Sooooooo adorable! Amara is located in a really cute plaza with lots of good finds . Amara's got a cute logo , aesthetic, very photo op friendly . They've got you covered with this fun menu of waffles , gelato ( yes they have non dairy ) , lattes ( non dairy milk available), crepes sweet or savory , affogatos, floats , etc. We ordered the pineapple mango sorbet and the small was enough to share . Really yummy . read more

The gelato is so good and freshly made. The staff is very friendly. The crepes are my favorite and I love the variety in the flavors.

Amara is a cute, clean shop located in San Miguel Plaza. We were welcomed right away by a friendly staff member. After checking out the wide selection of flavors, I opted for dark chocolate and honey lavender, while my partner went for salted caramel. Each flavor offered wonderful depth of flavor and a silky smooth texture. If we were locals, we undoubtedly would become frequent visitors. read more

Amara Gelato - Tuesday deal - Gelato Near Me - Midland, Texas

I love me some gelato and was happy to find some during my roadtrip through Texas! Service was friendly but the scoops were scooped in a bit messy and were dripping along the side of my cup by the time I went out the door. We got the pistachio, chocolate, and mango passion fruit! The pistachio was very flavorful and had real nuts in it. Chocolate was deep and rich. Mango passionfruit was ok for me, as it tasted like more mango than passionfruit. Hard to get an even split of flavors. read more

What an amazing GEM we found. I'm a Gelato fan and thanks to Yelp, I found Amara. Very cute chic spot with good atmosphere, customer service was on point. I was so undecided and they gave me a tease of every flavor!!! I forgot to grab the name of the one that tasted like a snicker. If you're a snickers fan definitely ask for that flavor. I chose all my toppings and got cookies and cream as well. They have a new menu. Definitely going back to try their coffee along with other goodies. If you want a INSTAGRAM PICTURE PLACE.. this is it!!! 5 stars! read more

My wife and I stopped in today and really enjoyed the flavors we tried. For me, it was the coffee, chocolate, salted caramel, and something with an Italian name that was subtitled "Italian chocolate chip." It was all delicious, service was good, and the price was okay. We had been once before during COVID, but we don't indulge very often. Definitely need to remember Amara, though, when we do! read more

Always great. My go to on a hot west Texas day. No recommendation on a particular flavor. They're all great!

Very rude. We left without buying anything. Will not give money to businesses that can't at least smile and say hello.

Finally find a great dessert place in Midland! We just found this place around 3 months ago while we were looking for a dessert place. I normally not an ice cream person (prefer to have frozen yogurt instead) as I find ice cream is too heavy. But this Gelato place change my mind, we become their usual customer (at least twice a week) since we found it. My husband favorite flavor is the Pistachio and Dark Chocolate. Sometimes he also like to order the Almond Coconut. I personally prefer sorbet instead of Gelato (I'll highly recommended to try their Minty Lime especially during summer) the taste of lime and mint is so balance and give a refreshing boost when you eat it. The other recommended flavor that I like and always go back for it are Forest Berry (sorbet) and Blueberry Cheesecake (if you are a cheesecake fans like me). read more

My husband and I were finally able to visit Amara Gelato, and we were really pleased to find a cute shop with a variety of delicious gelato. My husband really enjoyed his cup of chocolate gelato. I loved all three flavors I tried--almond, vanilla, and salted caramel. The salted caramel was my favorite by far. The vanilla was nice. The almond was good, but I would only get it if you REALLY like almond flavor. It would also good mixed with other flavors. I liked that I could get multiple flavors in my cup. The small cups fit 2, medium fit 3, and a large fits 4. They are have crepes and coffee, which I wasn't able to try, but I'm looking forward to trying in the future. This little gelato shop is perfect for a date night dessert or casual meet up with friends. I highly recommend it to the ice cream lovers out there. read more

I was very excited to hear we have a cute new Gelato place in town. They have an array of delicious flavors. I tried the dark chocolate and mango pie gelato. My boyfriend had pistachio. My son tried hazelnut. All were very delicious. Our pictures aren't the greatest because it was 100 degrees outside and it melted fairly quickly. The inside is very modern, minimalist and hip. My only complaint would be that none of the employees wearing face masks/PPE were wearing them properly. Face masks should be worn over the nose or it defeats the purpose of wearing them. read more

The Gelato was decent,I do believe it was a little too pungent in flavor for my taste.
