have a 300 man crew working here, I'm going to let everyone know how horrible the service was, that will be 300 who won't be going to Sonic again. read more

Stopped at this Sonic on a road trip this weekend, it was the worst one I've ever been to. First of all, after pushing the red button we sat there for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. Thinking that particular stall was broken, we moved to another one but had the same problem. We finally moved to a third stall, and after a few minutes someone finally got to us. It then took over 20 minutes to get the food, and the waitress was less than friendly. Horrible experience. read more

Simple order......peanut butter malt and a strawberry sundae with nuts. No nuts on sundae, no cherries, and when asked for receipt did not get it either. Had to call again just for a straw, and still no receipt. Carhop lied about nuts that we were charged for. read more

This is the most absolute worst sonic ever. Took 30 min to get out two ice creams and a soda? And it was melted? Come on. Management really needs to be reevaluated. This has been going on for months well that's when we moved here but it's terrible. I can't express that enough. read more

We recently moved to Howard County. We frequent a few restaurants for different reasons. The reason Sonic is one of our favorite spots is the food is always good for a fast food restaurant. The bigger reason is the workers are always friendly. It looks like Sonic hires a lot of students. We are always treated with a smile and for these reasons we will keep coming back. read more

I've eaten at both Sonic locations in Big Spring for years. I have to admit they have the best cold drinks around, however I've noticed that the food is not so good anymore. I've been served cold fries on several occasions, old lettuce and tomatoes on my burger, and you just can't get them to understand what a well done burger is. Such a shame. read more
