Just wanted a good ole banana split. It was good but I've had better. I've been here numerous times and like their ice cream. My only complaint was that as I left every single table was DIRTY. In fact when I came in I found the table I sat at had sticky stuff on it. There were 4 people working but nobody cleaning tables. I will go back but this time I will take some wipes. Ask the manager who was there if she can have her employees wear gloves she did inform one of them as me and my kids are sitting here eating ice cream. I'm watching them make other orders. Watch out for the PRICE GOUGING on delivery items. Ordered a 'Polar Pizza' through Door Dash, which was priced $22.26. Upon receiving the order, the price was blatantly marked on the box as $15.99. That's almost a 40% markup on a single menu item (39.2%) solely because the item was ordered through a delivery service. Upon researching the issue, I found a disclaimer at the very bottom of the menu page that states the merchant sets their own pricing, and that pricing through the app may be different to in store pricing. But by that much? Atrocious. Won't be ordering again from this merchant no matter how bad the sweet tooth. read more

Id like to first say, they need to fix their hours of business online because me and my husband drove from midland just for them to say they were closed at 9:30 when it says they close at 10. secondly the amount of times we have gone through the drive through, it takes 15-20 minutes for them to make a single cappuccino blast. As someone who works in the fast food industry, it seems like these people have not been trained properly. We usually see the same guy but some other employees have terrible customer service. overall experience with this baskin is ab a 3/10. it's quite frustrating being a daily paying customer. hopefully whoever the manager is can get better staff. read more

They don't have any type of leadership in this location. The kids working here are very rude and do whatever they want. They always close the business before they are supposed and if you go through the drive through you are going to be waiting a very long time before you get service IF you even do. read more

Spotless place, ice cream is delicious and employees are nice. Yes it gets busy, but that's how you know it's good right?

While there are 4 different employees two for drive thru and two for inside customers. I don't mind waiting if customers are being waited on but when there's a free employee and they decide to restock the ice creams bar instead of helping out the customer that I do not like. Then the drive thru guy helps out the customers behind us then that is an even bigger problem. My money is green too and I highly disliked the customer service today. That woman that works back there is ALL attitude. & she yells. Who yells in front of and at customers and employees...? The man that worked in there seemed to have much better manners but he was obviously not a regular worker there. The service is slow. & no one is happy about it including the workers. Purchased an overpriced "Ozarka 20 oz bottle of water" (that's what it said on my receipt but they gave me a 16 Oz Nestle water. The service here was great. The lady who made our ice cream actively asked us if we wanted to try other flavors and had no problem letting us taste what we wanted, even suggesting others. The place was really clean and I loved how they had kid tables. I would have liked to have some orange sherbert, but the rainbow worked fine. Overall, a nice place. read more

Just left this establishment - wanted the plainly advertised 2 scoops and fresh waffle cone. Placed our order and were told no waffle cones. WHAAATTT!! Huge sign on the front of the ice cream display case, buy 2 scoops and get a fresh waffle cone. Young man (shift supervisor?) said they were too busy to make waffle cones - won't make any until tomorrow. Why would you tell a paying customer you are too busy to serve something you are advertising and why would you advertise something you won't make because you are too busy. We walked. read more
