The process they use to make the ice cream makes it have the best texture and creaminess. The service was friendly and great at what they do. Service is how do we say abysmal, heck practically nonexistent. The couple in front of us ordered and got it in 10 minutes, we waited 40 minutes. How is that a thing?! To top it all off it's mediocre ice cream. The place is just poorly designed and lacks any sort of character. Just go to the HEB and buy ice cream. It's better quality, cost less, and you get more. Love this place. Always helpful and friendly. They always welcome questions and offer optionsss and really make you feel at home. If you haven't tried nitrogen made ice cream, you should give it a try. I've had it in CA and when I saw this place wanted to compare. Placed my order online from their website. About the website: great pics and it was pretty easy to use. However, it would be better if there were descriptions of what the base choices were made from. Also, once you add something to the cart you can't edit it and if you need to change it, you have to remove it and start over. Would be nice to just add an edit option. Finally, I was hoping to be able to specify a time the order would be picked up so if we wanted to order now but eat it later, the order wouldn't be sitting in the freezer for a long time. But alas that was not an option either. I received a text acknowledging the order, and texted back letting them know we wouldn't be picking it up until after a certain time, so they wouldn't rush to make it. But apparently text replies don't work. Did also get a text saying order was ready for pick up. I do like the menu choices; although I enjoy the simplicity of only being able to choose three options for toppings, sometimes you just want to have more because of all the yummy possibilities! Overall the three step ordering process is a great idea. I wanted to give this place five stars for the quality of the product and simplicity of ordering process. I had to reduce it by one star for the website limitations and another star because of the poor service when my husband went to pick up the order. He went directly to the pick up area and was totally ignored by the staff. He watched two other people come in, place orders and leave without anyone acknowledging his existence. He had to walk over to the order window to finally get some help. WTH? Not good customer service. Last thing of note: I ordered three ice creams in waffle bowls, two of them were nice and large, the third (which was also my husband's) was noticeably smaller. Again, WTH? We are only visiting the area, so won't be coming back. If we lived here, we'd try this place again AFTER trying other creamery options first. This place is amazing. Me and the wife came in for a late night treat so we gave this place a try. It's a fun atmosphere with a fun and delicious twist on your normal ice cream. We made our own ice creams and they were delicious. We even got to try out there New Valentine's Day Ice cream which is also a great choice and so flavorful. Cute trendy ice cream place. Area and parking is great, and it's nice to have some variety in the Odessa/Midland area. Ice cream itself is a wonderful texture, however some word of advice to the owner, perhaps come up with some flavor combinations and take pictures and add them on the menu or something? I saw a lot of people go crazy with the flavors and toppings and ended up not liking the combinations, Like my husband lol. I Just thought that would be a good idea to incorporate and help fellow customers. I was pleased with my combination (strawberry, matcha) Also there was no menus to grab and see what they offered while waiting it line. It was kinda rushed when we got to the register because we were barely able to see. The interior is nice and roomy inside, but there is a lot of people which makes getting the ice cream abit hard. We didn't know if you had to wait around and they bring it or if they're gonna call your number that they provide on your receipt. A lot of people were cramped around where they were making the ice cream and the register area. They didn't shout the order number, just what the ice cream was, so it was difficult trying to hear through the big crowd of customers. It Took 15-20mins to receive the ice cream, didn't really mind since they were packed but feel they could organize the receiving end. Well i have been passing by this place for months now and finally decided to stop in to utter disappointment. I do like the set up nice building. I like that they are using the periodic table but the ice cream wasnt good. I got a 3/4 full carmel shake that didnt taste bad but for the price i expected more. You know an ice cream shop is good when it opens in the middle of winter and has steady business. I've been to other ice cream shops in San Francisco and Chicago that serve ice cream made fresh using liquid nitrogen and this place produces ice cream with the same wonderful texture (that is to say super, super creamy since the liquid nitrogen causes fewer ice crystals to form as the ice cream base freezes). There are a few different ice cream bases including an almond milk base, soy milk base, and sorbet base. But I'd recommend the normal milk base if you want to enjoy the creamiest ice cream. Flavor selection is pretty good and there's sure to be something that everyone would be interested in trying though I wish there were some more exotic options available. I like the mango sorbet and the matcha green tea ice cream. Mix-ins are available too and there's a wide selection that can be added how they would be at a Coldstone or Marble Slab ice cream shop. Definitely worth checking out and a great addition to Midland's food scene -- I know I'll be coming back to try more flavors. read more

Good ice cream, but they need to change the dirty gloves after touching money, credit cards and changing the tank. Blue gloves were so dirty they were black. They actually touched my ice cream with their hands as they were scooping into the cup! I had to scape off the top layer. Learn food safety! The wait is rediculous. They have lots of workers but are highly inefficient. It took me and my son over an hour to get ice cream. An engineer friend of mine went there and timed the number of ice creams sold per hour. It was so low there was no way they can afford to stay in business unless they pay less than $5 per hour.
