We were starving and thought DQ could never disappoint right? Wrong!! There was 1 very pregnant employee just staring at us but had a look of despair almost I dont know anyway. The staff was friendly behind register and we moved on to our table pretty much hangry at this point. Tacos were cold, the salsa was in a packet! Where's the fresh one?! I went to the ladies room soon after and wow big mistake. I nearly lost my cold stale tacos with just the visual alone! Now I remember why I do not come to BS Dairy queen.. it's awful. Orders the chicken strip basket, all was cold and dry, even the gravy was luke warm... Was craving Dairy Queen for two days on the road trip. Finally stopped for it and then was so disappointed when they didn't have crushed nut topping for my sundae that I had been wanting, so no ice cream for me. Don't waste your time. Ordered two blizzards and they forgot our order. Then when redoing them, they didn't know how to make them. When we got them they were very wrong and very gross. On top of that, staff is cussing with each other. Definitely off my list. read more

My wife went to get me a #2 with cheese, jalapeños, and bacon, I wanted it Tx sized with a coke and ketchup and ranch on the side. She got everything right, except for my ranch and they tried to sneak in a side salad which she didn't order. She went in to resolve the lack of ranch and not upsizing my fries. Both the cashier and the manager in charge were rude and clueless. Although, she got a refund for the side salad hustle, she wasn't given the ranch even though she was charged for it. Wouldn't be surprised if they spit in my food, way to go DQ! You could've been more professional, my wife hates confrontation unless she's dealing with rude people. read more

For only having two employees in the entire restaurant, this Dairy Queen did amazing! The food was out in a timely manner and the staff was so sweet and understanding. Not only was the food out in a reasonable time, but it was all accurate. We had plenty of ketchup and napkins as well. Just be patient and appreciate the people working to get you food! read more

Driving through today we stopped for lunch. I get a grilled chicken salad & everyone else got burgers. Everything was good. My salad was all ice berg lettuce that was shredded just like what was on the burgers, but fresh & crispy. The chicken was warm & cooked just right, even a bit juicy! Better than I expected. Thank u! I walk into the place and ask the kid mopping the floor if they were still open and he replies yes so I go to the counter and stand there for a couple of minutes while the other employees there ignore me. Finally, mop boy comes waddling up with his phone to his face and proceeds to finally take my order (which he screwed up). I thought it was odd to see a one star place with so many cars at the drive thru. I am sitting in my hotel room looking down at Dairy Queen thinking I could go for a Blizzard. But do I dare eat at a one star place. This place has some really accurrate comments. After my visit there is not anything I can add. I walk in and the dining area is just nasty. There is garbage on the floor everywhere. Below the garbage the floor tile is dirty like it has not been cleaned in months. I step to the counter and order a large Heath Blizzard with chocolate ice cream. Well I got charged an additional .50 for chocolate syrup, but my ice cream was still vanilla. As I stood and waited for my Blizzard to be made the same woman who took my order asked me if she could take my order three times... I wanted to say no. Get your azz out in the dining area and clean up this sh1thole. Finally ten minutes later, I was out with my vanilla Heath Blizzard and and out 5.50. Once I finished the Blizzard, I had to shower off the Dairy Queen experience. Doesn't Dairy Queen corperation go to Big Spring and look around? I would have loved to see a health inspection certificate. How low would that score be? From what I could see of the kitchen, I am thankful I ate dinner at Whataburger. read more

Well I can not even comment on the food cause we didn't make it there. However, I show up 8:30ish on a Thursday night. Pull up to the intercom and he says be right with you. I sat there for 12 mins with no response. Btw there is NOBODY in the parking lot. Nobody in the drive through but me. Finally I pull around I see the employees just sitting at a table. The worse DQ I've ever been to. Not quite sure how this place is even open. Been living in town for roughly a year and no matter what day, time, season we come- it has the worse service. If you go through drive thru, the minimum time in line will be 45 minutes, and that's just waiting to order. Keep in mind, during those 45 minutes, not one person gets their food in the drive thru; they pull EVERYONE to the other side so they can walk your order out. That takes another 15-25 minutes depending on how much the workers care. The attitudes of the workers are awful. They literally scream "What Next" into the speaker until you're done ordering and then take your card at the window, slam the window shut and give you back the card ten minutes later, only to tell you to pull to the other side of the building. Honestly, this particular fast food building deserves 0 stars, but the ice cream is decent so 1 it is i guess. read more

Our group walked in at 10 minutes until 10:00 this morning (the door was unlocked). No one, except another customer, greeted us. Two other groups walked in thinking the business was open. Apparently, this establishment does not begin serving until 10:30 am. I think keeping the doors locked and posting business hours might be a brighter idea than ignoring customers. This Dairy Queen for some reason takes forever to get your order the staff are very unfriendly there's no reason to wait in line for more than 20 minutes this place needs a manager to over see what happening there's a long line of cars and nobody seems to care. The manager employees they know there's no other Dairy Queen in town so they take all there sweet time getting our orders. read more

Got a banana split and a m&m blast, it took us like 25-30 mins just to get our order since there was people ahead of us which I usually don't mind since we were not in a rush. This place really needs training on customer service. I walk up to order and all the cashier does it look and me., I said "well Hi" and placed my order. I got my ice creams then I was waiting on my food, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, well u get the picture and other customers got their order and I was there before them...it took them 14 minutes to get my order, and the reason I got my order is cause I asked for it. The most disappointing Dairy Queen I have ever been to in my life. Why is this place even opened? I waited in line for 30 minutes. Got to the window & they said, "oh we're closed." Since when did DQ start turning the lights off at night before closing time? The manager at the time said "oh I didn't see you in line" maybe you would've seen me if the lights were on outside! Nothing but kids work here & the manager Trinity needs to really learn how to mange. Employees were lazy and such a disappointment. As dirty as the place is it would be a good idea to call the Health Department & see what type of things they find in there. The second time, ordered a chicken strip basket, was given fried steak basket, after waiting 35 minutes. Don't give this place your business! They deserve zero stars! We were passing through and went through their drive-through. We asked if they offered "kid-sized" cones as do several other Dairy Queen's. The two people taking orders were so rude and repeatedly responded with bad attitudes and rude unprofessional responses. The proper response should've been, "I'm sorry sir, I can't hear you. Please pull-forward and we will take your order at the window". We decided not to give them our business. We have tried this place 3 times. The ice cream is good if you actually get what you ordered. The other times we waited a long time to get our to go order which just sat in the window behind the cashier... Could use a little schooling in customer service and learn to manage their time better. I don't know, call me cause crazy, but maybe one person could take an order and one person could cook and two could work on ice cream???. I've been to the DQ in cahoma and I like it more than most fast food restaurants. (Being I don't particularly care for fast food) the food was always hot and usually taste good, I love there blizzards and although they are kinda expensive I think it's worth it for what they put in them. The place was pretty clean and the staff was nice. It was decent in speed as far as service. So overall I would say a good restaurant to go to on the house or eating in. read more
