I think it would benefit a lot and maybe get more customers into the parking lot if it opened a bit early considering so many people enjoy the coffee and crepes. 9am makes sense but also the odessa location has a drive thru why not open at least at 8am and close earlier? I don't know just recommendations lol. But I genuinely enjoy everything.

I stopped in today and even though they are brand-new and supply chain kinks are being worked out, they offer the majority of their flavors with a smile. Like many Midland businesses today, their POS card system was affected by internet outages. But the owner and her employee balanced customers' needs for speedy and efficient service with their need to also pay by card. If you are looking for business done the "old fashioned way" where the business truly does care about customer service while they also value their employees. And what results is a beautiful little boba tea restaurant that is full of delicious drinks to provide a quiet refuge in the busy mall! I can't wait to stop there whenever I shop!

The drink were very well prepared and the service was kind and quick. The pricing is fair and the place is cute and seemed clean although there were a few random things just kinda piled along the wall and around the sink that looked a little out of sorts. Kinda messed with the vibe but not enough to bother me. All in all a good place to grab a drink while walking around the mall.

Small Sliders, I been hearing about this place opening up shop in San Antonio and when I found out…read morethe Midland location was already open and ready to serve I made my way to give it a try. Visited during the lunch hour for work on a Friday, it wasn't packed other than the few cars in the drive thru the order window had no line. Pro tip, no indoor seating however on a breezy dry warm day not too bad seated outside under the shade and they do have restrooms available. I ordered the Original Biggie Smalls Slider combo, included 2 double meat patties, cheese, pickles and signature slider sauce. The cashier was very friendly and asked if I wanted ketchup packets to be sure and request it once the order was ready at the pick up window which was a pro tip. Now for the food, the sliders are flavorful and moist buns with the double beef and cheese patties sandwiched inside, and the waffle fries were ok nothing wild about them other than their spicy waffle fries, some were a bit soggy. All in all, I am glad I got the itch outta the way for trying this new place out, nothing was impressive or out of the ordinary unless you really enjoy sliders.

U Wouldn't believe this place is attached to a Sewell Ford dealership. What a great place to wait out a service appointment. I had a Chick sandwich bowl. The staff was more than happy to accommodate my request for lettuce over bread. My Americano coffee was just right. My niece had a Press Club sandwich and a Mixed Berry smoothie. She liked both but felt the sandwich had too much meat. Not a bad thing in my opinion. My bestie had an acai bowl she enjoyed and that was absolutely beautiful from my viewpoint. She also ordered some fries to go that I was able to try. They were so good it was hard to stop eating them. They seemed to be freshly cut potatoes that were well seasoned and cooked to just the right temperature, which provided the perfect balance of crunch and softness. It's very easy to eat healthy here, be bad or a bit of both if you want. My friend's vegan, I'm mostly keto and my niece loves it all but tries to eat what she knows is good for her.
