They definitely stay stocked but this place is POPULAR. You grab a tray and pick your breads, then pay at the counter facing the entrance which is also where you order food. They'll give you a number and have many tables to sit at. All breads were good and fresh. Tried the crispy beef tacos which were no nonsense packed with meat. The green salsa they served with it was bomb. Also tried a bean and cheese burrito which was very delightful even though they don't have sour cream or rice which is odd. Staff was super friendly and the woman who helped me recommended the tacos which were really great and very filling. Hard cut off at 11 for breakfast burritos which is what I wanted but ended up being pleasantly surprised with my tacos and burrito. There was an older man facing away from the counter wearing an apron who kept creepily grabbing a younger woman who was employed their by the waist- it was off putting for sure I got the sense she was maybe newer or in training and hope by saying this the manager/owner will ask the girls and provide a safe space. And address the creep. I didn't see anything off any other visit. Will definitely keep coming back when in town. The tortas are supposed to be insanely good so that's on the list for the next round.
