Came for a tasty treat and we were not disappointed!!! Brother got the last blue cotton candy paleta (woot woot!) and Sister got her favorite, bubble gum. We also got the most amazing agua de sandía. It's also very beautiful inside with a new age Mexican/Tejano feel. Will definitely be coming back! And bragging about how great this place is! Thank you!!

Super yummy! I always get the strawberries and cream with white chocolate and Graham crackers. Its amazing!! I've been twice. I got the watermelon frescas too and it was super yummy. Highly recommend trying them out. They are pricey but good.

This was a very unique ice cream experience for me. I was looking for something local and found this place that serves ice cream in popsicle form. The store has a display shelf with all the pops lined up so you can see what they look like. You first pick a flavor, followed by a chocolate drizzle and then toppings. I got a coffee one and it was very tasty. I was surprised by the texture being very close to normal ice cream and not super icy like a popsicle. The only downside was I came in 30min before closing and they had already put away the pops from their display and had a very short list of flavors to pick from. So if you want to have all the flavor options come earlier in the day. read more

The Paleta Bar has arrived just in time for summer! I was excited to try this Mexican style treat, and it did not disappoint! I got a traditional style mango Paleta with chamoy and Tajin. It looked beautiful and had a perfect sweet and spicy flavor. One of my family members got the coconut paleta with dark chocolate and almonds, which he also really liked. They had a bunch of other delicious looking flavors that I'm looking forward to trying in the future. I also tried their horchata, and it was delicious--light and sweet, not grainy like some. I'm so pleased to have this addition to the Midland food scene. read more

Paletas are great, and the Paleta con Meatchelada is delicious. One reason I would not give them 5 stars is because their Elote, it lacks flavor. I'm going out on a limb and say they use prepackaged Elotes which loses flavor. I highly recommend everything except the Elote! read more
